1 范围
本文件规定了冷拔或冷轧精密无缝钢管的分类、代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。
本文件适用于制造机械结构、液压设备、汽车零部件用,具有特殊尺寸精度和高表面质量要求的冷拔或冷轧精密无缝钢管(以下简称钢管)。

3 术语和定义
GB/T 30062界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。
4 分类与代号
钢管按交货状态分类和代号如下:
a) 冷加工/硬状态:+C;
b) 冷加工/软状态:+LC;
c) 消除应力退火状态:+SR;
d) 退火状态:+A;
e) 正火状态:+N。
5 订货内容
按本文件订购钢管的合同或订单应包括下列内容:
a) 本文件编号;
b) 产品名称;
c) 钢的牌号;
d) 尺寸规格;
e) 订购的数量(总重量或总长度);
f) 交货状态;
g) 特殊要求。
6 尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差
6.1 尺寸
6.1.1 钢管通常以公称外径(D)和公称壁厚(S)交货。根据需方要求,经供需双方协商,钢管也可以公
称外径和公称内径(d)或公称内径和公称壁厚交货。
6.1.2 钢管的尺寸应符合表1的规定。
6.1.3 冷加工(+C、+LC)状态交货的钢管,其公称外径和公称内径的允许偏差应符合表1的规定。
6.1.4 钢管壁厚的允许偏差为±10%S或±0.10mm(取其较大者)。
6.1.5 根据需方要求,经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,可供表1、表2规定以外尺寸和/或允许偏差的钢管。
6.2 长度
6.2.1 通常长度
钢管的通常长度为3000mm~12000mm。经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,可交付长度短于
3000mm但不短于2000mm的钢管,其数量应不超过该批交货总数量的5%。
6.2.2 定尺和倍尺长度
6.2.2.1 根据需方要求,经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,钢管可按定尺或倍尺长度交货。钢管的定尺和倍尺总长度应在通常长度范围内。定尺长度允许偏差应符合以下规定:
a) 长度不大于5000mm,为+5 0mm;
b) 长度大于5000mm,为+10 0 mm。
6.2.2.2 倍尺长度交货的钢管,每个切口余量应符合以下规定:
a) 外径不大于159mm:为5mm~10mm;
b) 外径大于159mm:为10mm~15mm。
6.3 弯曲度
6.3.2 外径大于16mm的钢管,其全长(L)弯曲度应符合以下规定:
a) 规定(或计算,适用于+C、+LC、+A状态交货时)最小上屈服强度ReH≤500MPa,不大于
0.15%L;
b) 规定(或计算,适用于+C、+LC、+A状态交货时)最小上屈服强度ReH >500MPa,不大于
0.2%L。
6.3.3 根据需方要求,经供需双方协商,并在合同中注明,钢管的每米弯曲度和全长弯曲度可采用其他规定。
6.4 端头外形
钢管两端端面应与钢管轴线垂直,切口毛刺应予清除。
6.5 不圆度和壁厚不均
6.6 重量
钢管按实际重量交货,亦可按理论重量交货。钢管的每米理论重量按GB/T 17395的规定(钢的密
度为7.85kg/dm3)计算。
7 技术要求
7.1 钢的牌号和化学成分
7.1.1 钢的牌号和化学成分(熔炼分析)应分别符合GB/T 699中10、20、35、45、25Mn,GB/T 1591中Q355B、Q420B和GB/T 3077中25CrMo、42CrMo的规定,其中P、S含量均应不大于0.025%。
7.1.2 当需方要求做成品分析时,应在合同中注明。成品钢管的化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。
7.1.3 根据需方要求,经供需双方协商,可供应其他牌号的钢管。
7.2 制造方法
钢应采用电弧炉加炉外精炼或氧气转炉加炉外精炼方法冶炼。

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, code, order content, size, shape,
weight, tolerance, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules,
packaging, markings, quality certificates of seamless cold-drawn or cold-rolled
steel tubes for precision applications.
This document is applicable to seamless cold-drawn or cold-rolled steel tubes
for precision applications (hereinafter referred to as steel tubes), which have
special dimensional accuracy and high surface quality requirements, for the
manufacture of mechanical structures, hydraulic equipment, automobile parts.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions, which are defined in GB/T 30062, apply to this
document.
4 Classification and code
The steel tubes are classified and coded, according to their delivery state, as
a) Cold working/hard state: +C;
b) Cold working/soft state: +LC;
c) Stress relief annealing state: +SR;
d) Annealing state: +A;
e) Normalizing state: +N.
5 Order content
The contract or order, for ordering steel tubes, according to this document, shall
include the following:
a) Number of this document;
c) Steel designation;
d) Size specifications;
e) The quantity ordered (total weight or total length);
f) Delivery state;
g) Special requirements.
6 Dimension, shape, weight, allowable deviation
6.1 Dimensions
6.1.1 Steel tubes are usually delivered, based on nominal outer diameter (D)
and nominal wall thickness (S). According to the requirements of the buyer AND
delivered, based on the nominal outer diameter and the nominal inner diameter
(d) OR the nominal inner diameter and the nominal wall thickness.
6.1.2 The dimensions of the steel tube shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
6.1.3 For steel tubes, which are delivered in cold working (+C, +LC) state, the
allowable deviation of the nominal outer diameter and the nominal inner
diameter shall meet the requirements of Table 1. For steel tubes, which are
delivered in the heat treatment (+SR, +A, +N) state, the allowable deviation of
the nominal outer diameter and the nominal inner diameter shall meet the
requirements of Table 2.

6.3.2 For steel tubes, which have an outer diameter greater than 16 mm, the
curvature along the total length (L) shall meet the following requirements:
a) When the minimum upper yield strength ReH ≤ 500 MPa is specified (or
calculated, applicable to delivery in +C, +LC, +A states): It is not more than
0.15%L;
b) When the minimum upper yield strength ReH > 500 MPa is specified (or
calculated, applicable to delivery in +C, +LC, and +A states): It is not more
than 0.2%L.
supplier and the buyer, as indicated in the contract, other requirements may be
adopted, for the curvature per meter and full length of the steel tube.
6.4 End shape
The end faces of both ends of the steel tube shall be perpendicular to the axis
of the steel tube. The cut burrs shall be removed.
6.5 Out-of-roundness and uneven wall thickness
The out-of-roundness and uneven wall thickness of the steel tube shall not
exceed 80% of the outer diameter tolerance AND wall thickness tolerance,
respectively.
Steel tubes are delivered, according to actual weight or theoretical weight. The
theoretical weight per meter of steel tube is calculated according to GB/T 17395
(the density of steel is 7.85 kg/dm3).
7 Technical requirements
7.1 Steel designation and chemical composition
7.1.1 The designation and chemical composition (melting analysis) of the steel
shall meet the requirements of 10, 20, 35, 45, 25Mn in GB/T 699; the Q355B,
Q420B in GB/T 1591; the 25CrMo and 42CrMo in GB/T 3077, where P, S
content shall not be greater than 0.025%.

7.5.2 Flaring
According to the requirements of the buyer, after negotiation between the
supplier and the buyer, as indicated in the contract, the steel tubes, which have
an outer diameter of not more than 150 mm AND a wall thickness of not more
than 10 mm, in the designations 10, 20, Q355B, in the state of +A and +N, can
be subject to flaring test. The top core taper of the flaring test is 60°. The flaring

7.6 Compactness
According to the requirements of the buyer, after negotiation between the
supplier and the buyer, as indicated in the contract, the steel tube can be subject
to the compactness test, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 40080.
7.7 Surface roughness
7.7.1 For steel tubes, which have an outer diameter not greater than 260 mm,
the inner and outer surface roughness Rα shall meet the following requirements:

b) When delivered in +C and +LC states, the inner and outer surfaces of the
steel tube are not greater than 4 μm; wherein the requirements for the
inner surface are applicable to steel tubes, which have a nominal inner
diameter or a calculated inner diameter of not less than 15 mm.
7.7.2 For steel tubes, which have an outer diameter greater than 260 mm, the
inner and outer surface roughness Rα shall not be greater than 6 μm.
7.7.3 The surface roughness is measured, in the axial direction of the steel tube,
according to the arithmetic mean deviation Rα of the profile, which is specified
7.7.4 According to the requirements of the buyer, after negotiation between the
supplier and the buyer, as indicated in the contract, it may specify other surface
roughness requirements.
7.8 Surface quality
7.8.1 The inner and outer surfaces of steel tubes shall be smooth. The depth of
local pits, scratches, small scratches shall not exceed 0.08 mm. The actual wall
thickness of the steel tube, at these defects, shall not be less than the minimum
allowable wall thickness deviation.
7.8.2 Defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel tube can be removed,
not be less than the minimum allowable wall thickness deviation.
7.8.3 The inner and outer surfaces of cold-worked steel tubes may have
phosphate and lubricant adhesion layers, which are formed in the
manufacturing process. The inner and outer surfaces of the delivered steel tube,
in the heat-treated condition, may have an oxide film layer, that does not affect
the surface inspection; however, there shall be no loose oxide scale.
7.9 Non-destructive testing
According to the requirements of the buyer, after negotiation between the
supplier and the buyer, as indicated in the contract, the steel tube can be
eddy current testing, the acceptance level shall meet the requirements of E4H
or E4 in GB/T 7735-2016. During magnetic flux leakage testing, the acceptance
level shall meet the requirements of F4 in GB/T 12606-2016. During ultrasonic
testing, the acceptance level shall meet the requirements of U4 in GB/T 5777-
2019.
8 Inspection and test methods
8.1 Sampling of steel tubes for chemical composition analysis shall comply with
the rules of GB/T 20066. The chemical composition analysis usually complies
with the provisions of GB/T 4336, GB/T 20123, GB/T 20124, GB/T 20125 or
