1 范围GB/T 20887的本部分规定了热轧液压成形用高强度钢板及钢带的术语和定义、分类和牌号表示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。本部分适用于制造汽车副车架、仪表盘支架等结构件用厚度不大于6mm的钢带以及由钢带横切成的钢板和纵切成的纵切钢带(以下简称“钢板及钢带”)。
2 规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1液压成形利用液体作为传力介质或模具使工件成形的一种塑性加工技术。
3.2液压成形用钢 用于液压成形的钢板及钢带,其特点为钢质纯净,性能均匀,具有较高的延伸率和n值。
4 分类和牌号表示方法
4.1 分类
4.1.1 钢板及钢带的表面状态分为热轧表面和热轧酸洗表面,当表面状态为热轧酸洗表面时,以代号“P”表示。
4.1.2 钢板及钢带的表面质量分为普通级表面(FA)和较高级表面(FB)。
4.2 牌号表示方法钢板及钢带的牌号由热轧英文“HotRoled”首字母“HR”、规定的最小抗拉强度值、液压成形英文“HydraulicForming”首字母“HF”三部分组成。
5 订货内容
5.1 按本部分订货的合同或订单应包括下列内容:
a) 产品名称(钢板或钢带);
b) 本部分编号;
c) 牌号;
d) 规格及尺寸、不平度精度;
e) 表面质量级别;
f) 表面状态(酸洗表面时,以代号“P”表示);
g) 边缘状态;h) 是否涂油;
i) 用于制管时的制管方式(电阻焊ERW、激光焊LBW等);
j) 重量。
5.2 如订货合同中未注明厚度精度、表面质量级别、边缘状态及是否涂油等信息时,则本部分产品按普通厚度精度、普通级表面(FA)、切边状态和涂油供货。
6 尺寸、外形、重量钢板及钢带的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差应符合GB/T 709的规定。
7 技术要求7.1 牌号和化学成分
7.1.1 钢的牌号和化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表1的规定。
7.1.2 成品钢板及钢带的化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。
7.2 冶炼方法钢板及钢带所用的钢采用氧气转炉冶炼,并进行炉外精炼处理。除非另有规定,冶炼方法由供方选择。
7.3 交货状态
7.3.1 钢板及钢带通常以热轧酸洗状态交货。
7.3.2 钢板及钢带为热轧酸洗表面时,通常涂油供货,所涂油膜应能用碱水溶液去除,在通常的包装、运输、装卸及贮存条件下,供方应保证自制造完成之日起3个月内,钢板及钢带表面不生锈。经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,热轧酸洗表面也可不涂油供货。注:对于需方要求的不涂油产品,可能产生锈蚀,也可能在运输、装卸、储存和使用过程中,表面易产生轻微划伤。
7.4 力学性能钢板及钢带的力学性能应符合表2的规定。
7.5 表面质量
7.5.1 钢板及钢带表面不应有裂纹、气泡、夹杂、结疤和折叠等对使用有害的缺陷。钢板及钢带不应有分层。
7.5.2 钢板及钢带的各表面质量应符合表3的规定。
7.5.3 对于钢带,由于没有机会切除带缺陷的部分,因此允许带缺陷,但有缺陷的部分不得超过每卷总长度的6%。
8 试验方法
8.1 钢的化学成分分析方法按GB/T 223.5、GB/T 223.9、GB/T 223.16、GB/T 223.40、GB/T 223.62、GB/T 223.64、GB/T 223.76、GB/T 223.79、GB/T 223.85、GB/T 223.86、GB/T 4336、GB/T 20123、GB/T 20125或通用方法的规定进行,但仲裁时应按 GB/T 223.5、GB/T 223.9、GB/T 223.16、GB/T 223.40、GB/T 223.62、GB/T 223.64、GB/T 223.76、GB/T 223.79、GB/T 223.85、GB/T 223.86的规定进行。
8.2 钢板及钢带的检验项目和试验方法应符合表4的规定。
9 检验规则
9.1 钢板及钢带的检查和验收由供方检验部门进行。
9.2 钢板及钢带应成批验收。每批应由重量不大于60t的同一牌号、同一炉号、同一厚度和同一轧制制度的钢板或钢带组成。轧制卷重大于30t的钢带和连轧板可按两个轧制卷组批。
9.3 钢板及钢带的取样数量和取样方法应符合表4的规定。
9.4 钢板及钢带的复验与判定规则应符合GB/T 17505的规定。
9.5 化学成分和力学性能的检测结果按修约值比较法进行修约,修约规则按GB/T 8170的规定。
10 包装、标志及质量证明书钢板及钢带的包装、标志及质量证明书应符合GB/T 247或订货合同的规定。

1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 20887 specifies the terms and definitions, classification and
designation, ordering content, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements,
test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certification of
continuously hot rolled high strength steel sheet and strip.
This Part applies to steel strip of thickness not greater than 6 mm, and steel sheet
transversely cut or steel strip longitudinally cut from steel strip, which are used for the
structural parts of automobile such as auxiliary frames and dashboard supports
(hereinafter referred to as “steel sheet and strip”).

5 Ordering content
5.1 The contract or order based on this Part shall include the following content.
a) product name (steel sheet or strip);
b) a reference to this Part;
d) specifications, dimensions and roughness accuracy;
e) surface quality level;
f) surface condition (when it is an acid pickled surface, it is represented by “P”);
g) edge condition;
h) oil coated or not;
i) control method when used for control (such as electric resistance welding ERW
and laser welding LBW);
j) weight;
k) other special requirements.

6 Dimensions, shapes and weights
