1 范围
本标准规定了汽车及挂车后牌照板照明装置的一般要求、光源要求、光色要求、配光性能及其试验
方法和检验规则。
本标准适用于汽车及挂车用后牌照板照明装置。

3 术语和定义
GB 4785、GB 15766.1界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。
4 照明装置的分类与不同型式
4.1 照明装置的分类
按照用途后牌照板照明装置分为1、2、3三类(如图1所示)。

a) 1类装置的照明区域为440mm×140mm

b) 2类装置的照明区域为440mm×220mm
c) 3类装置的照明区域为300mm×165mm
a 如果照明装置用于两种或是两种以上的牌照板,按照制造商说明的位置,通过将上述有关图纸组合在一起获得
需要进行测试的测量点,如果两个测量点的距离小于30mm,则只需要测量其中的一个。

1类装置的照明区域为440mm×140mm,2类为440mm×220mm,3类为300mm×165mm。

4.2 照明装置的不同型式
在以下主要方面有差异的后牌照板照明装置:
---商标名称或商标;
---光学系统特性(光强等级、光分布角、灯丝灯泡的种类、光源模块等);
---光在牌照板上的入射角。
5 要求
5.1 一般要求
5.1.1 后牌照板照明装置应使整个牌照板表面在图2给定的角度内可视。
a 区域的可视角仅与照明装置的位置以及牌照板的空间有关;装在车辆上的牌照板区域的可视角还应满足相关的
国家标准;可视角度需考虑被照明装置遮挡的部分,应在最大遮挡的方向上考虑,应尽量减少被遮挡的范围。

5.1.2 照明装置制造商应规定一个或多个照明装置相对于牌照板的空间位置,照明装置的安装应使照
明表面上的任意一点的入射角不超过82°,该角度应从照明装置发光面上,距离牌照板最远的末端测
量,如果不止一个照明装置,上述要求仅适用于该照明装置涉及的照明区域。
当照明装置发光面距离牌照板最远的边缘与牌照板平行,则将这条边缘的中心点视为照明装置发
光面的末端。
5.2 光源要求
5.2.1 灯丝灯泡应符合GB 15766.1或ECER37的要求。
5.2.2 光源模块应设计成即便是在黑暗条件下仍能够被安装在正确的安装位置。
5.2.3 光源模块应能防篡改。
5.3 光色要求
后牌照板照明装置光色应保证牌照板颜色无明显变化。
5.4 配光要求
5.4.1 每个测量点的要求如图1所示,亮度B 应不小于2.5cd/m2。
5.4.2 照明区域的光亮度应均匀,任意两个测量点的亮度梯度应符合式(1)要求:

B1、B2---任意两个测量点的光亮度,单位为坎德拉每平方米(cd/m2);
L1-2 ---B1 与B2 之间的距离,单位为厘米(cm);
B0 ---各测量点中的最小光亮度,单位为坎德拉每平方米(cd/m2)。
6 试验方法
6.1 实验室暗室、装置及设备
6.1.1 实验室暗室应无漏光,其环境条件应不影响光束的透射性能和仪器精确度。
6.1.2 亮度测量应采用直流稳压电源,电气仪表准确度不低于0.2级,亮度计应为国家检定规程中规定
的一级亮度计(其示值误差不超过0.25)。
射率为1来修正。无色漫反射表面尺寸与牌照板尺寸相同或超过一个检测点区域的尺寸,其中心应放
置在测量点的中心位置。
6.1.4 无色的漫反射表面应该放置在牌照板安装的正常位置和固定板前2mm处的位置。
6.1.5 亮度测量应该垂直于无色的漫反射表面,且各方向上的偏差≤5°。每个检测点(见图1)用直径
25mm的圆形范围表示。
6.2 配光测试
6.2.1 灯丝灯泡的灯具测试应采用标准灯泡,在其基准光通量下测量。
6.2.2 如果是光源模块应分别采用6.75V、13.5V或28.0V测量。
6.2.3 如果光源是通过一个专门的电源装置供电,上述测试电压应采用电源装置接线端的输入电压。
后的亮度测量值应符合最小值的规定。
6.2.5 点亮1min后的每个测试点的亮度值,可以通过任一点点亮1min后和点亮30min后测量的亮
度比值去计算。
6.2.6 对装有多光源的装置的配光测量:
a) 对于不可替换光源(灯丝灯泡和其他),按照6.2.2和6.2.3规定执行。
b) 对于可替换灯丝灯泡的装置,如在6.75V、13.5V或28.0V下测量,亮度值应修正,修正因数
是基准光通量和测试电压(6.75V、13.5V或28.0V)下平均光通量之间的比值。每个灯泡实
际的光通量与平均值偏差不超过5%。或者在每个光源位置上使用标准灯泡,在其基准光通
量下检测,把每个位置的测量值加在一起。
6.3 光色测试
按6.2.1到6.2.3规定对装置供电,观察后牌照板的颜色变化。
7 检验规则
7.1 型式检验
7.1.1 应说明此照明装置适用的牌照板属于1类或2类或3类。应指明装置与牌照板的空间关系,任
一型式认证照明装置申请材料应包含:
a) 三份详细绘制的图纸,后牌照板照明装置型式清晰可辨且应有一个后牌照板照明装置的正视
图,应该详细绘制光学部件的细节,包括横截面。
b) 一份简明技术说明书,除了不可更换光源,应规定使用的灯丝灯泡类型。
7.1.2 每只样品应符合5.1、5.2的规定。
7.1.3 按第6章规定进行试验,每只样品应符合5.3和5.4相应的规定。
7.2 生产一致性检验
7.2.1 对型式试验检验合格的产品,用随机抽取的样品来判定其生产的一致性。
7.2.2 随机抽取的样品应符合5.1、5.2相应规定。
7.2.3 按第6章的规定进行试验,每只样品应符合5.4相应的规定,亮度应不小于2.0cd/m2,光亮度均
匀性应满足5.4.2,式(1)中的因数2用3代替。
8 过渡期要求
8.1 本标准自实施之日起,新申请型式检验的机动车用后牌照板照明装置应符合本标准。

1 Scope

inspection rules of devices for the illumination of rear registration plates of motor
vehicles and their trailers.
This Standard is applicable to devices for the illumination of rear registration
plates of motor vehicles and their trailers.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of
this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated
references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any

ECE R37 Uniform provides concerning the approval of filament lamps for
use in approved lamp units of power-driven vehicles and of their trailers
3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB 4785
and GB 15766.1 apply.

specified in national test procedures (the indication error does not exceed 0.25).
6.1.3 The brightness measurements shall be performed on an achromatic

filament bulb, for other devices for the illumination of registration plate, the
measurement values of brightness after lighting for 1 min and 30 min shall
comply with the provisions of minimum value.
6.2.5 The brightness value of each measurement point after lighting for 1 min
can be calculated through the brightness ratio of any point after lighting for 1
min and 30 min.
6.2.6 Photometric measurement of multi-light-source device
accordance with the provisions of 6.2.2 and 6.2.3;
b) for device of replaceable filament bulb, if it is measured under 6.75 V,
13.5 V or 28.0 V, the brightness value should be corrected. The
correction factor is the ratio between reference luminous flux and the
average luminous flux under test voltage (6.75 V, 13.5 V or 28.0 V). The
deviation between the actual flux of each bulb and the average value
shall not exceed 5%; or use standard bulb on each light source position.
Test under the reference luminous flux. Add the measurement value of
each position together.
Supply the power to the device according to the provisions of 6.2.1 to 6.2.3.
Observe the color change of rear registration plate.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Type test
7.1.1 It shall indicate the registration plate of which this illumination device is
applicable to category 1, 2 or 3. It shall indicate the spatial relation between the
indication device and the registration plate. The application material of
illumination device for any type test should include.
a) three detailed drawings of which the device type for the illumination of
view of illumination device of registration plate, of which there shall be
details of optical component drawing including cross section;
b) a brief technical instructions; in addition to the non-replaceable light
source, it shall specify the type of filament bulb it uses;
c) two sets of sample and test device equipped with registration plate.
7.1.2 Each sample shall comply with the provisions of 5.1 and 5.2.
7.1.3 Carry out the test according to the provisions of Clause 6. Each sample
shall comply with corresponding provisions of 5.3 and 5.4.
7.2 Production consistency inspection
to determine its production consistency.
7.2.2 The sample selected at random shall comply with corresponding
provisions of 5.1 and 5.2.
7.2.3 Carry out the test according to the provisions of Clause 6. Each sample
shall comply with the corresponding provisions of 5.4. The brightness shall not
be less than 2.0 cd/m2. The brightness uniformity shall comply with 5.4.2. Use
3 to replace factor 2 in equation (1).
