1 范围
GB/T 20564的本部分规定了冷轧孪晶诱导塑性高强度钢板及钢带的术语和定义、分类和牌号表
示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。
本部分适用于制造汽车复杂形状结构件、加强件等用厚度为0.50mm~3.00mm的钢板及钢带(以
下简称“钢板及钢带”)。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
孪晶诱导塑性钢
通过高合金添加稳定奥氏体到室温,在塑性变形过程中单相奥氏体通过孪晶形成来延迟颈缩而获
得良好的塑性,同时奥氏体在高应变区会发生应变诱导马氏体相变,相变也延迟了颈缩的发生,从而提高塑性。
注:TWIP钢具有极高的强度塑性积,可以用于成形复杂的结构件或加强件。
4 分类和牌号表示方法
4.1 分类
4.1.1 钢板及钢带按表面质量分类见表1。
4.1.2 钢板及钢带按表面结构分类见表2。
4.2 牌号表示方法
钢板及钢带的牌号由冷轧英文“ColdRoled”首字母“CR”、规定最小屈服强度值/规定最小抗拉强
5 订货内容
5.1 按本部分订货的合同或订单应包括下列内容:
a) 产品名称(钢板或钢带);
b) 本部分编号;
c) 牌号;
d) 规格及尺寸、不平度精度;
e) 表面质量级别;
f) 表面结构;
g) 边缘状态;
h) 包装方式;
i) 重量;
j) 用途。
5.2 如订货合同中未注明尺寸和不平度精度、表面质量级别、表面结构种类、边缘状态及包装等信息,则本部分产品按普通的尺寸和不平度精度、较高级表面、表面结构为麻面、切边状态供货,并按供方提供的包装方式包装。
6 尺寸、外形、重量
钢板及钢带的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差应符合GB/T 708的规定。
7 技术要求
7.1 化学成分
钢的化学成分(熔炼分析)参考值参见附录A。如需方对化学成分有要求,应在订货时协商。
7.2 冶炼方法
钢板及钢带所用的钢采用氧气转炉或电炉冶炼,除非另有规定,冶炼方式由供方选择。
7.3 交货状态
7.3.1 钢板及钢带以退火后平整状态交货。
7.3.2 钢板及钢带通常涂油供货,所涂油膜应能用碱水溶液或通常的溶液去除,在通常的包装、运输、装卸及贮存条件下,供方应保证自制造完成之日起6个月内,钢板及钢带表面不生锈。如需方要求不涂油供货,应在订货时协商。
注:对于需方要求的不涂油产品,可能产生锈蚀,也可能在运输、装卸、储存和使用过程中表面易产生轻微划伤。
7.4 力学性能
钢板及钢带的力学性能应符合表3的规定。
试样为GB/T 228.1-2010中的P6试样(L0=80mm,b0=20mm),试样方向为纵向。
a 当屈服现象不明显时,可采用规定塑性延伸强度Rp0.2代替。
7.5 焊接
用户宜根据化学成分和强度级别确定合适的焊接工艺,必要时可咨询制造商。
7.6 表面质量
7.6.1 钢板及钢带表面不应有结疤、裂纹、夹杂等对使用有害的缺陷,钢板及钢带不应有分层。
7.6.2 钢板及钢带各表面质量应符合表4的规定。
7.6.3 对于钢带,由于没有机会切除有缺陷部分,因此允许带缺陷交货,但有缺陷部分应不超过每卷总长度的6%。
7.7 表面结构
钢板及钢带的表面结构应符合表5的规定。如需方对粗糙度有特殊要求,应在订货时协商。
8 试验方法
8.2 钢板及钢带的检验项目和试验方法应符合表6的规定。
9 检验规则
9.1 钢板及钢带的检查和验收由供方检验部门进行。
9.2 钢板及钢带应成批验收,每个检验批应由同一牌号、同一规格、同一加工状态的钢板或钢带组成。
每批的重量应不大于30t,对于卷重大于30t的钢带,每卷作为一个检验批。
9.3 钢板及钢带的取样数量和取样方法应符合表6的规定。
9.4 钢板及钢带的复验与判定规则应符合GB/T 17505的规定。
9.5 化学成分和力学性能的检测结果按修约值比较法进行修约,修约规则按GB/T 8170的规定。
10 包装、标志及质量证明书
订货时协商。

1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 20564 specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grade
expression method, ordering content, dimension, shape, weight, technical
requirements, test methods, inspection rules, package, mark and quality certificate of
continuously cold rolled twinning induced plasticity high strength steel sheet and strip.
This Part is applicable to steel sheet and strip (hereinafter referred to as “steel sheet
and strip”) manufactured automotive complex structural parts, reinforcements, etc.,
with the thickness of 0.50mm~3.00mm.

5 Ordering Content
5.1 The contract or ordering list that orders products as per this part include the

g) Edge state;
h) Packaging mode;
i) Weight;
j) Usage;
k) Other special requirements.
5.2 If the following information are not specified in the ordering contract, such as
dimension, roughness, surface quality level, surface structure type, edge state and
dimension, roughness accuracy, relative high surface, pitting surface structure, cutting
edge state, and packaged as per the packaging mode provided by the supplier.
6 Dimension, Shape, Weight
The dimension, shape, weight and allowable weight of steel sheet and strip shall
conform to the provisions of GB/T 708.
