1 范围
本标准规定了建筑屋面和幕墙用冷轧不锈钢钢板和钢带的订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。
本标准适用于厚度0.3mm~4.0mm的建筑屋面和幕墙用不锈钢冷轧宽钢带(以下简称宽钢带)及
其卷切定尺钢板(以下简称卷切钢板)、纵剪冷轧宽钢带(以下简称纵剪宽钢带)。

3 订货内容
3.1 按本标准订货的合同或订单应包括下列内容:
a) 标准编号;
b) 产品名称;
c) 牌号;
d) 尺寸及精度;
e) 边缘状态;
f) 表面加工类型;
g) 交货状态;
h) 交货重量(数量)。
3.2 如订货合同中未注明尺寸及不平度精度、边缘状态、包装方式,则按普通的尺寸和不平度精度、不切边状态交货,并按供方提供的包装方式包装。
4 尺寸、外形、重量
4.1 尺寸范围
钢板和钢带的公称尺寸范围见表1,推荐的公称尺寸应符合GB/T 708-2006中5.2的规定。根据
需方要求,经供需双方协商,可供应其他尺寸的产品。
4.2 尺寸、外形及允许偏差
钢板和钢带尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 3280-2015的规定。
4.3 重量
4.3.1 钢板按理论或实际重量交货。按理论重量交货时,理论计重所采用的厚度为允许的最大厚度和最小厚度的算术平均值,宽度和长度采用公称尺寸值。钢的密度见GB/T 20878-2007的附录A,未规定时,由供需双方协商确定。
4.3.2 钢带按实际重量交货。
5 技术要求
5.1 牌号及化学成分
5.1.1 钢的牌号及化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表2~表4的规定。各牌号推荐使用的地区参见附录
A,本标准与相关标准相近牌号对照参见附录B。
5.1.2 钢的成品化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。
5.2 冶炼方法
钢宜采用粗炼钢水加炉外精炼。
5.3 交货状态
钢板和钢带经冷轧后,可经热处理及酸洗或类似处理后交货,必要时可进行矫直、平整或研磨。
5.4 力学性能和工艺性能
5.4.1 经固溶处理的奥氏体不锈钢的力学性能应符合表5的规定。
5.4.2 经固溶处理的奥氏体·铁素体不锈钢的力学性能应符合表6的规定。
5.4.3 经退火处理的铁素体不锈钢的力学性能和工艺性能应符合表7的规定。
5.4.4 对于几种硬度试验,可根据钢板和钢带的不同尺寸和状态按其中一种方法试验。
5.4.5 弯曲试验时,试样弯曲后的外表面不准许有目视可见的裂纹。
5.6 表面加工及表面质量
钢板和钢带的表面加工类型见表8,需方应根据使用需求指定钢板和钢带表面加工类型,经供需双
方协商,并在合同中注明,可提供表8以外的表面加工类型。
5.6.2 钢板和钢带表面质量
5.6.2.1 钢板不应有影响使用的缺陷。可有个别深度小于厚度公差之半的轻微麻点、擦划伤、压痕、凹坑、辊印和色差等不影响使用的缺欠。允许局部修磨,但应保证钢板最小厚度。
5.6.2.2 钢带不应有影响使用的缺陷。但成卷交货钢带由于一般没有除掉缺陷的机会,允许带有少量不正常的部分。对不经抛光的钢带,允许有个别深度小于厚度公差之半的轻微麻点、擦划伤、压痕、凹坑、辊印和色差等不影响使用的缺陷。
5.6.2.3 钢带边缘应平整,切边钢带边缘不应有深度大于宽度公差之半的切割不齐和大于钢带厚度公差的毛刺。不切边钢带不应有大于宽度公差的裂边。
5.7 特殊要求
根据需方要求,可对钢板和钢带的化学成分、力学性能、非金属夹杂物、耐腐蚀性能等作特殊要求,具体内容由供需双方协商确定。
6 试验方法
6.2 钢板和钢带公称厚度小于3mm时,拉伸试样推荐采用GB/T 228.1-2010中P5试样;钢板和钢
带公称厚度不小于3mm时,拉伸试样推荐采用GB/T 228.1-2010中P14试样。
6.3 钢板和钢带检验项目和试验方法应符合表9规定。
7 检验规则
7.1 钢板和钢带的检验由供方质量检验部门进行。
7.2 钢板和钢带应成批验收。每批应由同一牌号、同一炉号、同一厚度和同一热处理制度的钢板或钢带组成。
7.3 钢板和钢带取样数量、取样方法及部分应符合表9规定。
7.4 钢板和钢带的复验和判定应符合GB/T 17505的规定。
7.5 力学性能和化学成分试验结果应采用修约值比较法进行修约,修约规则按GB/T 8170的规定
8 包装、标志及质量证明书
钢板和钢带的包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书应符合GB/T 247的规定。

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the ordering content, dimension, shape, weight,
technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, package, marking, and
quality certificate of cold rolled stainless steel plate, sheet and strip for
construction roof and curtain.
This Standard is applicable to the wide cold-rolled steel strip for construction
roof and curtain with a thickness of 0.3mm to 4.0mm (hereinafter referred to as
wide steel strip) as well as its coil slitting cut-to-size steel plate and sheet
(hereinafter referred to as coil slitting steel plate and sheet), and wide cold-
rolled steel strip with longitudinal shear (hereinafter referred to as wide steel
strip with longitudinal shear).

Bright annealing is performed in a
cold rolling. Dry hydrogen or a
mixture of dry hydrogen and dry
nitrogen is generally used to
prevent oxidation during annealing.
It is also a commonly used surface
processing for post-process
reprocessing.
5.6.2 Surface quality of steel plates, sheets and strips
5.6.2.1 The steel plates and sheets shall not have defects that will affect their
half of the thickness tolerance, scratches, indentations, pits, roll marks,
chromatic aberrations, and other defects that do not affect the use. Partial
grinding is allowed, but the minimum thickness of the steel plate and sheet shall
be guaranteed.
5.6.2.2 The steel strips shall not have any defects that will affect their use.
However, the delivered steel strips in coil generally do not have the opportunity
to remove defects, allowing for a small number of abnormalities. For steel strips
that are not polished, it is allowed to have minor pitting of which the individual
depth is less than half of the thickness tolerance, scratches, indentations, pits,
5.6.2.3 The edge of the steel strip shall be smooth. The edge of the trimming
strip shall not have uneven cutting of which the depth is greater than half the
width tolerance and burrs of which the depth is greater than the thickness
tolerance of the steel strip. The un-trimming steel strips shall not have raw
edges that are greater than the width tolerance.
5.7 Special requirements
According to the requirements of the demander, special requirements can be
made on the chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-metallic
inclusions, corrosion resistance, etc. of steel plates, sheets and strips. The
batch shall consist of steel plates (sheets) or strips of the same designation,
same furnace number, same thickness, and same heat treatment system.
7.3 The sample size, sampling methods and parts of steel plates, sheets and
strips shall comply with the provisions of Table 9.
7.4 The retesting and determination of steel plates, sheets and strips shall
comply with the provisions of GB/T 17505.
7.5 The test results of mechanical properties and chemical compositions shall
be rounded off using the rounding off comparison method. The rules for
rounding off shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 8170.
The package, marking, transportation, storage, and quality certificate of steel
plates, sheets and strips shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 247.
