1 范围
本标准规定了汽车液压助力转向系统(以下简称系统)各部件清洁度技术要求及测定方法。
本标准适用于汽车液压助力转向系统部件,包括:汽车液压助力转向器、转向油泵、转向油罐、转
向助力缸、转向油管、接头。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于
本标准。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。
3 术语和定义
GB/T 3730.1、GB/T 5179、GB/T17446 和 QC/T571 界定的术语和定义适用于本标准。
4 总则
本标准规定了采用重量法测定汽车液压助力转向系统各部件清洁度的方法及结果的评定。
本标准主要针对汽车液压助力转向器解体与不解体两种状态下清洁度的技术要求、测定方法和测定结果的
评定(包括:转向油泵、转向油罐、转向助力缸、转向油管、接头各部件不解体状态下清洁度的技术要求、
测定方法和测定结果的评定)。
5 技术要求
5.1 汽车液压助力转向器
汽车液压助力转向器清洁度指标应符合表1的规定。
5.2 转向油泵
转向油泵应符合 QC/T299.1—2014 中4.8规定的清洁度要求。
5.3 转向油罐
转向油罐应符合 QC/T303-2014 中4.2. 1规定的清洁度要求。
5.4 转向助力缸
转向助力缸应符合 QC/T301—2014 中4.2. 1规定的清洁度要求。
5.5 转向油管
转向油管清洁度要求应符合下列规定:
—— 软管总成应符合 GB/T20461-2006 中7 .8的规定;
— — 硬管总成应按软管总成的80%进行结果评定。
5.6 接头
接头的杂质含量不大于5 mg。
6 测定方法
6.1 准备
6.1.1 按 QC/T573 的规定对人、物和环境做好测定前的准备。
6.1.2 产品终检完成后,按产品正常出厂状态。
6.1.3 清洗用清洗液须按 QC/T573的要求进行过滤。
6.1.4 清洗过程中应保证操作一致,以使结果具有较高的重复性和再现性。
6.2外表清洗
6.2.1在清洗前,所有的孔和管接头都要堵上。
6.2.2用干净的清洗液从外表清洗产品。
6.2.3 此清洗过程产生的混浊液不参与清洁度的评定。
6.3 不解体部件内部清洗
6.3.1 内腔、封闭的产品构件。
6.3.2 检测产品为汽车液压助力转向器、转向油泵、转向助力缸,用干净的进油管从容器中把干净 的清洗液填满产品内部,
在空载的情况下,用手转动,共进行10次循环,收集混浊液于洁净的容器 内;再用一定量洁净的清洗液冲洗、晃动总成,
然后收集混浊液连同磨合后的混浊液在一起。
6.3.3 检测产品为转向油罐、转向油管、接头,用干净的进油管从容器中把干净的清洗液填充产品 内部约2/3体积,
按照前后、左右、上下3个方向各反复摇晃10次,冲洗产品,收集混浊液于洁净的 容器内;重复1 次,将2次的混浊
液收集在一起。
6.3.4 用干净的回油管把混浊液送回容器并收集起来,收集到的混浊液应不少于注入量的90%。
6.3.5 此时收集到的混浊液即可进行检测。
6.4 解体部件的清洗
6.4.1 将产品解体成单个零件或组件。
6.4.2 用连接材料连接起来的紧连接件、拆卸后无法恢复功能的组件等,不需要解体。
6.4.3解体过程中不允许外来杂质和解体零件时产生的杂质(如金属切屑、密封件残骸)带进内腔、 组件或要收集的清洗液中。
6.4.4 按照 QC/T572— 1999中第2章的清洗规定。用清洗液清洗解体零件,所有的可见杂质和使用过后的混浊液要立即收集到容器,并连同6.3所收集到的混浊液一起进行检测。
6.5 过滤
按照 QC/T 572—1999 中第3章的过滤规定。
6.6 烘干、称重
按照 QC/T 572—1999 中第4章的烘干、称重规定。
7 杂质分析
应符合 QC/T 575 的规定。

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the technical requirements and determination for cleanliness
of automotive hydraulic power steering system (hereinafter referred to as system)
components.
This Standard is applicable to the automotive hydraulic power steering system
components including automotive hydraulic power steering gear, steering oil pump,
steering oil tank, steering power cylinder, steering oil tube, and joint.

6 Test Method
6.1 Preparation
6.1.1 Make the pre-test preparation for the people, things and environment as per
6.1.2 After the final inspection of the product, normal exit-factory state shall be
subject to.
6.1.3 The cleaning solution for cleaning shall be filtered as per the requirements of
QC/T 573.
6.1.4 The operation shall be maintained consistent during the cleaning process, so
that the results have higher repeatability and producibility.
6.2 Appearance cleaning
6.2.1 Before cleaning, all holes and tube joints shall be blocked.
6.2.2 Use clean cleaning solution to clean the product from the appearance.

6.3 Internal cleaning of the non-disassembled components
6.3.1 Inner-cavity, and sealed product components
6.3.2 The test products are automotive hydraulic power steering gear, steering oil
pump, steering power cylinder; use clean inlet tube to fill the product internal part with
clean cleaning solution from the container; under no-load condition, rotate by hand,
circulate for 10 times; collect the turbid liquid into clean container; wash with certain
amount of clean cleaning solution, shake the assembly, then collect the turbid liquid
together with that generated after the grinding.
