1 范围
GB/T 20234的本部分规定了电动汽车传导充电用直流充电接口的通用要求、功能定义、型式结
构、参数和尺寸。
本部分适用于充电模式4及连接方式C的车辆接口,其额定电压不超过1000V(DC)、额定电流不
超过250A(DC)。

直流充电接口的技术要求和试验方法应满足GB/T 20234.1的要求。

6 车辆接口的功能
6.1 电气参数值及功能
车辆插头和车辆插座分别包含9对触头,其电气参数值及功能定义见表2。
6.2 触头布置方式
车辆插头和车辆插座的触头布置方式如图1和图2所示。
6.3 充电连接界面
车辆插头和车辆插座在连接过程中触头耦合的顺序为:保护接地,充电连接确认(CC2),直流
电源正与直流电源负,低压辅助电源正与低压辅助电源负,充电通信,充电连接确认(CC1);在脱
开的过程中则顺序相反。直流充电接口的连接界面如图3所示。直流充电控制导引电路与控制原理
见GB/T 18487.1。
7 尺寸
车辆接口的结构尺寸应符合附录A的规定,安装尺寸参见附录B,插头空间尺寸应符合附录C。

Foreword
GB/T 20234 “Connection Set of Conductive Charging for Electric Vehicles” consists of
3 parts.
- Part 1. General Requirements;
- Part 2. AC charging coupler;
- Part 3. DC charging coupler.
This Part is Part 3 of GB/T 20234.
This Part was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Part replaces "Connection Set for Conductive Charging of Electric Vehicles - Part
3. DC Charging Coupler" (GB/T 20234.3-2011). Compared with GB/T 20234.3-2011,
the main technical changes are as follows.
- The highest rated voltage of charging coupler was modified (see Chapter 1);
- 80A and 200A were added among the rated current values of charging coupler
(see Table 1);
- The coupling order of contacts in the charging connection process was adjusted,
and electronic locking device was added in the schematic diagram for connection
interface (see 6.3);
- The control pilot circuit and control principle of DC charging in charging mode 4
were deleted (see Appendix A of 2011 edition);
- Some dimensions of control pilot contact and mechanical lock of charging coupler
were modified (see Appendix A);
- The spatial size requirements of plug were modified and adjusted as a normative
appendix (see Appendix C).
This Part was proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the
People's Republic of China.
This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on
Automobiles of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 114).

1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 20234 specifies the general requirements, function definitions, type
structures, parameters and dimensions of DC charging coupler for conductive charging
of electric vehicles.
This Part is applicable to vehicle coupler in charging mode 4 and connection mode C,
of which the rated voltage shall not exceed 1,000V (DC) and the rated current shall not
exceed 250A (DC).
