1 范围
本标准规定了用于防松脱的、在外螺纹紧固件(螺栓、螺钉和螺柱,以下简称螺栓)上预涂的可重
复使用聚酰胺锁紧层的术语、符号、定义、要求及试验方法。
本标准适用于螺纹符合 GB/T 193、公称直径为 3mm~18mm,应用温度范围为-50~200的螺栓。
本标准适用于符合 GB/T 3098.1 规定的由碳钢或合金钢制造的以及符合 GB/T 3098.6 规定的
由不锈钢制造的螺栓。

3 术语、符号和定义
F列术语、符号和定义适用于本标准。
3.1
锁紧层 locking coating
防止螺栓松脱的聚酰胺粘附层。粘附层可以是全周涂布(R),也可以是局部涂布(F),如条状或
点状涂布。
3.2
拧入扭矩screw-in torque
螺栓拧人试验螺母时测得的扭矩。
3.3
紧固扭矩 TA tightening torque
拧紧时,施加于螺母或螺栓头部的扭矩。
3.4
持出扭矩 loosening torque
连接松动后,拧出有粘附层螺栓时所测得的最大扭矩值。
4 要求
4.1 一般要求
4.1.1 有粘附层的螺栓拧入螺母或螺孔时,螺母和螺孔应倒角。
4.1.2 粘附层可以防止零件完全脱离配合件。
4.1.3 有粘附层的螺栓在满足表 2规定的扭矩要求时,可重复使用3 次。用于安装和调整时,允许
多次使用。
4.1.4 有粘附层螺栓在正常保管的情况下,应保证至少4年内性能要求不发生变化。
4.2 预涂部位及长度
4.2.1 基本要求。
4.2.1.1 应确保螺栓和试验螺母拧紧后的旋合部分位于粘附层长度范围内。
4.2.1.2 粘附层的残余物不应影响螺栓的旋入。
4.2.2 标准预涂。
螺栓标准预涂部位及粘附层长度按图 1 的规定。尺寸 a 范围内不应有粘附层。
4.2.3 特殊预涂。
螺栓特殊预涂部位及粘附层长度按图2的规定。尺寸《范围内不应有粘附层。
5 试 验 方 法
5.1 基本要求
5.1.1 试验过程中,有粘附层的螺栓拧紧后需停顿至少15s。
5.1.2 试验螺母不应重复使用。
5.2 试件和设备
5.2.1 仲裁试验时,试验螺栓应为符合 GB/T 5783 规定的 M10 X 40.8.8级、镀锌钝化的六角头螺
栓。也可选择其他长度。
5.2.2 试验螺母应符合 GB/T 6170 规定的 M10、不小于 8 级、镀锌钝化的六角螺母。试验螺母不
得沾有油、油脂这类润滑材料。
5.2.3 试验垫圈应符合 GB/T 97.1的规定,硬度等级为 200 HV。试验垫圈不得沾有油、油脂这类
润滑材料。
5.2.4 试验板硬度>35 HRC。孔径应符合 GB/T 5277的中等装配规定。
5.2.5 试验套筒外径为螺纹公称直径。硬度>35 HRC。孔径应符合 GB/T 5277的中等装
配规定。
5.2.6 扭矩扳手或扭矩试验设备的扭矩示值相对误差为±2%。仲裁试验时,使用设备的测量范围
为测量上限的 50%〜100%。
5.2.7 加热箱保温温度与加热目标温度之差应小于±2 °C。
5.3 扭矩试验
扭矩试验方法按图3、图 4和表3的规定。

1 Scope
This standard specifies heavy-duty pre-coated heavy-duty fasteners (bolts, screws, and studs, hereinafter referred to as bolts) for loosening prevention.
Reuse the terms, symbols, definitions, requirements and test methods of polyamide locking layer.
This standard applies to bolts that comply with GB/T 193, have a nominal diameter of 3mm to 18mm, and have an application temperature range of -50 to.200.
This standard applies to those made of carbon steel or alloy steel that meet the requirements of GB/T 3098.1 and those that meet the requirements of GB/T 3098.6.

3 terms, symbols and definitions

3.1
Locking coating

4 Requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 When the bolt with adhesive layer is screwed into the nut or screw hole, the nut and screw hole should be chamfered.
4.1.2 The adhesive layer prevents the part from completely disengaging from the mating part.
4.1.3 The bolt with adhesive layer can be reused 3 times when it meets the torque requirements specified in Table 2. When used for installation and adjustment

4.1.4 Under normal storage conditions, the bolts with adhesive layer shall ensure that the performance requirements do not change for at least 4 years.
4.2 Pre-coated parts and length
4.2.1 Basic requirements.

4.2.2 Standard pre-coating.

4.2.3 Special pre-coating.

5 Test method
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 During the test, the bolts with adhesive layer shall be stopped for at least 15s after tightening.
5.1.2 The test nut should not be reused.
5.2 Test pieces and equipment
5.2.1 During the arbitration test, the test bolts shall be M10 X 40.8.8 grade, galvanized and passivated hexagon head screws in accordance with GB/T 5783.
