1 范围
本标准规定了冷轧晶粒无取向电工钢带(片)的术语和定义、符号与牌号、一般要求、技术要求、检验和试验、复验与判定规则、包装、标志及质量证明书、订货内容。
本标准适用于制造电动汽车驱动电机用公称厚度为0.20mm、0.27mm、0.30mm、0.35mm的晶粒
无取向电工钢带(片)[以下简称“钢带(片)”]。

下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文
件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 术语和定义
GB/T 2900.60、GB/T 9637、GB/T 2521.1-2016界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。
4 符号与牌号
4.1 本标准的符号和相应的说明见表1。
4.2 钢带(片)的牌号由下列三部分组成:
a) 材料公称厚度的100倍,单位为毫米(mm)。
b) 类型代号:
WD ---电动汽车用普通型无取向电工钢带(片);
WDG---电动汽车用高磁感型无取向电工钢带(片)。
c) 磁极化强度在1.0T、频率在400Hz下测得的比总损耗P1.0/400(单位为 W/kg)的100倍。
5 一般要求
一般要求按GB/T 2521.1-2016中一般要求相应条件执行。
6 技术要求
6.1 磁性能
6.1.1 钢带(片)室温下的磁性能应符合表2的规定。
6.1.2 钢带(片)150℃下的最大比总损耗P1.0/400及最小磁极化强度参见附录A,但不作为交货依据。
6.2 几何特性和偏差
6.2.1 厚度和偏差
6.2.1.1 公称厚度
钢带(片)的公称厚度为0.20mm、0.27mm、0.30mm、0.35mm。
6.2.1.2 厚度偏差
钢带(片)的厚度偏差应符合表3的规定。
6.2.2 宽度和偏差
6.2.2.1 钢带(片)的宽度可在供方指定的宽度范围内选择,一般不超过1250mm。
6.2.2.2 钢带(片)可以切边或不切边状态交货。切边钢带(片)宽度允许偏差应符合表4的规定。不切边钢带(片)宽度允许偏差应为+10.0 0 mm。
6.2.3 镰刀弯
宽度大于30mm的切边钢带(片)应测量镰刀弯,其任意2000mm长度的钢带(片)的镰刀弯应符
合下列规定:
a) 宽度大于30mm~150mm时,镰刀弯应不超过4.0mm;
b) 宽度大于150mm时,镰刀弯应不超过2.0mm。
6.2.4 不平度
宽度大于100mm钢带(片)应测量不平度,其不平度应不超过2.0%。
6.2.5 残余曲率
根据需方要求,并在合同中注明,宽度大于100mm的钢带(片)可检测残余曲率,其测试钢片的底
边与支撑板间的距离应不超过35mm。
6.2.6 毛刺高度
切边钢带(片)剪切毛刺高度应不超过0.035mm。
6.3 技术特性
6.3.1 密度
除非另有协议,用于计算磁性能、叠装系数的约定密度应符合表2的规定。
6.3.2 叠装系数
钢带(片)的最小叠装系数应符合表2的规定。有争议时,叠装系数仅适用于无涂层状态。
6.3.3 弯曲次数
钢带(片)垂直于轧制方向的最小弯曲次数应符合表5的规定。
6.3.4 由内应力引起的剪切边的偏差
钢带(片)应尽量减少出现内应力。根据需方要求,并在合同中注明,可对宽度大于150mm的钢带
(片)进行由内应力引起的剪切边的偏差的测试,其缝隙测量值应不超过2mm。
6.3.5 涂层绝缘电阻
根据需方要求,经供需双方协商,可进行涂层绝缘电阻的检测,并在合同中注明涂层表面绝缘电阻
或层间电阻的最小值。若钢带(片)需要进行热处理,应按供方指定的条件进行,并在合同中注明在处理之前或之后检测涂层绝缘电阻。
注:涂层绝缘电阻分为表面绝缘电阻和层间电阻。
6.3.6 力学性能和工艺性能
根据需方要求,经供需双方协议,钢带(片)的室温力学性能和工艺性能可按表5的规定。
7 检验和试验
7.1 一般要求
7.1.1 按本标准签订订货协议时,需方可按GB/T 17505规定进行规定检验和试验或非规定检验和试
验。然而,对于非规定检验和试验,供方应提供所供钢带(片)的比总损耗值和磁极化强度值。
7.1.2 当按规定检验和试验订货时,需方应明确GB/T 18253中的检验文件的类型。
7.1.3 钢带(片)应成批验收,一般以一卷组成一个验收批。允许有由同一牌号、同一公称厚度的钢带并卷组成验收批,但重量应不超过20t。
7.1.5 当产品以分卷的形式供货时,原验收批上的测试结果适用于该分卷。
7.1.6 产品检验分为型式检验和质量一致性检验,见表6。
在下列情况下供方应进行型式检验:
a) 新产品投入使用前;
b) 生产工艺或生产设备等发生重大变化后;
c) 正常生产每隔6个月;
d) 停产6个月以上。
7.2 取样
7.2.1 一般要求
7.2.1.2 钢卷的最内圈和最外圈应视为包装材,不代表整个钢卷的质量,试样应从离钢卷头尾不小于
3m 处截取。
7.2.1.3 通过合理地安排测试顺序,同一副试样可用于测试多种特性。
7.2.2 磁性能
7.2.2.1 磁性能测试试样分别在钢带(片)的纵向和横向取样,试样数量为纵、横向各半。推荐重量为0.50kg左右,试样的取样方法、尺寸及允许偏差应符合GB/T 3655的规定。
7.2.2.2 测试钢带(片)时效试样的最大比总损耗时,时效试样应在225℃±5℃温度中持续保温24h,
然后空冷到环境温度。
7.2.3 几何特性
7.2.3.1 测试钢带(片)厚度、宽度、不平度和镰刀弯的试样长度为2000mm的钢带(片)。
线应平行于轧制方向。
7.2.3.3 测试毛刺高度的试样从成品交货的钢带(片)上制取,推荐试样长度不小于500mm。
7.2.4 技术特性
7.2.4.1 叠装系数
测试钢带(片)叠装系数的试样需同尺寸的足够叠装至少6mm高的试样。在有争议的情况下,试
样应由100片组成。试样最小宽度20mm,最小表面积5000mm2。试样的宽度和长度公差分别为
±0.2mm 和±0.5mm。测试前试样应无明显毛刺。
7.2.4.2 弯曲次数
测试钢带(片)弯曲次数的试样应符合GB/T 2521.1-2016附录A的规定。
测试钢带(片)由内应力引起的剪切边的偏差的试样长度为1000mm的一张钢带(片)。
7.2.4.4 涂层绝缘电阻
测试钢带(片)涂层绝缘电阻的试样按GB/T 2522的规定取样。
7.2.4.5 力学性能
测试室温和高温力学性能推荐采用GB/T 228.1-2010规定的试样编号P14类型的带头试样,平
行长度应不小于60mm;如适用,也可采用其他类型的试样。试样按平行于轧制方向制取。室温和高温试样制备要求应分别符合GB/T 228.1-2010和GB/T 228.2-2015的规定。
7.3 测试方法
对于规定的每一个特性,每一个验收批都应进行测试。除非另有规定,测试应在(23±5)℃的温度
下进行。
室温磁特性测试应按钢带(片)的磁性能测试方法按GB/T 3655进行。150℃下的磁特性测试应
按附录B进行。
7.3.2 几何特性
7.3.2.1 厚度
钢带(片)厚度应在距离钢带或钢片边部不小于30mm(不切边不小于45mm)的任何地方进行测
试。对于宽度小于60mm的钢带(片),厚度的测量应在钢带(片)的轧制方向上进行。厚度的测试应使用精度为0.001mm的千分尺进行。
7.3.2.2 宽度
钢带(片)的宽度应在垂直钢带(片)的轧制方向上测试。
7.3.2.3 镰刀弯
7.3.2.4 不平度
钢带(片)的不平度应按YB/T 4292测试。
7.3.2.5 残余曲率
钢带(片)的残余曲率应按YB/T 4292测试。
7.3.2.6 毛刺高度
钢带(片)的毛刺高度应按YB/T 4292测试。
7.3.3 技术特性
7.3.3.1 叠装系数
钢带(片)的叠装系数应按GB/T 19289测试。
钢带(片)的弯曲次数应按GB/T 2521.1-2016的附录A测试。
7.3.3.3 由内应力引起的剪切边的偏差
钢带(片)的由内应力引起的剪切边的偏差应按YB/T 4292测试。
7.3.3.4 涂层绝缘电阻
钢带(片)的涂层绝缘电阻应按GB/T 2522-2007测试,推荐触头总面积采用645mm2。
7.3.3.5 力学性能
7.3.3.5.1 钢带(片)的室温力学性能应按照GB/T 228.1-2010的方法B进行测试,采用横梁位移控制
方式,屈服段速率为0.00083s-1,屈服后速率为0.0067s-1。
7.3.3.5.2 钢带(片)的高温力学性能应按照GB/T 228.2-2015的方法B进行测试,采用横梁位移控制
8 复验与判定规则
钢带(片)的复验与判定规则应符合GB/T 17505的规定。
9 包装、标志及质量证明书
钢带(片)的包装、标志及质量证明书应符合GB/T 247的规定。
10 订货内容
按本标准订货的合同或订单应包括下列内容:
a) 本标准编号;
b) 牌号;
c) 产品名称;
e) 钢带(片)的尺寸;
f) 钢卷重量的限定。

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and designations, general
requirements, technical requirements, inspection and test, re-inspection and criteria,
packaging, marking, quality certificate, and ordering content of cold-rolled non-oriented
electrical steel strip (sheet).
This Standard applies to non-oriented electrical steel strip (sheet) of nominal thicknesses
0.20 mm, 0.27 mm, 0.30 mm and 0.35 mm for electric vehicle driving motor [hereinafter
referred to as “steel strip (sheet)”].
2 Normative References

Waviness shall be measured for steel strip (sheet) of width greater than 100 mm, which
shall not exceed 2.0%.
6.2.5 Residual curvature
If it is required by the purchaser and stated in the contract, residual curvature can be
measured for steel strip (sheet) of width greater than 100 mm; the distance from the
bottom side of steel sheet tested and support plate shall not be greater than 35 mm.
6.2.6 Burr height
The trimmed burr height of trimmed steel strip (sheet) shall not exceed 0.035 mm.
6.3 Technical characteristics
6.3.1 Density
Unless agreed otherwise, the conventional density for the calculation of magnetic
properties and lamination factors shall be as specified in Table 2.
The minimum lamination factor of steel strip (sheet) shall be as specified in Table 2. In
case of any dispute, lamination factor only applies to the uncoated condition.
6.3.3 Number of bends
The minimum number of bends perpendicular to the rolling direction of steel strip
(sheet) shall be as specified in Table 5.
6.3.4 Deviation of trimmed edge caused by internal stress
Internal stress shall be reduced as much as possible for steel strip (sheet). When it is
required by the purchaser and stated in the contract, the steel strip (sheet) of width
greater than 150 mm shall be subjected to the test for the deviation of trimmed edge
6.3.5 Coating insulation resistance
As required by the purchaser and agreed on by both sides, carry out test for coating
insulation resistance and indicate in the contract the minimum value of coating surface
insulation resistance and interlamination resistance.
NOTE. Coating insulation resistance includes surface insulation resistance and interlamination
resistance.
6.3.6 Mechanical properties and technological properties
7.2.3.3 The samples for testing burr height are prepared from the delivered steel strip
(sheet). The recommended sample length is not less than 500 mm.
7.2.4.1 Lamination factor
The samples for testing the lamination factor of steel strip (sheet) shall be those of the
same dimensions, which can be laminated to at least 6 mm high. In case of any dispute,
the samples shall comprise 100 pieces. The minimum width of the samples is 20 mm
and the minimum surface area is 5,000 mm2. The tolerances for the width and length
of the samples are respectively ± 0.2 mm and ± 0.5 mm. The samples shall be free
from visible burr before testing.
7.2.4.2 Number of bends
The samples for testing the number of bends of steel strip (sheet) shall be as specified
7.2.4.3 Deviation of trimmed edge causes by internal stress
The sample for testing the deviation of trimmed edge caused by internal stress is a
steel strip (sheet) 1,000 mm long.
7.2.4.4 Coating insulation resistance
The samples for testing coating insulation resistance of steel strip (sheet) shall be as
specified in GB/T 2522.
7.2.4.5 Mechanical properties
The use of the samples with head of type sample number P 14 as specified in GB/T
228.1-2010, is recommended for testing mechanical properties at room temperature
other types of samples can also be used. The samples are prepared parallel to the
rolling direction. The requirements for preparing room-temperature and high-
temperature samples shall be respectively as specified in GB/T 228.1-2010 and GB/T
228.2-2015.
7.3 Test methods
For each characteristic specified, each acceptance batch shall be tested. Unless
specified otherwise, test shall be carried out at (23 ± 5)°C.
7.3.1 Magnetic characteristics
The test for magnetic characteristics at room temperature of steel strip (sheet) shall be
test at 150°C shall be carried out as specified in Annex B.
7.3.3.5 Mechanical properties
7.3.3.5.1 The room-temperature mechanical properties of steel strip (sheet) shall be
tested using Method B of GB/T 228.1-2010. Use the beam displacement control
method, with the velocity in the yield stage 0.000 83 s-1 and the velocity after yield
0.006 7 s-1.
7.3.3.5.2 The high-temperature mechanical properties of steel strip (sheet) shall be
tested using Method B of GB/T 228.2-2015. Use the beam displacement control
method, with the velocity in the yield stage 0.000 067 s-1 and the velocity after yield
8 Re-inspection and criteria
The re-inspection and criteria of steel strip (sheet) shall be as specified in GB/T 17505.
9 Packaging, marking and quality certificate
The packaging, marking and quality certification of steel strip (sheet) shall be as
specified in GB/T 247.
10 Ordering content
The purchase contract or order based on this Standard shall include the following
content.
a) reference to this Standard;
c) product name;
d) quantity;
e) dimensions of steel strip (sheet);
f) limit on steel roll weight;
g) other special requirements.
Annex B
(Normative)
Method for measuring the magnetic properties of electrical steel strip
(sheet) using an Epstein Frame at 30°C ~ 200°C
This method specifies the requirements for testing the magnetic properties of electrical
steel strip (sheet) using an Epstein Frame at 30°C ~ 200°C.
B.2 Test apparatus
B.2.1 Epstein Frame
A 25 cm Epstein Frame shall be designed to meet the requirements for continuous
operation at high temperature (normally 150°C); relevant supporting and insulation
materials shall have good high temperature resistant properties (≥ 200°C).
B.2.2 Heating apparatus
B.2.2.1 The heating apparatus shall be capable of heating the whole Epstein Frame
B.2.2.2 The effective space of the heating zone of the heating apparatus shall not be
less than 400 mm long, 400 mm wide and 300 mm high; the maximum allowable
deviation between the specified temperature and the indicating temperature of the
heating apparatus is 2°C; the temperature gradient along the sample axis direction of
the corresponding temperature uniformity zone of samples shall not be greater than
2°C.
B.2.3 Temperature measuring system
B.2.3.1 The minimum resolution of the temperature measuring system is 0.5°C; the
allowable error shall be within 1°C.

B.2.4 Temperature measurement of samples
The interior of Epstein Frame windings in contact with the surface of samples shall be
fixed with a thermocouple, which is used to monitor the temperature of samples. The
temperature of samples is taken as the minimum value of one or more measuring
points.
