前 言
本标准按照 GB/T 1.1-2009 ((标准化工作导则第 1 部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则 起草。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 114) 提出并归口。
本标准不涉及专利。
本标准主要起草单位: 宁波圣龙汽车动力系统股份有限公司、哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制 造有限公司技术中心、长城汽车传动研究院。

1 范围
本标准规定了汽车自动变速器油泵的术语及定义、性能要求及台架试验方法。
本标准适用于为乘用车汽车自动变速器提供液压和润滑的油泵,不包含电控油泵。

下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件, 仅所注日期的版本 适用于本标准。凡是不注日期的引用文件,
其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。
3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
4 性能要求
4.1 自动变速器油泵在最小性能测试点的工况下, 流量应超过最小性能测试点的要求。
同时 要求在怠速工况点最小性能测试点的容积效率应该大于等于 70%.在中高转速及高压工况下 最小性能测试点的容积效率应该大于等于 58%。
4.2 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.1.2 进行泵初期性能试验后,试验前后测试得到最大最小扭矩 的差值占初始扭矩的百分比不应超过 5%。
4.3 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.1.3 进行实际油泵排量测试后,经过计算后实际油泵排量与理 论排量(理论排量要求由变速器设计提供)的差异应在 5% 的理论排量内。
4.4 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.1.4 进行高速充油极限测试后,试验得到的实际测试高速充油 极限点速度应在理论高速充油极限点速度 5% 公差范围内。
4.5 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.1.5 进行抗气蚀性测试后,无卡滞,试验前后复测最小性能测 试点的流量差值应在试验前最新性能测试点流量 10% 之内。
4.6 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.1.6 进行全范围性能测试后,获得所有流量、压力、扭矩、转 速、效率、功率曲线。
4.7 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.1.7 进行冷启动性能测试后,获得在对应速度下达到稳态压力 的时间符合表 1 的要求。
4.8 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.2 进行可靠性试验测试后, 无卡滞, 试验前后复测最小性能测 试点的流量差值应在试验前最新性能测试点流量 10% 之内。
4.9 自动变速器油泵在按照 6.3 完成清洁度检测后, 总成清洁度一般小于等于 5 mg,颗粒小 于等于 650μm。
5 试验设备及试验条件
5.1 试验设备
5.1.1 试验所用的设备应满足相关试验项目的要求,不应对试验样品功能产生不利的影响。
5.1.2 性能测试台中测量和指示各参数的仪器或仪表的精度如下:
——温度计(表):误差±3℃;
——压力传感器:线性精度±0.5%,重复度满量程±0.1%;
——转速传感器:误差±10 rpm;
——流量传感器:精度和重复度误差±0.30%;
一一扭矩传感器:重复度满量程±0.2%,精度满量程±0.2%。
5.1.3 耐久性试验中测量和指示各参数的仪器或仪表的精度不应低于 2.0 级。 5.2 试验装置
基本性能试验装置示意见图 1。
6 试验方法
6.1 性能试验
6.1 .1 最小性能测试点测试。
自动变速器机油泵在总成装配完后, 调节液面高度与实际变速器油泵安装状态一致, 按表 2 所示的条件下进行试验 9 记录油泵的流量。
6.1.2 初期性能试验。
自动变速器机油泵在总成装配完后, 调节液面高度与实际变速器油泵安装状态一致, 在 无任何测试之前,应在表 3 所示的条件下进行试验。
记录油泵的速度、流量、扭矩、泵出 口压力和入口温度。在完成之后,拆下油泵,用目测的方法检查部件是否有损伤。
要求记录每个过程中扭矩的变化, 试验前后测试得到最大最小扭矩的差值占初始扭矩的 百分比应满足 4.2 的要求,否则认为不合格。
6.1.3 实际油泵排量试验。
自动变速器机油泵在总成装配完后, 调节液面高度与实际变速器油泵安装状态一致, 应在表 4 所示的条件下进行试验。记录油泵的速度、流量、出口压力。
根据测试的数据, 可以计算出不同压力下对应的流量, 再根据不同转速的比例关系, 计 算出油泵实际排量,取 3 组数据的平均值,即认为是油泵实际排量。
经过计算后油泵实际排量应满足 4.3 的要求。
6.1.4 高速充油极限试验。
在调节液面高度与实际变速器油泵安装状态一致后, 将自动变速器油泵测试时把出口压 力和入口油温度维持在恒定的水平,加速泵的转速,
使其从怠速状态(最低的额定速度, 或 1 000 rpm ,取更低的那个) ,加速度不超过 1500 rpm ,然后再加速到最高额定速度。
持续地 记录输出流量和速度之比。出口压力达到 34% 额定压力和 62% 额定压力或厂家推荐值, 入 口温度分别到 35 % 和 90 %,
完成这个流程,可获得 4 个曲线。流量曲线与平行的理论流 量开始出现偏移达到 5% 的那个点就是高速充油极限点, 见图 2。
实际测试高速充油极限应 满足 4.4 的要求。
6.1.5 抗气蚀性。
在调节液面高度与实际变速器油泵安装状态一致后,使变速器在 1 000~ 2 000 rpm 的 速度和 34% 额定压力或厂家推荐值下出口压力中运转,
然后加热油箱到测试温度(见表 3)。 当油箱的油温达到测试温度并趋于稳定时, 加速泵到测试速度, 设置好压力和流量控制使其 达到要求 9 见表 5,并锁定控制。
保持这些状态 2 h 。在测试期的最后阶段,减速运行油泵 到怠速速度, 34% 额定压力或厂家推荐值下并且让系统慢慢冷却下来。然后拆下机组, 检 查是否有腐蚀损坏。
测试后,油泵应满足 4.5 的要求。
6.1.6 全范围性能测试。
在调节液面高度与实际变速器油泵安装状态一致后,按照表 6 的条件运行自动变速器 固定排量油泵, 并且记录速度、扭矩、流量、 入口压力、出口压力和入口温度。
测试后, 油 泵应满足 4.6 的要求。
6.1.7 冷启动性能。
加温油箱温度至最大额定温度, 调节台架转速至怠速, 使自动变速器油泵从油箱中抽取 油品,设置出口比例阀开度大小,使出口负载压力达到 14% 额定压力或厂家推荐值。不改 变比例阀开度, 拆下原有用于标定的油泵, 安装一个全新的刚装配好的、未经过任何测试的 油泵, 根据油泵安装在变速器的高度, 使油泵进油口低于液面。降低系统温度, 包括油泵及 油品至设定最低温度要求,保温至少 12 h ,再根据表 7 要求进行测试,监控出口流量与时 间的关系,同时记录扭矩。
6.2 油泵可靠性试验
6.2.1 油泵可靠性试验应在专用的模拟变速器工况负荷条件下的试验台上进行,试验时间与 配套主机的可靠性试验时间相同,一般不少于 720h。
6.2.2 试验样泵主动轴的轴向位置必须与安装在主机上的方向一致。
6.2.3 油泵可靠性试验前应按全范围性能测试报告中的要求进行性能测试。
6.2.4 油泵可靠性试验过程中,允许补充油料,但不得更换机油泵。
6.2.5 油泵可靠性试验过程中,不允许调整及修理试验样品,试验过程中若由于油泵本身故 障而使试验中断应终止试验,按不合格计。
6.2.6 完成油泵可靠性试验时间后, 再次按性能测试报告中的要求进行性能测试, 性能指标 与可靠性实验前相比,下降的数值应小于等于 10% ,
且流量不低于油泵最低流量需求。
6.3 清洁度检测
6.3.1 清洁度检测按照 IS0 16232 规定的方法进行。
6.3.3 清洗区域主要为工作时可能会与变速器油接触的变速器内表面, 外露在外侧的表面无 清洁度检测要求。
此外,螺纹孔不做清洁度要求,清洗时建议用清洁螺钉封堵螺纹孔。
6.3.4 滤网规格按照变速器制造商要求,在油泵制造商清洁度检测设备上,
至少确保设备可 以同时安装两种不同规格的滤网。

Methods of Automatic Transmission Oil Pump
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, performance requirements and
bench test methods of automatic transmission oil pump for vehicles.
This Standard is applicable to the oil pump providing hydraulic pressure and lubrication
to the automatic transmission for the passenger cars; excluding the electric-controlled

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this Standard.
3.1 Automatic transmission oil pump
to the fluid torque converter, double clutch, hydraulic control system and oil cooling
system of the automatic transmission; and ensures to meet the requirements of
lubrication for the friction pairs of the planetary gear mechanism.
3.2 Minimum performance test
The performance requirement point with minimum required liquid amount, when the
transmission uses different shifter positions.
3.3 Flow (Q)
At a given pressure, speed and temperature, the outputted liquid volume from the
pump outlet within the unit time, in L/min.
The pressure on the pump outlet, in kPa.
3.5 Theoretical displacement
The liquid volume outputted when the rotor rotates a circle.
3.6 Actual displacement
The liquid volume actually outputted when the rotor rotates a circle.
3.7 Safety relief pressure (Pk)
The minimum pressure from the oil pump outputted pressure that can open the safety
valve, in kPa.
3.8 High speed fill limit
the pump output flow begins to deviate from the theoretical flow; in rpm.
3.9 Contamination
The remaining weight on the surfaces of all parts that contact with the fluid, and pass
through the fixed and specified filter film.
3.10 Idle condition
It indicates the engine is in the no-load running state; namely, the clutch is in the joint
position, and transmission is in the neutral position.
4 Performance Requirements
4.1 Under the working condition of minimum performance test, the flow of automatic
Meanwhile, under the idle working condition, the volumetric efficiency of minimum
performance test shall be greater than or equal to 70%. Under the working condition
of high-and-medium speed and high pressure, the volumetric efficiency of the minimum

the reducing performance index shall be less than or equal to 10%; and the flow shall
be no less than the requirements for minimum flow of oil pump.
6.3 Contamination test
6.3.1 The contamination test shall be performed as per the method stipulated in ISO
16232.
of cleaning medium with the transmission oil, the manufacture recommended cleaning
medium shall be preferred to use.
6.3.3 The cleaning area mainly indicates the internal surface of the transmission that
may contact with the transmission oil; while the exposed external surface has no
requirements for contamination test. In addition, the threaded hole doesn’t require the
contamination test; when cleaning, it is recommended to clean the threaded holes
plugged by screw.
6.3.4 The filter screen specification shall meet the requirements of transmission
manufacturer; at least 2 different specification filter screens must be installed onto the
