1 范围
本文件规定了电风扇的能效等级、技术要求、试验方法和能效计算方法。
本文件适用于单相额定电压不超过250V,其他额定电压不超过480V,由交流或直流电动机驱动
的台扇、转页扇、壁扇、台地扇、落地扇和吊扇。

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文

3 术语和定义
GB/T 13380-2018、GB/T 35758-2017和QB/T 5262-2018界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于
本文件。
3.1
电风扇能效
电风扇的输出风量和输入功率的比值。
3.2
电风扇能效限定值
在满足待机功率要求的前提下,电风扇在标准规定测试条件下的最低允许能效值。
3.3
待机功率
电风扇接通电源且处于等待状态(电机不工作)时的功率。
3.4
聚风型风扇
内圈风量与外圈风量的比值不小于0.9的台扇、壁扇、台地扇、落地扇。
4 能效等级
电风扇能效等级分为3级,其中1级能效最高。各规格产品的能效值应符合表1的规定,其待机功
率(若适用)应符合表2的规定。
5 技术要求
电风扇能效限定值为表1中能效等级3级的指标值,其待机功率(若适用)为表2中能效等级3级
的指标值。
6 试验方法和能效计算方法
6.1 试验方法
电风扇的输入功率和风量按GB/T 13380-2018和QB/T 5262-2018中的相应要求进行测试;待
机功率按GB/T 35758-2017中的相应要求进行测试。内圈风量和外圈风量按附录A中的相应要求
进行测试。
注:输入功率为电动机驱动扇叶实现送风功能时的整机功率,风量测试结果以测量结果稳定时的数据为准。

1 Scope
This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, technical requirements,
test methods and energy efficiency calculation methods for electric fans.
This document applies to AC or DC motor driven table fans, louver fans, wall
fans, floor fans, pedestal fans and ceiling fans, of which the single-phase rated
voltage does not exceed 250 V and other rated voltages do not exceed 480 V.

The contents of the following documents constitute the indispensable clauses
of this document through normative references in the text. For dated references,
only the version corresponding to that date is applicable to this document; for
undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable

3 Terms and definitions
Terms and definitions determined by GB/T 13380-2018, GB/T 35758-2017 and
QB/T 5262-2018, and the following ones are applicable to this document.
3.1
Energy efficiency for electric fans
The ratio of the output air volume to the input power of the electric fan.
3.2
Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for electric fans
The minimum allowable value of energy efficiency for electric fans under the
test conditions specified in the standard, on the premise of meeting the standby
power requirements.
3.3
Standby power
The power when the electric fan is switched on and in a waiting state (the motor
is not working).
3.4
Wind gathering fans
Table fans, wall fans, floor fans and pedestal fans whose ratio of the air volume
of the inner circle to the air volume of the outer circle is not less than 0.9.
4 Energy efficiency grade
The energy efficiency grade for electric fans is divided into 3 grades, of which
grade 1 has the highest energy efficiency. The energy efficiency value of
products of each specification shall meet the requirements of Table 1; its
standby power (if applicable) shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
