3 术语和定义
F列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1
基型车 basic type motor vehicle
与教练车为同一车辆类型,未装备教练车专用装置的基本型整车。
3.2
副制动装置 deputy brake equipment
在前排乘员位置上进行制动控制并能有效制动的装置。
3.3
辅助喇队开关 auxiliary horn switch
在前排乘员位置上实现操纵控制的喇叭开关。
3.4
辅助后视镜 auxiliary rearview mirror
装在车辆上,在前排乘员位置使用的后视镜。
3.5
车载计时计程终端接口 automotive timing meter terminal interface
用于连接计时计程终端的接口装置。
3.6
副转向盘 auxiliary steering wheel
在前排乘员位置上实现方向操纵的转向盘。
3.7
副转向灯开关 deputy turn signal lamp switch
在前排乘员位置上实现转向信号灯操控的开关。

4 要求
4.1 整车
4.1.1 教练车及其基型车应符合本标准及相关强制性标准的要求,并按经规定程序批准的产品图
样和技术文件制造。
4.1.2 外购件、外协件应符合相关标准的规定,并经检验部门检验合格后,方可使用。
4.1.3 教练车车身标志应符合 GB 7258 的规定。
4.1.4 教练车在基型车的结构基础上应装备副制动装置、辅助喇叭开关、辅助后视镜、车载计时计
程终端接口,按需要可装备副转向盘、副转向灯、发动机转速限制装置。
4.1.5 教练车专用装置应符合下列规定:
a) 各专用装置操控件的位置应便于操作,性能可靠;
b) 各零部件、运动机构应装配牢固,结构合理,工作可靠,对基型车性能无不良影响;
c) 焊缝均勻、平直、无漏焊、裂纹、夹渣、气孔、焊穿等缺陷,铸件表面无毛边、包砂现象;
d) 金属件表面应作防锈处理,油漆涂层均应符合 QC/T 484 的要求。
4.2 专用装置
4.2.1 副制动装置。
4.2.1.1 副制动装置的副制动踏板与座椅的相对位置应与基型车的制动踏板与座椅的相对位置
相同。
4.2.1.2 操作副制动装置的副制动踏板时,其制动功能应与操作基型车制动踏板一致。
4.2.2 副制动踏板力应符合 GB 7258-2012 中 7.10.2.3 的相关规定。副制动踏板行程应符合
GB 7258-2012 中 7.6.2的相关规定。
4.2.3 辅助喇叭开关。
4.2.3.1 辅助喇叭开关的标志应符合 GB 4094 的有关规定。
4.2.3.2 操作辅助喇叭开关的功能应与基型车喇叭开关的功能相同。
4.2.4 辅助后视镜。
4.2.4.1 辅助后视镜的安装应符合 GB 15084 的有关规定。
4.2.4.2 辅助后视镜的视野应满足 GB 7258-2012 中 12.2.2的相关要求。
4.2.5 车载计时计程终端接口。
4.2.5.1 车载计时计程终端接口应与机动车驾驶员培训机构的计时计程终端设备相匹配。
4.2.5.2 车载计时计程终端接口应有防误插设置。
4.2.6 副转向盘。
4.2.6.1 副转向盘的功能应与基型车转向盘一致。
4.2.6.2 副转向盘最大自由转动量和最大切向力应满足 GB 7258 的相关规定。
4.2.7 副转向灯开关。
4.2.7.1 副转向灯开关的功能应与基型车转向灯开关功能相同。
4.2.7.2 副转向灯开关的标志应符合 GB 4094的有关规定。
4.2.8 发动机转速限制装置。
4.2.8.1 发动机转速限制装置的控制调节装置应布置合理。
4.2.8.2 发动机转速限制装置应能在发动机转速范围内对发动机转速进行限制,并且这种限制可
5 试 验 方 法
5.1 整 车 试 验
5.1.1 教练车的试验条件和准备应符合 GB/T 12534 的规定。
5.1.2 教练车的定型试验按 QC/T 252的相关规定进行。
5.2 专用装置试验
5.2.1 按图样目测检验教练车专用部分安装结构。
5.2.2 副制动踏板力及踏板行程测定。按 GB 7258-2012 中 7.10.2.3 的规定,用踏板力计测量副
制动踏板力。按 GB 7258-2012 中 7.6.2的规定,用钢卷尺测量副制动踏板行程。
5.2.3 辅助喇叭开关,按下辅助喇叭开关,教练车的喇叭正常鸣响。
5.2.5 目测车载计时计程终端接口 。
5.2.6 副转向盘试验。用转向参数测试仪测量副转向盘最大自由转动量和最大切向力。
5.2.7 目测副转向灯开关标志。将副转向灯开关转至 ON 时,基型车转向灯开关失效,转向灯正常
工作。将副转向灯开关转至 OFF 时,基型车的转向灯开关能正常操控转向灯。
5.2.8 发动机转速限制装置试验。在发动机转速限制装置工作时,踩踏加速踏板,査看发动机转速
表,发动机转速限制在设定的范围内。当发动机转速限制装置不工作时,发动机转速处在基型车工
作状态。
6 检 验 规 则
6.1 出 厂 检 验
6.1.2 教练车在出厂前,须进行以下项目的检验:
a) 外观检查;
b) 副制动踏板功能测试;
c) 辅助喇叭开关功能测试;
d) 辅助后视镜功能测试;
e) 车载计时计程终端接口检査;
f) 副转向盘功能测试;
g) 副转向灯开关功能测试;
h) 发动机转速限制装置功能测试。
6.2.1 凡属下列情况之一时,应进行型式检验:
a) 新产品或老产品转厂生产的试制定型时;
b) 停产3年后,恢复生产时;
c) 正常生产产量累计1 000 辆时;
d) 正式生产后,结构、工艺或材料有重大改变,可能影响产品性能时;
e) 出厂检验与定型检验有重大差异时。
6.2.2 型式检验时,如属 6.2.1 中 a)、b)两种情况,应按第 4 章的内容和 QC/T 252 及国家有关规
定进行检验;如属 6.2.1 中 c)情况,应对专用性能进行检验;如属 6.2.1中 d)、e)两种情况,可仅对受
影响项目进行检验。
教练车应在明显部位固定产品标牌,标牌的固定、位置及型式应符合 GB/T 18411的规定,标牌
的内容应符合 GB 7258的规定,产品标牌的位置应在产品使用说明书中指明。
8 随车文件、运输及贮存
8.1 随 车 文 件
a) 产 品 合 格 证
b) 使用说明书;
c) 随车备件、附件清单。
8.2 运输
8.2.1 教练车运输以自驶、专用车辆运输,新车行驶时应遵守使用说明书的规定。
8.3 贮 存
汽车长期停放时:
a) 将燃油箱中的燃油放尽;
b) 将冷却系中的冷却液放尽;
c) 拆开连接蓄电池的搭铁线,保证在贮存时蓄电池不能自动搭铁;
d) 关闭全部车门玻璃,锁好全部车门;
e) 汽车应停放于通风、防潮、无腐蚀性气体并具有消防设备的场地内。

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, on-board documents, transportation and storage of coaches.
This standard applies to Class N and M coaches, and other types of coaches are implemented by reference.

The following documents are essential for the application of this standard. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this
standard. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this standard.

3 terms and definitions
Column F terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Basic type motor vehicle
It is a basic vehicle of the same vehicle type as the coach and is not equipped with a special device for the coach.
3.2
Auxiliary brake equipment
A device that performs braking control at the front passenger position and can effectively brake.
3.3
Auxiliary horn switch
Horn switch for steering control in front passenger position.
3.4
Auxiliary rearview mirror
Rear-view mirror mounted on the vehicle and used at the front passenger position.
3.5
Automotive timing meter terminal interface
Interface device for connecting chronograph terminal.
3.6
Auxiliary steering wheel
A steering wheel for steering in the front passenger position.
3.7
Deputy turn signal lamp switch
A switch for turning signal lights at the front passenger position.
3.8
Engine speed limiting device
A device that controls the engine speed within the engine speed range.
4 Requirements
4.1 Vehicle
4.1.1 The coach and its base vehicle shall meet the requirements of this standard and relevant mandatory standards, and shall be in accordance with the product plan approved by the prescribed procedures.
Sample and technical documentation.
4.1.2 Outsourced parts and outsourced parts shall comply with the relevant standards and be used only after they have passed the inspection of the inspection department.
4.1.3 The coach body markings shall comply with the provisions of GB 7258.
4.1.4 On the basis of the structure of the base vehicle, the coach shall be equipped with auxiliary brakes, auxiliary horn switches, auxiliary rear-view mirrors, and on-board chronometers.
The terminal interface can be equipped with auxiliary steering wheels, auxiliary steering lights, and engine speed limiting devices as required.
4.1.5 Special equipment for coaches shall meet the following requirements.
a) The position of the controls of each special device should be easy to operate and reliable in performance;
b) Each component and movement mechanism should be assembled firmly, the structure is reasonable, the work is reliable, and there is no adverse effect on the performance of the base vehicle;
c) Welds are uniform, straight, no missing welds, cracks, slag inclusions, porosity, welding penetration and other defects, no burrs or sanding on the casting surface;
d) The surface of metal parts shall be treated with anti-rust, and the paint coating shall meet the requirements of QC/T 484.
4.2 Special equipment
4.2.1 Auxiliary braking device.
4.2.1.1 The relative position of the auxiliary brake pedal and the seat of the auxiliary brake device shall be relative to the relative position of the brake pedal and the seat of the base car
the same.
4.2.1.2 When operating the auxiliary brake pedal of the auxiliary brake device, its braking function shall be the same as that of the base vehicle brake pedal.
4.2.2 The auxiliary brake pedal force shall comply with the relevant provisions of 7.10.2.3 of GB 7258-2012. The stroke of the auxiliary brake pedal should meet
Relevant provisions of 7.6.2 in GB 7258-2012.
4.2.3 Auxiliary Horn Switch.
4.2.3.1 The marking of the auxiliary horn switch shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB 4094.
4.2.3.2 The function of operating the auxiliary horn switch shall be the same as that of the base car horn switch.
4.2.4 Auxiliary rearview mirror.
4.2.4.1 The installation of auxiliary rearview mirrors shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB 15084.
4.2.4.2 The field of view of the auxiliary rearview mirror shall meet the relevant requirements of 12.2.2 in GB 7258-2012.
4.2.5 Vehicle Timing Terminal Interface.
4.2.5.1 The on-board chronograph terminal interface shall be matched with the chronograph terminal equipment of the motor vehicle driver training institution.
4.2.6 Deputy steering wheel.
4.2.6.1 The function of the auxiliary steering wheel shall be the same as that of the base vehicle.
4.2.6.2 The maximum free rotation and maximum tangential force of the auxiliary steering wheel shall meet the relevant regulations of GB 7258.
4.2.7 Auxiliary turn signal switch.
4.2.7.1 The function of the auxiliary turn signal switch shall be the same as that of the base vehicle turn signal switch.
4.2.7.2 The marking of the auxiliary turn signal switch shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB 4094.
4.2.8 Engine speed limiting device.
4.2.8.1 The control and adjustment device of the engine speed limiting device shall be reasonably arranged.
4.2.8.2 The engine speed limiting device shall be able to limit the engine speed within the range of the engine speed, and this limitation may
5 Test method
5.1 Vehicle test
5.1.1 The test conditions and preparation of the coach shall meet the requirements of GB/T 12534.
5.1.2 The type test of the coach is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of QC/T 252.
5.2 Special device test
5.2.1 Visually inspect the installation structure of the special part of the coach according to the drawings.
5.2.2 Measurement of auxiliary brake pedal force and pedal stroke. According to the provisions of 7.10.2.3 in GB 7258-2012, use a pedal force meter to measure the
Brake pedal force. According to the provisions of 7.6.2 in GB 7258-2012, measure the travel of the auxiliary brake pedal with a steel tape measure.
5.2.3 Auxiliary horn switch, press the auxiliary horn switch, the coach car's horn will sound normally.
5.2.5 Visually check the vehicle chronograph terminal interface.
5.2.6 Secondary steering wheel test. Use the steering parameter tester to measure the maximum free rotation and maximum tangential force of the auxiliary steering wheel.
5.2.7 Visually inspect the auxiliary turn signal switch mark. When the auxiliary turn signal switch is turned ON, the turn signal switch of the base car is disabled, and the turn signal is normal.

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.2 Before the train leaves the factory, the following items must be inspected.
a) visual inspection;
b) Functional test of auxiliary brake pedal;
c) Auxiliary speaker switch function test;
d) assisting the rearview mirror function test;
e) Checking the interface of the vehicle chronograph terminal;
f) Functional test of auxiliary steering wheel;
g) Function test of auxiliary turn signal switch;
h) Functional test of engine speed limiting device.
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases.
a) When new products or old products are transferred to trial production;
b) when production is resumed after 3 years of suspension;
c) When the normal production output accumulates 1,000 vehicles;
d) When the structure, process or material has changed significantly after the official production, which may affect the performance of the product;
e) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection and the type inspection.
6.2.2 In the case of type inspection, if there are two cases a) and b) in 6.2.1, it shall be in accordance with the content of Chapter 4 and QC/T 252 and relevant national regulations

8 On-board documents, transportation and storage

8.2 Transport
8.2.1 The coaches are transported by self-propelled and special vehicles. The new vehicles should follow the instructions in the operation manual.
8.3 Storage
When the car is parked for a long time.
a) drain the fuel in the fuel tank;
b) drain the cooling fluid from the cooling system;
c) Disconnect the ground wire connected to the battery to ensure that the battery cannot automatically ground during storage;
d) Close all door glass and lock all doors;
e) The car shall be parked in a place with ventilation, moisture-proof, non-corrosive gas and fire-fighting equipment.
