前言
QC/T 597《螺纹紧固件预涂粘附层技术条件》分为三个部分:
--第 1部分:微胶囊锁固层;
--第 2部分:聚酰胺锁紧层;
--第 3部分:密封涂层。
本部分为 QC/T 597的第 3部分。
本部分按照 GB/T 1.1-2009《标准化工作导则 第 1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则起草。
本部分代替了 QC/T 597-1999《螺纹紧固件预涂微胶囊厌氧干膜胶》,与 QC/T 597-1999 相比,
主要技术变化如下:
--删除了术语(见 1999版的第 3章);
--修改了技术要求及试验方法(见 1999版的第 4章和第 5章);
--删除了产品编号(见 1999版的第 6章);
--增加了储存要求(见本版的第 5章)。
本部分由中华人民共和国工业和信息化部提出。
本部分由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 114)归口。

螺纹紧固件预涂粘附层技术条件 第 3部分:密封涂层
1 范围
本部分规定了以防漏为目的、具有密封功能的、在外螺纹紧固件(螺栓、螺钉和螺柱,以下简称螺
栓)上预涂的非重复使用密封涂层(以下简称密封胶)的要求、试验方法、检验规则和存储。
本部分适用于符合GB/T 196、GB/T 197或GB/T 12716的螺纹联接副密封。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于本文
件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 要求
3.1 室温条件下的密封性
3.1.1 涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后再与冷却液接触,应保证螺纹副不泄漏。试验方法按 4.2.1
的规定。
3.1.2 涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合,通入压缩空气后应保证螺纹副不泄漏。试验方法按 4.2.2
的规定。
3.1.3 涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合,通入水后应保证螺纹副不泄漏。试验方法按 4.2.3的规定。
3.2 耐老化性
3.2.1 涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后再与机油接触,应保证螺纹副不泄漏。试验方法按 4.3.1
的规定。
3.2.2 涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后再与燃油(汽油或柴油)接触,应保证螺纹副不泄漏。试
验方法按 4.3.2的规定。
3.2.3 涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后再与变速箱油接触,应保证螺纹副不泄漏。试验方法按
4.3.3的规定。
3.3 耐热性
涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后在 150℃环境下放置 5小时,然后再置于室温环境,应分别符
合 3.1、3.2的规定。
3.4 耐寒性
涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后在-30℃环境下放置 5小时,然后再置于室温环境,应分别符
合 3.1、3.2的规定。
3.5 耐冷热冲击性
涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后应具有耐冷热冲击性。试验方法按 4.4的规定。
3.6 螺栓预涂部位及长度
将密封胶涂覆在螺栓螺纹上,涂覆长度等于螺纹直径±1个螺距。除非特别规定,应避免在距螺栓
末端 2个完整螺牙范围内涂覆。为了充分确保密封性能,密封胶涂覆长度应不小于 3个完整螺距。密封
胶的涂覆角度为 360°(全周涂覆密封胶)。不允许在螺纹退刀槽、螺栓承面上或光杆上、扳拧部位残
留任何密封胶。
4 试验方法
4.1 通则
4.1.1 试验装置
4.1.1.1 钢制压力容器上的螺孔应无镀层、保持清洁与干燥。
4.1.1.2 普通螺纹螺孔公差为6H,按GB/T 197的规定;管螺纹螺孔公差按GB/T 12716的规定。
4.1.1.3 试验装置在试验全程中的压力误差应控制在±3%以内。试验装置原理图按图 1所示。
4.1.2 螺栓与螺孔的旋合
4.1.2.1 涂覆微胶囊密封胶的螺栓以小于30 r/min的转速旋合,应在(23±2)℃、相对湿度不大于65%
的环境下放置24小时。
4.1.2.2 涂覆非胶囊型密封胶的螺栓以小于30 r/min的转速旋合,在室温下可立即测试。
4.1.2.3 螺栓旋合后不应使其产生夹紧力。
4.1.2.4 螺栓拧入压力容器上的螺孔时,密封胶应与螺孔充分啮合。
4.2 室温条件、不同测试介质及工况下的密封性试验
4.2.1 冷却液
由 40%水、荧光剂、符合 GB 29743的冷却液充分混合成的液体作为测试介质,将涂覆密封胶螺栓
4.2.2 压缩空气
将压缩空气作为测试介质并在螺栓旋合部位涂覆肥皂液,在 1 MPa 的钢制容器螺孔中保压 1min,
螺纹副应不出现任何泄漏。
4.2.3 水
涂覆密封胶的螺栓,将水作为测试介质,在 1 MPa 的钢制压力容器保压 1min,螺纹副应不出现任
何泄漏。
4.3 不同测试介质及工况下耐老化试验
4.3.1 机油
由符合 GB 11121规定的机油、荧光剂充分混合成的液体作为测试介质,将涂覆密封胶螺栓拧入 0.4
应不出现任何泄漏。
4.3.2 燃油(汽油或柴油)
由符合 GB 17930规定的车用汽油或 GB 19147规定的车用柴油Ⅳ、荧光剂充分混合成的液体作为测
试介质,将涂覆密封胶螺栓拧入 0.4 MPa 的钢制压力容器螺孔中,并在(70±2)℃环境条件下保压 5
小时。在紫外线灯光下观察,螺纹副应不出现任何泄漏。
4.3.3 变速箱油
由变速箱油1、荧光剂充分混合成的液体作为测试介质,将涂覆密封胶螺栓拧入 0.4 MPa 的钢制压
力容器螺孔中,并在(150±2)℃环境条件下保压 5 小时。在紫外线灯光下观察,螺纹副应不出现任何
泄漏。
涂覆密封胶的螺栓与螺孔充分旋合后置于冷热冲击试验箱,在(120±2)℃环境条件下放置 1h,
然后在(-30±2)℃环境条件下放置 1h。上述过程为 1 个循环。
连续进行 20 个循环。循环结束后,室温下将水作为测试介质,在 0.4 MPa 的钢制压力容器保压 5
小时,螺纹副应不出现任何泄漏。
5 检验规则
5.1 出厂检验
要求按 3.1.3的规定,试验方法应符合 4.2.3的规定。
1)
应采用螺栓服役车型的自动变速箱或手动变速箱用润滑油。具体由供需双方商定。
要求按第 3章的规定,试验方法应符合 4.2、4.3和 4.4的规定。
6 存储
涂胶后螺栓应在可在避免热源及阳光直射条件下储存 6个月,密封胶应保持性能,允许出现色差。

Foreword
QC/T 597 "Technical Conditions for Pre-coated Adhesive Layer of Threaded Fasteners" is divided into three parts.
-Part 1. Microcapsule locking layer;
-Part 2. Polyamide locking layer;
-Part 3. Seal coating.
This part is the third part of QC/T 597.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Compilation of Standards".
This section replaces QC/T 597-1999 "Pre-coated Microcapsule Anaerobic Dry Film Adhesive for Thread Fasteners". Compared with QC/T 597-1999,

Technical requirements for pre-coated adhesive layers for threaded fasteners-Part 3. Sealing coatings
1 Scope
This section specifies the sealing function of externally threaded fasteners (bolts, screws and studs, hereinafter referred to as screws for leak prevention).
Requirements), test methods, inspection rules and storage of pre-coated non-reusable sealing coatings (hereinafter referred to as sealants).
This section applies to the sealing of threaded joints in accordance with GB/T 196, GB/T 197 or GB/T 12716.

3 Requirements
3.1 Sealability at room temperature
3.1.1 After the bolts and screw holes coated with sealant are fully screwed together and then contact the coolant, it shall be ensured that the threaded pair does not leak. Test method according to 4.2.1

3.1.2 The bolts coated with sealant are fully screwed into the screw holes. After the compressed air is passed in, the screw pair should not leak. Test method according to 4.2.2

3.2 Aging resistance
3.2.1 After the sealant-coated bolts and screw holes are fully screwed together, they should be in contact with the engine oil to ensure that the threaded pair does not leak. Test method according to 4.3.1

3.2.2 After the bolts and screw holes coated with sealant are fully screwed together, they should be in contact with fuel oil (gasoline or diesel oil). test

3.3 Heat resistance

3.5 Cold and heat shock resistance

3.6 Pre-painted parts and length of bolts

4 Test method
4.1 General
4.1.1 Test device
4.1.1.1 The screw holes on steel pressure vessels shall be unplated and kept clean and dry.
4.1.1.2 The tolerance of ordinary screw holes is 6H, according to GB/T 197; the tolerance of pipe screw holes is according to GB/T 12716.
4.1.1.3 The pressure error of the test device throughout the test shall be controlled within ± 3%. The schematic diagram of the test device is shown in Figure 1.
4.1.2 Bolt and screw hole rotation
4.1.2.1 The bolts coated with microcapsule sealant are turned at a speed of less than 30 r/min, and should be at (23 ± 2) ℃ and relative humidity not greater than 65%.
Leave in the environment for 24 hours.
4.1.2.2 Bolts coated with non-capsule sealant are screwed at a speed of less than 30 r/min, and can be tested immediately at room temperature.
4.1.2.3 After the bolts are screwed in, they shall not produce a clamping force.
4.1.2.4 When bolts are screwed into the screw holes on the pressure vessel, the sealant should fully engage the screw holes.
4.2 Tightness test at room temperature, different test media and working conditions
4.2.1 Coolant
A liquid fully mixed with 40% water, a fluorescent agent, and a coolant complying with GB 29743 as a test medium, and the sealant bolt will be coated
4.2.2 Compressed air
Use compressed air as the test medium and apply soap liquid to the screwing part of the bolt. Hold the pressure in the screw hole of a steel container of 1 MPa for 1 min.
There should be no leakage from the thread pair.
4.2.3 Water
Sealant-coated bolts, using water as the test medium, and holding pressure in a steel pressure vessel at 1 MPa for 1 min.
Any leak.
4.3 Aging resistance test under different test media and working conditions
4.3.1 Motor oil
A liquid fully mixed with engine oil and fluorescent agent in accordance with GB 11121 is used as the test medium, and the coated sealant bolt is screwed into 0.4
There should be no leakage.
4.3.2 Fuel (gasoline or diesel)
A liquid fully mixed with gasoline for vehicles in accordance with GB 17930 or diesel for vehicles in accordance with GB 19147 IV and fluorescent agent is used as the test solution.
Test medium, screw the coated sealant bolt into the screw hole of a steel pressure vessel of 0.4 MPa, and hold the pressure at (70 ± 2) ℃
hour. Observed under ultraviolet light, there should be no leakage from the thread pair.
4.3.3 Transmission fluid
The liquid fully mixed with transmission oil 1 and fluorescent agent is used as the test medium, and the coated sealant bolt is screwed into a steel pressure of 0.4 MPa.
In the screw hole of the force container, and hold the pressure for 5 hours under the environmental condition of (150 ± 2) ℃. Observe under ultraviolet light, the thread pair should not show any
leakage.
After the sealant-coated bolts and screw holes are fully screwed together, they are placed in a cold and hot shock test box and placed at (120 ± 2) ℃ for 1 hour
Then place it at (-30 ± 2) ℃ for 1h. The above process is 1 cycle.
Perform 20 consecutive cycles. After the cycle is completed, water is used as the test medium at room temperature, and the pressure is maintained in a steel pressure vessel of 0.4 MPa 5
For hours, there should be no leakage from the thread pair.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
It is required that according to the provisions of 3.1.3, the test method shall meet the requirements of 4.2.3.

Requirement According to the provisions of Chapter 3, the test method shall meet the requirements of 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4.
6 Storage
After the glue is applied, the bolts should be stored for 6 months under conditions that avoid heat and direct sunlight. The sealant should maintain performance and allow color differences.
