本标准按照GB/T 1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准由中国国家标准化管理委员会提出并归口。
本标准代替GB 21340-2013《平板玻璃单位产品能源消耗限额》、GB 30252-2013《光伏压延玻璃
单位产品能源消耗限额》、GB 29451-2012《铸石单位产品能源消耗限额》。与 GB 21340-2013、
GB 30252-2013、GB 29451-2012相比,除编辑性修改以外,主要技术变化如下:
---补充了“汽车用平板玻璃专用生产线”定义(见3.2);
---补充了汽车用平板玻璃专用生产线平板玻璃单位产品能耗修正系数(见4.1中表2);
---补充了能耗限额等级(见4.1);
---删除了平板玻璃单位熔窑热耗指标(见GB 21340-2013中第4章);

玻璃和铸石单位产品能源消耗限额
1 范围
本标准规定了平板玻璃、钢化玻璃、光伏压延玻璃和铸石的单位产品能源消耗(以下称“能耗”)的术
语和定义、能耗限额等级、技术要求、能耗修正系数、统计范围和计算方法。
本标准适用于对以浮法工艺生产透明及本体着色的钠钙硅平板玻璃产品、以水平钢化法生产的钢
化玻璃产品、以压延法生产的光伏压延玻璃产品以及生产铸石产品的企业进行能耗的计算、考核及新建
和改扩建项目的能耗控制。
本标准不适用于生产普通压花玻璃、夹丝玻璃以及用于生产航天、电子、信息等行业用特殊平板玻
璃产品的企业,也不适用于生产汽车用钢化玻璃、化学法钢化玻璃以及非水平钢化法生产钢化玻璃产品
的企业。

平板玻璃单位产品能耗 thecomprehensiveenergyconsumptionperunitproductofflatglass
在统计期内生产每重量箱合格平板玻璃所消耗的各种能源,按照规定的计算方法和单位分别折算

汽车用平板玻璃专用生产线 specialproductionlineofflatglassforautomobile
浮法玻璃生产线的一种,产品用途单一,产量中90%以上用作制造汽车用玻璃的原片,其特点一般

This standard is proposed and managed by the China National Standardization Administration.
This standard replaces GB 21340-2013 "flat glass unit energy consumption limit", GB 30252-2013 "photovoltaic rolled glass
Energy consumption limit per unit product, GB 29451-2012 "Energy consumption limit for cast stone unit products". With GB 21340-2013,

1 Scope
This standard specifies the energy consumption per unit of flat glass, tempered glass, photovoltaic rolled glass and cast stone (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption")
Language and definition, energy consumption limit level, technical requirements, energy consumption correction factor, statistical range and calculation method.
This standard is applicable to the production of transparent and bulk-colored sodium-calcium-silicate flat glass products by float process, and steel produced by horizontal tempering method.
