1 范围
本标准规定了免铅浴淬火钢丝用盘条的术语和定义、牌号表示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。
本标准适用于制丝过程中免中间热处理或最终热处理的制丝用热轧盘条,即免铅浴淬火钢丝用热
轧盘条(以下简称盘条)。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
在线水浴韧化处理
EDC
一种在线水浴韧化处理工艺。盘条吐丝后快速进入水介质中冷却,完成组织转变。与普通风冷工
艺相比较,盘条在水介质中冷却具有均匀性高、冷却速度快的特点,有利于提高索氏体化率和细化片层间距,改善盘条的加工性能。
3.2
采用在线EDC韧性处理等工艺所生产的盘条,盘条的组织性能接近或达到铅浴的水平,可实现钢
丝直接拉拔,省去部分中间或最终铅浴、盐浴等热处理工艺。
3.3
总压缩率
对盘条进行拉丝时,盘条公称断面积与钢丝公称断面积之差与盘条公称断面积的百分比。
4 牌号表示方法
4.1 盘条的牌号由英文Carbon首字母、平均含碳量(质量分数,%)、Mn含量级别和代表韧化处理易
拉拔工艺的EDC首字母四部分组成。例如:C82A-E、C82B-E。
4.2 按本标准订货的盘条,牌号亦可采用其他盘条产品标准中牌号加后缀“-E”来表示。例如:70-E。
5 订货内容
按本标准订货时,合同中应该包括下列内容:
a) 标准编号;
b) 产品名称;
c) 牌号;
d) 规格;
e) 重量;
f) 包装方式。
6 尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差
6.1 盘条公称直径为5.0mm~10.0mm。
6.2 盘条尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 14981-2009中B级精度的规定。根据需方要求,经供
需双方协议并在合同中注明,可供应其他尺寸偏差要求的盘条。
6.3 盘条应按实际重量交货,盘重应不小于1000kg。每盘由一根盘条组成。
7 技术要求
7.1 牌号和化学成分
7.1.1 盘条用钢的牌号和化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表1的规定。采用其他牌号订货的盘条,其化学成分应符合对应标准的规定。各牌号对照表参见附录A。
7.1.2 表1中未列入的化学元素,未经需方同意不应有意加入钢中。
7.1.3 盘条的成品化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。
7.1.4 经供需双方协议并在合同中注明,可供应其他牌号和化学成分的盘条。
7.2 冶炼方法
钢由转炉或电炉冶炼,并应进行炉外精炼。
7.3 交货状态
盘条以热轧后在线EDC韧化热处理等工艺处理状态交货。
7.4 力学性能
7.4.1 盘条应进行力学性能检验。当按表1规定的牌号订货时,其盘条的抗拉强度Rm 由供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,当需方未指明时,按实测值交货。当采用其他钢牌号订货时,其盘条的抗拉强度Rm 应符合对应标准的相关规定。
7.4.3 同批次盘条的抗拉强度波动范围及同圈抗拉强度性能差应符合表3的规定。
7.5 脱碳层
盘条应进行脱碳层深度检验。盘条不允许存在全脱碳,部分脱碳层深度不得大于盘条公称直径的
1.0%。
7.6 金相组织
盘条的金相组织应主要为索氏体,不应有马氏体、全封闭的网状渗碳体等有害组织。盘条的索氏体含量应符合表4的规定。
7.7 非金属夹杂物
根据需方要求,可对盘条进行非金属夹杂物检验,合格级别经供需双方协议确定。
7.8 晶粒度
7.9 中心偏析
根据需方要求,可对盘条进行中心偏析检验,合格级别经供需双方协议确定。
7.10 总压缩率
根据需方要求,经供需双方协议,并在合同中注明,供方应保证盘条不经热处理一次连续直接拉拔
的总压缩率符合如下规定:
a) 平均含碳量< 0.72%盘条,总压缩率不小于95%;
b) 平均含碳量≥0.72%盘条,总压缩率不小于93%。
7.11 表面质量
7.11.1 盘条应将头尾有害缺陷部分切除,其截面不应有缩孔、分层及夹杂。
8 试验方法
盘条的检验项目、取样数量、取样方法和试验方法应符合表5的规定。
9 检验规则
9.1 检查与验收
盘条的检查与验收由供方技术监督部门进行。
9.2 组批规则
盘条应成批验收。每批由同一牌号、同一炉号、同一尺寸的盘条组成。
9.3 取样数量
盘条各项检验的取样数量应符合表5的规定。
盘条的复验与判定应符合GB/T 17505的规定。
10 数值修约
盘条各项检验结果的数值修约应符合GB/T 8170的规定。
11 包装、标志和质量证明书
盘条的包装、标志和质量证明书应符合GB/T 2101的规定。经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,也
可采用其他特殊包装、防护要求。

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, grade expression method, ordering
content, dimension, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements,
test methods, inspection rules, package, marking and quality certificate of wire rods for
conversion to wire without intermediate heat treatment.
This Standard is applicable to the hot-rolled wire rod for wire-making without
intermediate heat treatment or final heat treatment during the wire-making process;
namely, wire rods for conversion to wire without intermediate heat treatment
(hereinafter referred to as wire rod).

3 Terms and Definitions
3.1 Easy drawing cooling. EDC
It is one easy drawing cooling process. After the wire rod spinning, it quickly enters into
the water medium for cooling, and finish the organizational transition. Compared with
the ordinary air-cooled process, the wire rod cooling in water medium is featured by
high uniformity and fast cooling speed; it is conducive to increase the sorbite rate and
expand the refine sheet spacing, and improve the processing performance of the wire
rod.
3.2 Wire rods for conversion to wire without intermediate heat treatment
For the wire rod produced by adopting the EDC process, the organizational
wire can be directly pulled-out, which eliminates the intermediate and final lead bath,
salt bath, and the like heat treatment process.
3.3 Total reduction of area
9.3 Sampling quantity
The sampling quantity for each item inspection of wire rod shall conform to the
provisions of Table 5.
9.4 Re-inspection and judgment
The re-inspection and judgment of wire rod shall conform to the provisions of GB/T
17505.
The rounding off for values of each item inspection results of wire rod shall conform to
the provisions of GB/T 8170.
11 Package, Marking and Quality Certificate
The package, marking and quality certificate of wire rod shall conform to the provisions
of GB/T 2101. Other special package and protection requirements can be adopted
through the negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser, and indicated in the
contract.
