前言
本标准按照GB/T 1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准使用重新起草法修改采用ISO 105-F09:2009《纺织品 色牢度试验 第F09部分:棉摩擦
布规格》(英文版)。本标准与ISO 105-F09:2009的主要技术性差异如下:
---规范性引用文件中的国际标准替换为相应的国家标准和行业标准,以适应我国的技术条件。
本标准做了下列编辑性修改:
---标准名称改为“纺织品 色牢度试验 棉摩擦布”;
---删除了第1章中“基准织物可以从规定的供应处获得”;
---删除了3.2和3.3有关供应商信息的注;
---4.3增加了注,提供了含油率测试方法标准,以方便标准使用;
---删除了4.4和5.2有关产品信息的注;
---参考文献中增加FZ/T 20002。
本标准由中国纺织工业联合会提出。

1 范围
本标准规定了纺织品摩擦色牢度试验中用于评定沾色的棉摩擦布的规格及要求。
棉待试摩擦布的沾色性能通过与棉基准摩擦布一起用棉染色基准织物进行对比确定。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
棉待试摩擦布
符合第4章要求的棉摩擦布。
3.2
棉基准摩擦布
符合第4章要求的棉参考织物。
3.3
棉染色基准织物
符合GB/T 7568.2并用C.I.直接蓝71染色的棉染色参考织物。
4 棉摩擦布规格
4.1 单位面积质量:(110±5)g/m2,按照GB/T 4669测定。
4.2 白度值
测色时应按照GB/T 8424.1使用含有镜面反射光的测色条件,0/45(45/0)几何结构的分光光度测
色仪除外。明度值(Y10)、白度值(W10)和淡色调指数(Tw,10)应按照GB/T 8424.2,使用CIED65标准照
明体和CIE1964补充标准色度系统(10°观察者)进行计算。
为获得均匀的白度值,将棉摩擦布至少折叠四层后进行测量。
4.3 残油含量:小于1%。
注:可参考FZ/T 20002测定。
4.4 水萃取液pH值:7.5±1.0,按照GB/T 7573测定。
5 棉待试摩擦布沾色性能的评定
5.1 总则
棉摩擦布在摩擦色牢度试验中结果要求有复现性,最重要的是具有符合本章要求的沾色性能。当
对棉染色基准织物进行摩擦色牢度试验时,棉待试摩擦布应具有与棉基准摩擦布一致的沾色性能。
5.2 试验程序
取1块棉待试摩擦布(3.1)和1块棉基准摩擦布(3.2),按照GB/T 3920规定方法,对棉染色基准织
物(3.3)进行干(湿)摩擦试验,对试验后的棉待试摩擦布和棉基准摩擦布的色差进行评定。
按此试验程序进行10组干摩擦和10组湿摩擦试验。
5.3 沾色性能要求
使用GB/T 250规定的评定变色用灰色样卡或FZ/T 01024规定的试样变色程度的仪器评级方法
对摩擦试验后的10组棉待试摩擦布和棉基准摩擦布的色差进行评定,10组色差的平均值应不低于4-5级。

Foreword
This Standard was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Standard adopts the re-drafting method to modify and use ISO 105-F09.2009
Textiles – Tests for Colour Fastness – Part F09. Specification for Cotton Rubbing Cloth
(English Version). Compared with ISO 105-F09.2009, this Standard has the major
technical differences as follows.
--- The international standards in the Normative References are replaced by
national standards and industry standards; so as to adapt to China’s technical
conditions.
This Standard has the editorial changes as follows.
--- Modify the standard name into “Textiles – Tests for Colour Fastness – Cotton
Rubbing Cloth”;
--- Delete “reference fabric can be obtained from the prescribed supplier” from the
Clause 1;
--- Delete NOTEs about supplier information in 3.2 and 3.3;
--- Add NOTE to 4.3, providing the standards on the oil content test method to
facilitate the use of standard;
--- Delete NOTEs about product information in 4.4 and 5.2;
--- Add FZ/T 20002 in the bibliography.

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the specification and requirements for the determination of
stained cotton rubbing cloth in the color fastness test for textile rubbing.
The stained property of cotton rubbing cloth under test, together with cotton rubbing
cloth reference fabric, shall be determined by comparison with cotton dyed reference
fabric.
