1 范围
本标准规定了车用乙醇汽油(E10)的术语和定义、产品分类、要求和试验方法、取样、标志、包装、运输和贮存、安全及标准实施。
本标准适用于在不添加含氧化合物的车用乙醇汽油调合组分油中加入一定量变性燃料乙醇及改善
性能添加剂组成的车用乙醇汽油(E10)。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
抗爆指数
研究法辛烷值(RON)和马达法辛烷值(MON)之和的二分之一。
3.2
变性燃料乙醇
加入变性剂后不适于饮用的燃料乙醇。
3.3
在不添加含氧化合物的车用乙醇汽油调合组分油中加入10%(体积分数)的变性燃料乙醇调合而
成的用作车用点燃式发动机的燃料。
4 产品分类
车用乙醇汽油(E10)按研究法辛烷值分为89号、92号、95号和98号4个牌号。
5 要求和试验方法
5.1 车用乙醇汽油(E10)中所使用的添加剂应无公认的有害作用,并按推荐的适宜用量使用。车用乙
醇汽油(E10)中不应含有任何可导致车辆无法正常运行的添加物和污染物。车用乙醇汽油(E10)不得
人为加入甲缩醛、苯胺类以及含卤素、磷、硅等化合物。
5.2 车用乙醇汽油(E10)应采用符合GB/T 22030的车用乙醇汽油调合组分油与符合GB 18350的变
性燃料乙醇进行调合,变性燃料乙醇的加入量应符合表1、表2、表3或附录 A中的表 A.1、表 A.2的
规定。
5.3 89号、92号和95号车用乙醇汽油(E10)(Ⅴ)的技术要求和试验方法见表1。企业有条件生产和
销售98号车用乙醇汽油(E10)(Ⅴ)时,其技术要求应符合附录A中表A.1。
5.4 89号、92号和95号车用乙醇汽油(E10)(ⅥA)、(ⅥB)的技术要求和试验方法分别见表2、表3。
企业有条件生产和销售98号车用乙醇汽油(E10)(ⅥA)/(ⅥB)时,其技术要求应符合附录A中表A.2。
6 取样
取样按GB/T 4756进行,取4L作为检验和留样用。取样时应避光。
7 标志、包装、运输和贮存
7.1 标志、包装、运输和贮存及交货验收按SH/T 0164、GB 30000.7-2013和GB 190进行。
7.2 向用户销售的符合本标准要求的车用乙醇汽油(E10)所使用的加油机都应明确标示产品的名称、
牌号和等级(Ⅴ、ⅥA和ⅥB)。如:“89号车用乙醇汽油(E10)(Ⅴ)”“92号车用乙醇汽油(E10)(ⅥA)”
“95号车用乙醇汽油(E10)(ⅥB)”等,并应标识在消费者可以看见的地方。
7.3 符合本标准的车用乙醇汽油(E10)在运输、贮存过程中应使用专用的管道、容器和机泵。在贮存运输过程中,整个系统应干净和不含水。如果发生相分离,分离出的水相应送往专门的废水处理厂进行
处理。
注:车用乙醇汽油(E10)在运输、贮存过程中使用的储罐、泵、管线、计量器的密封件和材质不应对产品质量产生影响。

2013的附录D。
9 标准的实施
本标准自发布之日起实施,并实行逐步引入的过渡期要求。表2和表A.2规定的技术要求过渡期
至2018年12月31日,自2019年1月1日起,表1和表A.1规定的技术要求废止;表3规定的技术要
求过渡期至2022年12月31日,自2023年1月1日起,表2规定的技术要求废止。
考虑到国内某些地区环保的特殊需求,各地方政府可依据其环保治理要求,与相关油品供应部门协
商一致后,可提前实施相应阶段的车用乙醇汽油(E10)技术要求。

Foreword
Chapter 5 of this standard is mandatory and the rest is recommended.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T
1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB 18351-2015 “Ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles
(E10)”.
As compared with GB 18351-2015, the main technical changes of this
standard are as follows.
- MODIFY the second paragraph of Chapter 1 Scope from “This standard is
applicable to the ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (E10) which is
manufactured by adding a certain amount of denatured fuel ethanol and
the performance improvement additive into the liquid hydrocarbons without
adding oxygenated compounds” into “This standard is applicable to the
ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (E10) which is manufactured by adding
a certain amount of denatured fuel ethanol and the performance
improvement additive into the vehicle ethanol gasoline blending
component oil without adding oxygenated compounds” (SEE Chapter 1;
Chapter 1 of 2015 version);
- DELETE the technical requirements and test methods (Table 1 of 2015
version) of the ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (E10) (IV); ADD the
technical requirements of the phase IV ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles
(E10), and DIVIDE it into phase VI A and phase VI B based on the
differences of olefin content (SEE Table 2, Table 3);
- In the vapor pressure requirements, ADD that “During seasonal change, it
is allowed for the refueling station to have a 15-day replacement period”
(SEE Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, Table A.1, and footnote b to Table A.2 in
Appendix);
- DELETE the technical requirements for quantitative determination of
mercaptan sulfur (Table 2 Table A.1 in the Appendix of 2015 version);
- MODIFY the Chapter 9 “Implementation of standard” (SEE Chapter 9;
Chapter 9 of 2015 version);
- ADD the Table A.2 in Appendix A (SEE Table A.2 in Appendix A).
This standard was proposed by the National Energy Board.
This standard shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Standardization
Technical Committee for Petroleum Products and Lubricants (SAC/TC 280).
Ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (E10)

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification,
requirements and test methods, sampling, marking, packaging, transportation
and storage, safety and standard implementation of the ethanol gasoline for
motor vehicles (E10).
This standard is applicable to the ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (E10)
which is manufactured by adding a certain amount of denatured fuel ethanol
and the performance improvement additive into the vehicle ethanol gasoline
