本标准由全国氢能标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC309)提出并归口。

引 言
本标准依据我国近年来车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气加气站和汽车运行的经验,参照了GB 18047
《车用压缩天然气》和ISO 12619《道路车辆 压缩气氢(CGH)和氢/天然气混合燃料系统部件》,规定了
车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的技术要求。
车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气
1 范围
本标准规定了车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的术语、技术要求、试验方法、输送、储存、使用和检验
要求。
本标准适用于压力不大于35MPa,氢含量不大于25%(体积分数)的车用压缩氢气天然气混合
燃气。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
4 技术要求
4.1 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的技术指标应符合表1的规定。
4.2 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的原料氢气应为工业氢,其技术指标应符合GB/T 3634.1的规定。
4.3 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中的原料天然气的技术指标应符合GB 17820和GB 18047的规定。
5 试验方法
5.1 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的高位发热量的计算应按GB/T 11062或附录A的规定执行。
5.2 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的原料氢气纯度的检测应按GB/T 3634.1的规定执行。
5.3 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中的原料氢气含量的测定应按GB/T 13610的规定执行,并符合本
标准附录B的要求。
5.4 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中的原料天然气组分、含量的检测应按GB 18047的规定执行。
5.5 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中总硫含量的测定应按GB 18047的规定执行。
5.6 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中硫化氢含量的测定应按GB 18047的规定执行。
5.7 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中二氧化碳含量的测定应按GB 18047的规定执行。
5.8 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中氧气含量的测定应按GB 18047的规定执行。
5.9 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中水分含量和水露点的测定应按GB 18047的规定执行。
6 输送、储存和使用
6.1 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的输送、储存和使用应符合GB 50516和GB/T 29729的规定。
6.2 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的储存容器应符合TSG21和TSGR0006的规定,并符合本标准附
录C的要求。车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的储存容器的压力大于20MPa或混合燃气中氢气含量大
于20%的情形,应采用Ⅲ型瓶。
6.3 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气中固体颗粒直径应小于5μm。
6.4 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气压缩加注应符合GB 50177和GB 50516有关规定。
6.5 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气应有可察觉的臭味。无臭味或臭味不足时应加臭,加臭剂的最小量
应符合满足当车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气泄漏到空气中,达到爆炸下限的20%浓度时,应能察觉。
使用车辆宜设置可燃气体报警器。加臭剂常用具有明显臭味的含硫有机化合物配制,如四氢噻吩等。
7 检验
7.1 在下列情况下,车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气应按第4章、第5章的规定进行检验:
a) 初次投入生产;
b) 正常生产时,定期或积累一定产量后。
7.2 正常生产时,应定期对车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的水露点进行检验。
7.3 车用压缩氢气天然气混合燃气的检验取样应按GB/T 13609的规定进行,现场检验应采用在线连
续氢分析法测定和定期取样分析。

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms, technical requirements, test methods,
transportation, storage, use and test requirements of hydrogen-compressed natural
gas (HCNG) blended as vehicle fuel.
This Standard applies to hydrogen-compressed natural gas (HCNG) blended as
vehicle fuel whose pressure is not greater than 35 MPa and hydrogen content is not
greater than 25% (volume fraction).

5 Test methods
5.1 The calculation of gross calorific value of hydrogen-compressed natural gas
5.2 The testing of the purity of raw material hydrogen in hydrogen-compressed
natural gas blend vehicle fuel shall be as specified in GB/T 3634.1.
5.3 The testing of the content of raw material hydrogen in hydrogen-compressed
natural gas blend vehicle fuel shall be as specified in GB/T 13610 and as required by
Annex B to this Standard.
5.4 The testing of the constituents and content of raw material natural gas in
hydrogen-compressed natural gas blend vehicle fuel shall be as specified in GB 18047.
5.5 The testing of total sulfur in hydrogen-compressed natural gas blend vehicle fuel
shall be as specified in GB 18047.

5.7 The testing of the content of carbon dioxide in hydrogen-compressed natural gas
blend vehicle fuel shall be as specified in GB 18047.
5.8 The testing of the content of oxygen in hydrogen-compressed natural gas blend

5.9 The testing of water content and water dew point of hydrogen-compressed
natural gas blend vehicle fuel shall be as specified in GB 18047.
6 Transportation, storage and use
6.1 The transportation, storage and use of hydrogen-compressed natural gas blend
6.2 The storage containers of hydrogen-compressed natural gas blend vehicle fuel
shall be as specified in TSG 21 and TSG R0006 and as required in Annex C to this
Standard. When the pressure of the storage containers of hydrogen-compressed
natural gas blend vehicle fuel is greater than 20 MPa or the hydrogen content in blend
fuel gas is greater than 20%, cylinders of type III shall be used.
Annex C
(Normative)
General safety requirements for gas cylinder materials for hydrogen-
compressed natural gas blend vehicle fuel
C.1.1 The nominal working pressure of gas cylinders of hydrogen-compressed
natural gas blend vehicle fuel in this Annex shall not be greater than 35 MPa.
C.1.2 The steels for gas cylinders of hydrogen-compressed natural gas blend vehicle
fuel shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 29729, in addition to the conditions
specified here. When the pressure of storing containers of hydrogen-compressed
natural gas blend vehicle fuel or the hydrogen content in blend fuel gas is greater than
20%, cylinders of type III shall be used.
C.1.3 Attention shall be drawn to hydrogen embrittlement problems of the materials
which are in contact with hydrogen; their materials and design shall ensure that the
functionally and that no detrimental corrosion, deformation or material deterioration will
occur.
C.2 Materials for steel gas cylinders or steel liners
C.2.1 Integral seamless steel pipes shall be used as the steel for cylinder body; and
no welding or repair welding is allowed.
C.2.2 The actually-measured mechanical properties of the steel for cylinder body
after heat treatment. the tensile strength shall not be greater than 880 MPa; the yield
ratio not greater than 0.86; and the percentage elongation after fracture (A50 mm) not
less than 20%.

relevant standards; and ensure good compatibility with hydrogen-compressed natural

C.3 Aluminium alloy liners of fully-wrapped gas cylinders
C.3.1 No welding or repair welding is allowed for aluminium alloy liners.
C.3.2 The use of the following aluminium alloys is recommended. A6061-T6, A6061-
T62, A6061-T651 and A6061-T6511.
