1 范围
本标准适用于食品接触用塑料材料及制品,包括未经硫化的热塑性弹性体材料及制品。
2 术语和定义
2.1 塑料材料
以一种或几种树脂或预聚物为主要结构组分,添加或不添加添加剂,在一定的温度和压力下加工制
成的具有一定形状、介于树脂与塑料制品之间的高分子材料,包括塑料粒子(或切片)、母料、片材等。
2.2 塑料制品
以塑料树脂或塑料材料为原料,添加或不添加添加剂,成型加工成具有一定形状的成型品。
2.3 母料
将影响塑料材料及制品物理特性的塑料添加剂(如着色剂、填料、纤维、稳定剂)超量载附于一种或
几种树脂中而制成的、与树脂或粒料混合使用才能加工成其他塑料材料及最终制品的浓缩体。
3 基本要求
食品接触用塑料材料及制品应符合GB 4806.1的规定。
4 技术要求
4.1 原料要求
食品接触用塑料材料及制品中树脂的使用应符合GB 4806.6及相关公告的规定。
4.2 感官要求
感官要求应符合表1的规定。
4.3 理化指标
4.3.1 理化指标应符合表2的规定。
4.3.2 单体及其他起始物的特定迁移限量、特定迁移总量限量、最大残留量等理化指标应符合
GB 4806.6-2016附录A及相关公告的规定。
4.4 添加剂
添加剂应符合GB 9685及相关公告的规定。
5 其他
5.1 迁移试验
迁移试验应按GB 31604.1和GB 5009.156的规定执行。
5.2 标签标识
标签标识除应符合GB 4806.1的规定之外,还应按照GB 4806.6-2016附录A在标签、说明书或附
带文件中标示树脂名称,聚合物共混物应标示所有树脂的名称。

This Standard replaces the parts that are relating to finished products in the following
standards, including GB 9681-1988 Hygienic Standard of Products of Polyvinyl
Chloride for Food Packaging, GB 9687-1988 Hygienic Standard for Polyethylene
Products Used as Food Containers and Table Wares, GB 9688-1988 Hygienic
Standard for Polypropyrene Products Used as Food Containers and Table Wares, GB
9689-1988 Hygienic Standard for Polystyrene Products Used as Food Containers and
Table Wares, GB 9690-2009 Hygienic Standard for Melamine-Formaldehyde Products
Used as Food Containers and Packaging Materials, GB 13113-1991 Hygienic

--- Added physical and chemical indicators;
--- Added the general requirements of migration test;

Contact Used Plastic Materials and Products
1 Scope
This Standard is applicable to the food contact used plastic materials and products,
which include non-vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer materials and products.
2 Terms and Definitions
2.1 Plastic materials
Take one or several resins and prepolymers as the main structural components, adding
or not adding additives; process, under certain temperature and pressure, into polymer
materials with certain shapes and in the state between resins and plastic products; it
includes plastic particles (or slices), masterbatches, sheets, etc.
2.2 Plastic products
Take plastic resins or plastic materials as the raw materials, adding or not adding
additives; forming processing the finished products with certain shapes.
2.3 Masterbatches
The condensation products that are made through loading excessive additives (such
as colorants, fillers, fibers, stabilizers) that influencing the physical characteristics of
plastic materials and products to one or serval resins; it can be processed into other
plastic materials and finished products through mixed usage with resins and pellets.
3 Basic Requirements
The food contact used plastic materials and products shall conform to the provisions
of GB 4806.1.
