1 范围
本标准规定了断路器用铜带的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存、质量证明书及订货单(或合同)内容。
本标准适用于断路器用铜带材。

3 要求
3.1 产品分类
3.1.1 牌号、状态、规格
带材的牌号、状态、规格应符合表1规定。
3.1.2 标记及示例
产品标记按产品名称、标准编号、牌号、状态和规格的顺序表示。标记示例如下:
用TU1(T10150)制造的硬态(H04),厚度为5.0mm,宽度为100mm的带材标记为:
铜带GB/T 33816-TU1H04-5.0×100
或 铜带GB/T 33816-T10150H04-5.0×100
3.2 化学成分
带材的化学成分应符合GB/T 5231规定。
3.3 外形尺寸及其允许偏差
3.3.1 带材的厚度、宽度尺寸允许偏差应符合表2、表3的规定。
3.3.2 带材的侧边弯曲度应每米不大于3mm。
3.4 力学性能
带材的室温力学性能应符合表4的规定。
3.5 电性能
在20℃的温度下测试,带材的电性能应符合表5规定。
3.6 表面质量
带材表面应光滑、清洁,不应有影响使用的缺陷。
4 试验方法
4.1 化学成分
带材化学成分的检测按GB/T 5121(所有部分)或YS/T 482的规定进行,仲裁分析方法按GB/T 5121
(所有部分)的规定进行。
4.2 外形尺寸及其允许偏差
带材的外形尺寸及其允许偏差检测按GB/T 26303.3的规定进行。
4.3 力学性能
4.3.1 带材的拉伸试验按GB/T 228.1-2010的规定进行,其形状尺寸和试样号按表D.2中P04或
P08的规定。
4.3.2 带材的维氏硬度试验按GB/T 4340.1的规定进行。
4.4 电性能
带材的电性能试验按GB/T 351或YS/T 478的规定进行。仲裁时,按GB/T 351的规定进行。
4.5 表面质量
带材的表面质量应用目视进行检验。
5 检验规则
5.1 检查和验收
5.1.1 带材应由供方质量监督部门进行检验,保证产品质量符合本标准及订货单(或合同)的规定,并
填写产品质量证明书。
5.1.2 需方应对收到的产品按本标准及订货单(或合同)的规定进行复检,复检结果与本标准及订货单(或合同)的规定不符时,应在3个月内以书面形式向供方提出,由供需双方协商解决。属于表面质量及尺寸偏差的异议,应在收到产品之日起1个月内提出;属于其他质量异议,应在收到产品之日3个月内提出。如需仲裁,仲裁取样应在需方由供需双方共同进行。
5.2 组批
带材应成批提交验收,每批应由同一牌号、状态和规格组成。每批重量应不大于5000kg。
5.3 检验项目
每批带材出厂前应进行化学成分、外形尺寸及其允许偏差、拉伸试验、电性能和表面质量的检验,当需方要求时,还应进行硬度的检验。
5.4 取样
带材取样应符合表6规定。取样方法按YS/T 668的规定进行,力学性能试样制备按YS/T 815的
规定进行。
5.5 检验结果的判定
5.5.1 化学成分不合格时,判该批带材不合格。
5.5.2 带材的外形尺寸及其偏差和表面质量不合格时,判该卷不合格。
5.5.3 当力学性能、电性能的试验结果中有试样不合格时,应从该批次带材(包括原检验不合格的那卷带材)中另取双倍数量的试样进行重复试验,重复试验结果全部合格,则判整批产品合格。若重复试验结果仍有试样不合格,则判该批带材(或该卷带材)不合格,允许供方逐卷检验,合格者交货。
6 标志、包装、运输、贮存、质量证明书
带材的标志、包装、运输、贮存、质量证明书应符合GB/T 8888的规定。
7 订货单(或合同)内容
订购本标准所列材料的订货单(或合同)应包括下列内容:
a) 产品名称;
b) 牌号;
c) 供应状态;
d) 尺寸规格;
e) 硬度(有要求时);
f) 重量;
g) 本标准编号;

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking,
package, transportation, storage, quality certificate and order sheet (contract) content
of copper strips for circuit breakers
This Standard is applicable to the copper strips for circuit breakers.

4 Test Methods
4.1 Chemical compositions
The inspection of strip chemical compositions shall be performed as per the provisions
of GB/T 5121 (all parts) or YS/T 482; the arbitration analysis method shall be performed
as per the provisions of GB/T 5121 (all parts).
4.2 Shape size and permissible deviation
The inspection of strip shape size and permissible deviation shall be performed as per
4.3 Mechanical property
4.3.1 The tensile test of strip shall be performed as per the provisions of GB/T 228.1-
2010; its shape size and specimen number shall conform to the provisions of P04 or
P08 in Table D.2.
4.3.2 The Vickers hardness test of strip shall be performed as per the provisions of
GB/T 4340.1.
4.4 Electrical property
The electrical property test of strip shall be performed as per the provisions of GB/T
351 or YS/T 478. When arbitrating, it shall be performed as per the provisions of GB/T
4.5 Surface quality
The surface quality of strip shall be examined visually.
5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 The strip shall be inspected by the quality supervision department of the
supplier; ensure that the product quality conforms to the provisions of this Standard
and order sheet (or contract); and fill in the product quality certificate.
5.1.2 The purchaser shall be re-inspected the product received according to the
provisions of this Standard and order sheet (or contract); if the re-inspection results
shall be submitted to the supplier within 3 months in written form, then shall be solved
through negotiation between the supplier and purchaser. The problems that belong to
5.5.2 When the shape size, permissible deviation and surface quality of strip are
disqualified, then such batch of strip is disqualified.
5.5.3 When there is disqualified specimen in mechanical property and electrical
property test results, take double quantity of specimens from such batch of strips
(including the originally disqualified roll of strip in the test) to re-test; if the re-test results
are qualified totally, then the whole batch of products are qualified. If there is still
disqualified product in the re-test results, then such batch (or such roll) of strip is
be delivered.
6 Marking, Package, Transportation, Storage, Quality
Certificate
The marking, package, transportation, storage and quality certificate of strip shall
conform to the provisions of GB/T 8888.
7 Order Sheet (or Contract) Contents
The order sheet (or contract) ordering the materials listed in this Standard shall include
the following contents.
a) Product name;
c) Supply state;
d) Size specification;
e) Hardness (if required);
f) Weight;
g) This Standard number;
h) Others.
