1 范围
本标准规定了玻镁平板的术语和定义、分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于玻镁平板,主要用于室内非承重内隔墙和吊顶,以及各类装饰板的基材。
4 分类和标记
4.1 分类
产品按表观密度分为A、B、C三类,其分类范围见表1。
4.2 规格尺寸
玻镁平板的产品规格尺寸见表2,其他规格尺寸由供需双方商定。
4.3 标记
标记示例:标记由产品代号、分类、规格尺寸和标准号组成。
玻镁平板产品型号按图1标记。

5 要求
5.1 原材料要求
5.1.1 氧化镁应符合JC/T 449-2008表1中规定的Ⅱ级品及以上要求。
5.1.2 氯化镁应符合JC/T 449-2008表2中的规定。
5.1.3 硫酸镁应符合HG/T 2680-2009表1中规定的Ⅰ类合格品及以上要求。
5.1.4 玻璃纤维布应符合JC561.2的规定。
5.1.5 水应符合JGJ63的规定。
5.1.6 改性剂应符合 WB/T 1023的规定。
5.2 技术要求
5.2.1 外观质量
玻镁平板应表面平整、边角整齐,不应有影响使用的波纹、沟槽、破损、裂纹、分层等缺陷。
5.2.2 尺寸允许偏差
板材的尺寸允许偏差应符合表3规定。
5.2.3 理化性能
5.2.3.1 玻镁平板抗折强度、抗冲击强度应符合表4的规定。
5.2.3.2 表观密度:偏差应不超过±5%。
5.2.3.3 出厂含水率:应不大于8%。
5.2.3.4 干缩率:应不大于0.3%。
5.2.3.5 湿胀率:应不大于0.3%。
5.2.3.6 握螺钉力应符合表5的规定。
5.2.3.7 氯离子含量:应不大于10%。
5.2.3.8 可浸出氯离子含量:应不大于5%。
5.2.3.9 抗返卤性:应无水珠、无返潮。
5.2.4 不燃性玻镁平板的不燃性应符合GB 8624中A1级要求。
5.2.5 甲醛释放量
玻镁平板的甲醛释放量应符合GB 18580气候箱法限量值的规定,应不大于0.12mg/m3。
5.2.6 放射性核素限量
放射性核素限量应符合GB 6566的规定,玻镁平板中的天然放射性核素镭-226、钍-232、钾-40的放
射性活比度同时满足IRa≤1.0,Ir≤1.3。
6 试验方法
6.1 试验条件
6.1.1 试件养护龄期应不少于20d。
6.1.2 试验前,试件应置于温度(25±3)℃、相对湿度(65±5)%的环境下2d。
6.1.3 除特殊规定外,对于进行各项性能指标测定的实验室亦应满足温度(25±3)℃、相对湿度(65±
5)%的试验环境条件。
6.2 试样与试件
以3张板材为一组试样,依次进行外观质量、尺寸允许偏差测定后,在距板材四周大于50mm处按

6.4 理化性能
6.4.1 抗折强度、表观密度
按JC646的规定进行。
6.4.2 抗冲击强度按GB/T 1043.1的规定进行。
6.4.3 出厂含水率按GB/T 17657的规定进行,干燥温度为(65±3)℃。
6.4.4 干缩率、湿胀率按GB/T 7019的规定进行,湿胀率试验中泡水后干燥温度为(65±3)℃。
6.4.5 握螺钉力按附录C的规定进行。
6.4.6 氯离子含量按附录A的规定进行。
6.4.7 可浸出氯离子含量按附录B的规定进行。
6.4.8 抗返卤性将试件放入相对湿度大于或等于90%、温度30℃~35℃的恒温恒湿箱中,72h后取出观察有无水珠或返潮。6.5 不燃性
按GB/T 5464的规定进行。
6.6 甲醛释放量按GB 18580中规定的气候箱法进行。
6.7 放射性核素限量按GB 6566的规定进行。
7 检验规则
7.1 检验分类
7.1.1 出厂检验
每批产品均应进行出厂检验。检验项目包括:外观质量、尺寸允许偏差、抗折强度、表观密度、出厂
含水率、握螺钉力、氯离子含量、可浸出氯离子含量、抗返卤性。
型式检验项目包括第5章技术要求中的全部项目。有下列情况之一出现,应进行型式检验:
a) 新产品投产或产品定型鉴定时;
b) 产品的材料、配方、工艺有较大改变,可能影响产品质量时;
c) 连续生产的产品,每年检测一次(不燃性、甲醛释放量、放射性核素限量每两年检测一次);
d) 产品停产半年以上恢复生产时;
e) 出厂检验结果与上次型式检验结果有较大差异时;
f) 用户提出进行型式检验的要求时。
7.2 组批规则以同一类别、同一规格尺寸的产品2000张为一批,不足2000张的按一批计算。
7.3 抽样
7.3.2 其余检验项目从上述外观质量和尺寸允许偏差项目检验合格的产品中随机抽取。
7.4 判定规则
7.4.1 外观质量和尺寸允许偏差
根据检验结果,若板材的外观质量、尺寸允许偏差项目均符合5.2.1和5.2.2中相应规定时,则判该
批产品合格;若其中1张有1项不符合标准要求时,则应由同一批中抽取双倍数量进行该项目复检,若
该项指标仍不符合要求时,则判该批产品不合格。
7.4.2 理化性能
根据检验结果,若板材的抗折强度、表观密度、抗冲击强度、出厂含水率、干缩率、湿胀率、握螺钉力、
氯离子含量、可浸出氯离子含量、抗返卤性、不燃性、甲醛释放量、放射性核素限量项目分别符合5.2.3、
则应由同一批中抽取双倍数量进行该项目复检,若该项指标仍不符合要求时,则判该检验项目不合格。
7.4.3 总判定
7.4.3.1 出厂检验的判定
根据试验结果,若出厂检验项目均符合本标准的相应规定,则判该批产品合格;若其中一个项目检
验不符合本标准的相应规定,则判该批产品不合格。
7.4.3.2 型式检验的判定
根据试验结果,若型式检验项目均符合本标准的相应规定,则判该批产品合格;若其中一个项目检
验不符合本标准的相应规定,则判该批产品不合格。
8 标志、包装、运输和贮存
发货时,生产厂应出具产品合格证,随货供给用户,其中应注明:
a) 生产厂名称、地址、商标;
b) 产品批量编号与产品标记;
c) 产品检验结果;
d) 检验部门与检验人员签字盖章。
8.2 包装
每张玻镁平板的正面应用不褪色的颜料标明生产厂名称、生产日期与产品标记。产品可用集装箱
或捆扎包装,包装应保证产品安全,方便搬运。包装上应注标记和批号。
8.3 运输
8.4 贮存
玻镁平板应按同一类别、同一规格尺寸堆放。堆放场地应平坦、坚实、防雨、防潮。

Glass fiber and magnesium cement board
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking,
requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation
and storage of glass fiber and magnesium cement board.
This standard applies to glass fiber and magnesium cement board, which is
mainly used for indoor non-load-bearing inner wall and ceiling, as well as the
base material of various types of decorative board.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential for the application of this document. For

6.3 Appearance quality, size allowable deviation
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 9775.
6.4 Physical and chemical properties
6.4.1 Bending strength, apparent density
It is performed according to the provisions of JC 646
6.4.2 Impact-resistance strength
6.4.3 Moisture content of leaving factory
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 17657, and the drying
temperature is (65±3) °C.
6.4.4 Dry shrinkage and wet-swelling rate
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 7019, and the drying
temperature after soaking in wet-swelling rate test is (65±3) °C.
6.4.5 Gripping screw force
It is performed according to the provisions of Appendix C.
6.4.6 Chloride ion content
6.4.7 Leachable chloride ion content
It is performed according to the provisions of Appendix B.
6.4.8 Impermeability
Place the test-piece in a constant-temperature-humidity chamber with the
relative humidity of 90% or more and the temperature from 30 °C to 35 °C.
After 72 hours, take out the sample and observe whether there is water drop or
damp or not.
6.5 Incombustibility
It is performed according to the provisions of GB/T 5464.
7.3.1 For the tests of appearance quality and size allowable deviation,
randomly select three plates from the same inspection lot.
7.3.2 For the rest of inspection items, randomly select from the above products
whose appearance quality and size allowable deviation items are tested to be
qualified.
7.4 Decision rules
7.4.1 Appearance quality and size allowable deviation
According to the test results, if the appearance quality and size allowable
deviation of plates are in compliance with the corresponding provisions in 5.2.1
requirements of the standard in one piece of plate, extract twice from the same
batch to conduct the re-test of the project; if the indicator still does not meet the
requirements, then the product is determined to be unqualified.
7.4.2 Physical and chemical properties
According to the test results, if bending strength, apparent density,
impact-resistance strength, moisture content of leaving factory, dry shrinkage,
wet-swelling rate, gripping screw force, chloride ion content, leachable chloride
ion content, impermeability, incombustibility, formaldehyde emission, and
radionuclides limits of plates are in compliance with the corresponding
determined to be qualified; if there is one item which does not meet the
requirements of the standard in one piece of plate, extract twice from the same
batch to conduct the re-test of the project; if the indicator still does not meet the
requirements, then the product is determined to be unqualified..
7.4.3 Overall determination
7.4.3.1 Determination of factory inspection
According to the test results, if the factory inspection items are in compliance
with the corresponding provisions of this standard, the batch of products shall
be qualified; if one of the items fails to comply with the corresponding
unqualified.
7.4.3.2 Determination of type test
According to the test results, if the type test items are in compliance with the
corresponding provisions of this standard, the batch of products shall be
qualified; if one of the items fails to comply with the corresponding provisions
of this standard, the batch of products shall be determined to be unqualified.
Appendix A
(Normative)
Determination of chloride ion content
It is performed according to the provisions of 11.1.2.of GB/T 8077-2012
A.2 Instrument and equipment
A.2.1 Square hole sieve. one each with the bore diameter of 0.125mm and
0.25mm.
A.2.2 Balance. The division value is 0.0001g.
A.2.3 Measuring cylinder. 5mL, 100mL.
A.2.4 Beaker.200mL, 500mL.
A.2.5 Burette. 25mL.
A.2.6 Pipette. 10mL.
A.2.8 Crusher.
A.3 Sample preparation
Weigh about 40g of test-piece after impact-resistance test; use crusher to grind;
use square hole sieve to sieve; after controlling to grind, the particle size range
of all samples is from 0.125mm to 0.25mm; collect the particles with the
particle size from 0.125 mm to 0.25 mm as the sample under test. The
samples are dried at 100°C~105°C until constant weight for spare-use.
A.4 Test steps
A.4.1 Weigh 0.5g of the sample after A.3 treatment, accurate to 0.0001g; place
to boil for 5 min; use rapid qualitative filter paper to filter; use distilled water to
wash the residue until there is no chloride ion; collect about 200mL of filtrate.
A.4.2 It is performed according to the provisions of 11.1.4.2~11.1.4.4 of GB/T
8077-2012.
Appendix B
(Normative)
Determination of leachable chloride ion content
B.1 Reagents
It is performed according to the provisions of 11.1.2.of GB/T 8077-2012.
B.2.1 Square hole sieve. one each with the bore diameter of 0.125mm and
0.25mm.
B.2.2 Balance. The division value is 0.0001g.
B.2.3 Measuring cylinder. 5mL, 100mL.
