1 范围GB/T 20887的本部分规定了热轧冷成形用高屈服强度钢板及钢带的分类和牌号表示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。本部分适用于冷成形用高屈服强度热连轧钢带以及由钢带横切成的钢板和纵切成的纵切钢带(以下简称“钢板及钢带”)。
2 规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 分类和牌号表示方法
3.1 分类
3.1.1 钢板及钢带按表面状态分为热轧表面和热轧酸洗表面,当表面状态为热轧酸洗表面时,以代号“P”表示。
3.1.2 钢板及钢带按表面质量分为普通级表面(FA)和较高级表面(FB)。
3.2 牌号表示方法钢板及钢带的牌号由热轧英文“HotRoled”首字母“HR”、规定最小屈服强度的数值及成形英文“Forming”首字母“F”三个部分组成。
4 订货内容
4.1 按本部分订货的合同或订单应包括下列内容:
a) 产品名称(钢板或钢带);
b) 本部分编号;
c) 牌号;
d) 规格及尺寸、不平度精度;
e) 表面状态(酸洗表面时,以代号“P”表示);
f) 表面质量级别;
g) 边缘状态;
h) 包装方式;
i) 重量;
j) 其他特殊要求。
4.2 如订货合同中未注明表面状态、厚度精度等信息时,则以热轧表面、普通厚度精度供货。对于表面状态为热轧酸洗表面时,如未说明表面质量级别和是否涂油时,以较高级表面(FB)和涂油交货。
5 尺寸、外形、重量钢板及钢带的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差应符合GB/T 709的规定。
6 技术要求
6.1 牌号及化学成分
6.1.1 钢的牌号及化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表1的规定。国内外标准牌号近似对照参见附录A。
6.1.2 成品钢板及钢带的化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。
6.2 冶炼方法钢板及钢带所用的钢采用氧气转炉或电炉冶炼。除非另有规定,冶炼方法由供方选择。6.3 交货状态
6.3.1 钢板及钢带通常以热轧状态交货。
6.3.2 钢板及钢带为热轧酸洗表面时,通常涂油供货,所涂油膜应能用碱水溶液去除,在通常的包装、运输、装卸及贮存条件下,供方应保证自制造完成之日起3个月内,钢板及钢带表面不生锈。经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,热轧酸洗表面也可不涂油供货。注:对于需方要求的不涂油产品,可能产生锈蚀,也可能在运输、装卸、储存和使用过程中,表面易产生轻微划伤。
6.4 力学和工艺性能
6.4.1 钢板及钢带的力学和工艺性能应符合表2的规定。
6.4.2 弯曲试验后,试样的外侧表面不应有目视可见的裂纹。
6.4.3 冷成形用推荐的最小弯曲半径参见附录B。
6.5 表面质量
6.5.1 钢板及钢带表面不应有裂纹、结疤、折叠、气泡和夹杂等对使用有害的缺陷,钢板及钢带不应有分层。
6.5.2 钢板及钢带各表面质量应符合表3的规定。
6.5.3 对于钢带,由于没有机会切除带缺陷的部分,因此允许带缺陷,但有缺陷的部分不应超过每卷总长度的6%。6.6 特殊要求根据需方要求,经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,可补充夏比(V型缺口)冲击试验、晶粒度和非金属夹杂物检验。
7 试验方法
7.1 钢的化学成分分析方法按GB/T 223.5、GB/T 223.9、GB/T 223.17、GB/T 223.26、GB/T 223.40、GB/T 223.58、GB/T 223.59、GB/T 223.67、GB/T 223.76、GB/T 223.78、GB/T 223.86、GB/T 4336、GB/T 20123、GB/T 20125、GB/T 20126或通用方法的规定进行,但仲裁时应按 GB/T 223.5、GB/T 223.9、GB/T 223.17、GB/T 223.26、GB/T 223.40、GB/T 223.58、GB/T 223.59、GB/T 223.67、GB/T 223.76、GB/T 223.78、GB/T 223.86的规定进行。
7.2 钢板及钢带的检验项目和试验方法应符合表4的规定。
8 检验规则
8.1 钢板及钢带的检查和验收由供方检验部门进行。
8.2 钢板及钢带应成批验收。每批应由重量不大于60t的同一牌号、同一炉号、同一厚度和同一轧制
制度的钢板或钢带组成,轧制卷重大于30t的钢带和连轧板可按两个轧制卷组批。
8.3 钢板及钢带的取样数量和取样方法应符合表4的规定。
8.4 钢板及钢带的复验与判定规则应符合
GB/T 17505的规定。
8.5 检验结果按修约值比较法进行修约,修约规则按GB/T 8170的规定。
9 包装、标志及质量证明书钢板及钢带的包装、标志、质量证明书应符合GB/T 247的规定。质量证明书(检验文件)的类型应符合GB/T 18253-2000的规定。当未指定检验文件类型时按GB/T 18253-2000类型5.1B。

Automobile can be divided into 7 parts.

This Part belongs to Part 1 of GB/T 20887.
This Part was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Part Replaced GB/T 20887.1-2007 Continuously Hot Rolled High Strength Steel
Sheet and Strip for Automobile – Part 1. High Yield Strength Steel for Cold Forming.
Compared with GB/T 20887.1-2007, this Part has the major technical changes as
follows.
--- Increase two grades of HR900F, HR960F; and their corresponding technical
requirements (see Table 1, Table 2 of this Edition);
--- Delete the provisions of residual elements (see 6.1.1 of Edition 2007);
--- Modify batch weight from 40t to 60t (see 8.2 of this Edition; 7.5 of Edition 2007);
--- Add the provisions of inspection document type (see Clause 9 of this Edition);
--- Add the informative Appendix B (see Appendix B of this Edition).
This Part was proposed by China Iron and Steel Industry Association.
This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee for
Standardization of Steel (SAC/TC 183).

1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 20887 specifies the classification and grade expression method,
ordering contents, dimension, appearance, weight, technical requirements, test
methods, inspection rules, package, mark and quality certificate of hot rolled high yield
strength steel sheet and strip for cold forming.
This Part is applicable to continuously hot rolled high yield strength steel strip for cold
forming, and transversely-cut steel sheet and longitudinally-cut steel strip (hereinafter
referred to as “steel sheet and strip”) made by the above steel strip.

4 Ordering Contents
4.1 The contract or purchasing list ordering products as per this Part shall include the
following contents.
b) This Part number;
c) Grade;
d) Specification and dimension, roughness accuracy;
e) Surface state (when it is pickled surface, expressed by Code “P”);
f) Surface quality level;
g) Edge state;
h) Packaging mode;
i) Weight;
j) Other special requirements.
then the products shall be supplied as per hot rolled surface, ordinary thickness
accuracy. When it is the hot rolled pickled surface, if the surface quality level and oil
use have not been specified, the products shall be delivered as per the oiled relative-
high surface (FB).
5 Dimension, Appearance, Weight
The dimension, appearance, weight and permissible tolerance of steel sheet and strip
shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 709.
6 Technical Requirements
6.1 Grade and chemical compositions
