前言
本标准按照GB/T 1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替GB/T 1702-2008《力车轮胎》,与GB/T 1702-2008相比,主要技术变化如下:
---修改了各类型图示为轮胎部件更完整的截面图(见第4章,2008年版的第4章);
---修改了“表1轮胎性能”中的项目3,把“非黑色轮胎胎侧胶耐臭氧老化”改为“胎侧胶耐臭氧老
化”;并把该性能指标“附录D规定的龟裂C-2以内”改为“龟裂程度不超过附录B规定的C-2”
(见5.3,2008年版的5.3);
---修改了“表1轮胎性能”中的项目5,把“钢丝圈的抗张强力/KN”改为“胎圈的拉伸强力/KN”;
并把该性能指标栏中“直边、钩边、钩直边轮胎”改为“以钢丝或纤维材料作为胎圈的轮胎”(见
5.3,2008年版的5.3);
---修改了“表1轮胎性能”中的项目6、项目7,把帘布拉伸强度和粘附强度的测试结果单位由
kN/m改为N/mm(见5.3,2008年版的5.3);
---修改了表1的脚注“a”,把胎面胶磨耗试验行程1.6km改为1.61km(见5.3,2008年版的5.3);
---把胎面胶磨耗试验试样制备中“切取的试样在砂轮上打磨到厚度2.0mm±0.2mm”修改为
“切取的试样厚度为2.0mm±0.2mm”[见6.3.2的b),2008年版的6.3.2.2];
---把帘线拉伸强度试验中“使用帘线拉力试验机、帆布拉力试验机或橡胶拉力试验机”修改为“使
用拉力试验机”(见6.7,2008年版的6.7);
---把胎面胶与布层间的粘附强度试验中“用橡胶拉力试验机的夹具夹住试样”修改为“用拉力试
验机的夹具夹住试样”(见6.8.1,2008年版的6.8.1);
---增加了无内胎轮胎标志和轮胎行驶方向标志(见7.1,2008年版的7.1);
---增加了“表 A.1轮胎外观质量”里轮胎标志不清的外观缺陷和各种缺陷的允许范围,以及“不
合格分类”的脚注“b”(见附录A,2008年版的附录C);
---删除了“在遵守本贮存条件下,贮存期自出厂日起不超过1年”的规定(见2008年版的E.2.5)。

力 车 轮 胎
1 范围
本标准规定了力车轮胎的术语和定义、类型、要求、试验方法、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于GB/T 7377所规定的充气轮胎。
本标准不适用于管式赛车轮胎和非充气轮胎。

下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文

3 术语和定义
GB/T 6326界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1 非载重型 轮胎负荷量小于120kg为非载重型轮胎。
3.2 载重型 轮胎负荷量大于或等于120kg为载重型轮胎。
4 类型图示
4.1 直边(SS)轮胎见图1a)。
4.2 钩边(HB)轮胎见图1b)。
4.3 软边(BE)轮胎见图1c)。
4.4 钩直边(CT)轮胎见图1d)。
5 要求
5.1 轮胎规格、基本参数和主要尺寸
轮胎的规格、基本参数和主要尺寸应符合GB/T 7377的规定。
5.2 外观
轮胎安装在符合GB/T 7377或供需双方商定的轮辋上,目测时不得有明显的摆动。轮胎的外观质
量要求见附录A。
5.3 性能 轮胎性能应符合表1的规定。
6 试验方法
6.1 轮胎基本参数和主要尺寸的测定
轮胎基本参数和主要尺寸的测定试验,按HG/T 2906的规定进行。
6.2 胎面胶拉伸试验
6.2.1 试验按GB/T 528规定进行,采用2型裁刀。
6.2.2 试验制备如下:
a) 在胎冠或胎侧中部沿纵向切取不少于5个试样;
6.2.3 若取样有困难,则可按GB/T 2941用胎面胶料制成标准试样进行试验。
6.3 胎面胶磨耗试验
6.3.1 力车轮胎胎面胶磨耗量测定按GB/T 1689的规定进行。
6.3.2 试样制备如下:
a) 在轮胎胎冠中心部位,沿纵向切取宽约15mm~20mm长约250mm的试样,胎冠花纹特殊
而不能按规定位置切取试样时,可不在此限,但应从冠部切取。
b) 切取的试样厚度为2.0mm±0.2mm。
6.3.3 胎面胶试样胎冠胶为磨面。
6.3.4 若取样有困难,则可按GB/T 2941用胎面胶料制成标准试样进行试验。
6.4.1 试样制备如下:
a) 在轮胎上裁取胎侧长60mm,宽55mm的样品,长度沿轮胎周向,宽度沿断面方向裁取。保留
靠近胎侧一边的钢丝。
b) 把试样置于60℃的恒温装置中热处理1h,然后沿断面方向卷在Φ15mm的圆棒上成平滑的
短卷状,两端固定。
6.4.2 试验方法如下:
a) 采用臭氧浓度,试验温度40℃±2℃,相对湿度< 65%,试验时间16h。根据附录B规定的龟裂
的评价方法评价胎侧裂纹程度。
b) 试样紧固部位5mm以内不作评价。
从试验胎上切取长为100mm的胎耳胶条作试样,并将胎耳胶条上的胶布剥去,试样底部中段与一
根直径为10mm的圆棒垂直接触,绕圆棒缓慢地弯成直角,静置1min后,检查是否发生折裂,试验在
试验室条件下进行。
6.6 胎圈拉伸强力试验
在胎圈部位裁取一段长约200mm的胎圈,用精确度为±2%的拉力试验机,在室温下进行试验,拉
力机的下降速度为25mm/min。如果试样是在单根钢丝圈中裁取的,应使其接头部位处于试样中心部
位;如果在两根以上的钢丝圈上裁取,则抽取其中1根进行试验,其试验值计算应乘以根数。试验结果
应取2个试样的平均值。
6.7 帘布拉伸强度试验
试验在试验室条件下进行,拉伸速度为200mm/min~300mm/min,试验夹具间距应在20mm以上。
6.8 粘附强度试验
6.8.1 胎面胶与布层间的粘附强度
从轮胎上裁取与胎面胶相连,并与帘布经向平行,宽约15mm的试样,切去一端胎圈部位,并在此
部位的布层与胎面胶边缘处剥开一段后,与经线成直角取10mm宽的帘布层,撕去两侧多余的帘线及
大体削去胎面花纹胶后,即成为试片。用拉力试验机的夹具夹住试样,在试验室条件下,拉力机以
25mm/min的速度进行试验。试验时,要用自动记录装置记录,求出曲线上各峰顶点的平均值即为粘
附强度。试验结果取3个试样的平均值。
6.8.2 布层与布层间的粘附强度
层帘布,撕去两侧多余的帘线,并大体削去胎面花纹胶,按6.8.1方法进行试验,试验时应尽可能不让
橡胶附于第一层上。其他布层与布层间的试样裁取,应是顺内层帘布的经向。
6.9 强度试验 轮胎的胎体强度试验按GB/T 9749的规定进行。
6.10 脱圈水压试验 轮胎的脱圈水压试验按GB/T 9749的规定进行。
6.11 耐久试验 轮胎的耐久性能试验按GB/T 9749的规定进行。
6.12 静负荷试验 轮胎的静负荷试验按HG/T 2906的规定进行。
7 标志、包装、运输和贮存
7.1 标志
轮胎应有下列标志,其中a)~d)为永久性标志,e)、f)为水洗不掉的标志。标志如下:
b) 商标、制造厂名或产地;
c) 推荐气压和推荐负荷;
d) 轮胎行驶方向(胎面花纹有行驶方向时);
e) 生产编号;
f) 检验标记。
上述各项标志的文字不应小于3mm×3mm。
7.2 包装
包装应符合商品包装的要求,并有利于运输和贮存。

如有特殊要求,可按照本标准的主要原则,由供需双方协商解决。

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 1702-2008 “Cycle tires”. As compared with GB/T
1702-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.
- MODIFY the various types of illustrations for a more complete cross-
sectional view of the tire components (SEE Clause 4; Clause 4 of the 2008
version);
- MODIFY the item 3 in “Table 1 Tire performance”, changing “non-black tire
sidewall resistance to ozone aging” into “sidewall rubber resistance to
ozone aging”; MODIFY this performance index “Within fracturing C-2 as
specified in Appendix D” into “the fracturing degree does not exceed the C-
2 as specified in Appendix D” (SEE 5.3; clause 5.3 of 2008 version);
- MODIFY the item 5 in “Table 1 Tire performance”, changing the “tension
strength of bead ring / KN” into “tensile strength of bead ring / KN”, and
changing the “straight edge, hooked edge and hooked straight edge tire” in
this performance indicator column into “the tire using steel wire or fiber
material as the bead ring” (SEE 5.3; clause 5.3 of 2008 version);
- MODIFY the item 6 and item 7 in the “Table 1 Tire performance”, CHANGE
the test result unit of the cord fabric tensile strength and adhesive strength
from kN/m into N/mm (SEE 5.3; clause 5.3 of 2008 version);
- MODIFY the footnote “a” of Table 1, changing the tread wear test stroke
from 1.6 km to 1.61 km (SEE 5.3; clause 5.3 of the 2008 version);
- In the preparation of tread wear test specimens, MODIFY the “the cut
specimen is ground on a grinding wheel to a thickness of 2.0 mm ± 0.2 mm”
into “the thickness of the cut specimen is 2.0 mm ± 0.2 mm” [see b) of 6.3.2;
clause6.3.2.2 of 2008 version];
- In the cord tensile strength test, MODIFY the “use of cord tension tester,
canvas tension tester or rubber tension tester” into the “use of tension tester”

Cycle tyres
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types, requirements, test
methods, markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of the cycle tires
This standard applies to pneumatic tires specified in GB/T 7377.
This standard does not apply to tubular racing tires and non-pneumatic tires.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For
to this document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including
all the amendments) are applicable to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 6326 and the following apply to this
document.
3.1
Non-weighted type
6.3.1 Determination of cycle tire tread rubber wear is performed in accordance
with the provisions of GB/T 1689.
a) At the center of the crown of the tire, CUT a specimen approximately 15
mm ~ 20 mm in width and 250 mm in length along longitudinal direction.
When the tread pattern is special, and the specimen cannot be cut at the
specified position, this may not be the case, but it shall be cut from the
crown.
b) The cut specimen thickness is 2.0 mm ± 0.2 mm.
6.3.3 The tread rubber specimen crown rubber is ground surface.
6.3.4 If it is difficult to take sample, it can be tested by preparing the tread rubber
into standard specimen in accordance with GB/T 2941.
6.4.1 The sample preparation is as follows.
a) CUT a 60 mm long and 55 mm wide specimen from the sidewall of the tire,
the length is along the tire circumferential direction and the width is cut in
the cross-section direction. KEEP the wire near one side of the sidewall.
b) PLACE the specimen in a 60°C thermostatic device for heat treatment for
1 h, then along the cross-sectional direction, ROLL it around a φ15 mm
round rod to make it a smooth, short roll, FIX the both ends.
6.4.2 The test method is as follows.
a) USE the ozone concentration (25 ± 5) × 10-8, test temperature 40 °C ±
fracturing evaluation method as specified in Appendix B, EVALUATE the
sidewall fracturing degree.
b) No evaluation will be made within 5 mm of the specimen fastening area.
6.5 Tire lug bending test
From the tested tire, CUT a 100 mm long tire lug rubber as the specimen, STRIP
off the adhesive tape from the tire lug rubber, LET the middle part of the bottom
of the specimen be in perpendicular contact with a round rod which has a
diameter of 10 mm, BEND it around the rod slowly to make it into a straight
angle, LET it be standing for 1 min, CHECK whether there is fracturing. The test
6.6 Tire bead tensile strength test
CUT a tire bead with a length of approximately 200 mm at the tire bead area,
USE a tensile tester with an accuracy of ± 2% to perform test at room
temperature, the decreasing speed of the tensile tester is 25 mm/min. If the
specimen is cut from a single steel wire ring, it shall make its joint locate at the
specimen center part; if it is cut from more than two steel wire rings, it shall take
one of them to perform test, and its test value shall be multiplied by the number
of wires. The test result is the average value of the two specimens.
6.7 Cord fabric tensile strength test
of first layer of the cord fabric, MAKE a test piece with a width of 10 mm, USE
the tensile tester to perform test. The test shall be carried out under laboratory
conditions. The tensile speed shall be 200 mm/min ~ 300 mm/min. The spacing
between the test fixtures shall be 20 mm or more. It may use either the method
A or the method B.
Method A. In the test, the value at the time of simultaneous tearing of all the
cords is S, the tensile strength is calculated in accordance with formula (1). Test
results take the average of three specimens.
Where.
S - Measured value of tearing force, in Newtons (N);
b - Specimen width, in millimeters (mm);
P - Actual number of layers;
PR - Number of levels.
Method B. MEASURE the breaking force of a single cord of the specimen with
a width of 10 mm, then CALCULATE the total breaking force of the specimen.
GET the tensile strength in accordance with the formula (2). The test results are
expressed as the average of the three specimens.
Where.
The durability test of the tire is carried out in accordance with the provisions of
GB/T 9749.
6.12 Static load test
The static load test of the tire is carried out in accordance with the provisions of
HG/T 2906.
7 Marking, packaging, transport and storage
7.1 Marking
Tires shall have the following markings, where a) ~ d) are permanent markings,
and e) and f) are markings that cannot be washed off. The marking is as follows.
be marked on the tire “TUBELESS”;
b) Trademark, manufacturer's name or place of production;
c) Recommended air pressure and recommended load;
d) The direction of tire travel (when the tread pattern has a direction of travel);
e) Production number;
f) Inspection mark.
The characters of the above markings shall not be less than 3 mm x 3 mm.
7.2 Packaging
Packaging shall meet the requirements of commodity packaging and be

8 Others
If there are special requirements, they can be resolved through consultation
between the supplier and the purchaser in accordance with the main principles
of this standard.
