1 范围
本标准规定了汽车驾驶室扭杆式翻转及锁止机构的术语和定义、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标
志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于汽车驾驶室扭杆式翻转及锁止机构。

下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于
本标准。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
4 要求
4.1 一般要求
4.1.1 产品应符合本标准的要求,并按经规定程序批准的图样和技术文件制造。
4.1.2 车辆行驶过程中,翻转机构和锁止机构不得有异常响声。
4.1.3 锁止机构解锁后,不允许驾驶室不依靠外力自动翻起到驾驶室最大开启位置(限位撑杆完全 打开)。
4.1.4 撑杆解除限位后,驾驶室不应在不依靠外力的情况下自动落下。
4.1.5 翻转及锁止机构操纵装置的位置应便于操作。
4.1.6 锁止机构应具有防止误操作的装置。
4.1.7 在车辆正常行驶及紧急制动状态下,均应能够牢固可靠地锁止住驾驶室。
4.1.8 在锁止状态下,驾驶室的侧向及前、后方向应定位正确、牢固可靠。
4.1.9 驾驶室翻转操纵机构附近易见部位应有正确使用该操纵机构的文字说明和安全警示。
4.1.10 驾驶室翻转机构应配备撑杆,翻转撑起时,撑杆应具有安全保护装置。在翻转角度达到设 计要求时,应能自锁。
驾驶室翻转角度应不小于0°,且不大于40°。
4.1.11翻转及锁止机构的调整或维修,应按产品使用说明书执行。
4.1.12翻转及锁止机构应有编号或编码,且应具有可追溯性。
4.1.13各连接机构的回转副应灵活自如、无卡滞现象。
4.1.14螺栓连接部位拧紧力矩,除特殊规定外,应符合QC/T518 的规定。
4.2 性能要求
4.2.1 锁止强度应符合以下要求:
——安全锁钩按5.3.1的实验后,应无裂纹、无变形;
——锁紧钩按5.3.2的实验后,应无裂纹、无变形。
4.2.6 翻转及锁止机构的耐久性按5.7的方法进行试验后,操作力变化应不大于10%。
5 试验方法
5.1 试验场地
5.1.1 停放试验车的场地应水平、硬实、平整。
5.1.2 驾驶室前端应预留足够的翻转空间。
5.2 车辆状况
5.2.1 车辆状态应满足制造商对该车型的技术条件要求。
5.2.2 试验前,车辆停稳,驾驶室应保持出厂状态。
5.3 锁止强度测量
5.3.1 将操纵机构安装在试验台架上,把2000 N的重量块挂于安全锁钩上,静置100 h后拆除并
进行检测。
5.3.2 将锁止机构安装在试验台架上,把5000N的重量块挂于锁紧钩上,静置100 h后拆除并进
行检测。
5.4 翻转和复位操纵力
5.4.1 试验仪器和设备。
测力计:量程为500N,准确度等级±5%。
5.4.2 方法。
5.4.2.1 翻转操纵力测量。
解除锁止后,使驾驶室缓慢升至静态平衡,将测力计与翻转拉手连接,通过测力计缓慢匀速垂直
于拉手(沿旋转中心切向)推动翻转拉手,直到驾驶室翻起到支撑位置,翻起过程中测力计显示的最大值为该翻转操纵力。
5.4.2.2 复位操纵力测量。
解除撑杆自锁,使驾驶室缓慢降至静态平衡,将测力计与翻转拉手连接,通过测力计缓慢匀速垂直于拉手(沿旋转中心切向)拉动翻转拉手,直到驾驶室落至锁止位置(安全锁钩钩住),降落过程中,
测力计显示的最大值为复位操纵力。
5.5 锁紧手柄操纵力
5.5.1 试验仪器和设备。
测力计:量程为500N, 准确度等级±5%。
5.5.2 方法,
将测力计与锁紧手柄连接,测力计连接于锁紧手柄末端且与锁紧手柄方向垂直,通过测力计缓慢匀速拉动锁紧手柄解除锁紧,使锁紧手柄旋转至解锁位置,旋转过程中,测力计显示的最大值为锁
紧手柄操纵力。
5.6 耐腐蚀性盐雾试验
按 GB/T 1771、GB/T 10125 的要求执行。
5.7 撑杆承受力
5.7.1 试验仪器和设备。
万能试验机,准确度等级一级。
5.7.2 方法,
5.7.2.1 抗拉力。
将撑杆拉直成自锁状态,两端支架分别连接万能试验机的上、下工作台,进行拉力加载破坏试验,
读取撑杆进行拉力加载破坏试验后的数据为抗拉力。
5.7.2.2 抗压力。
将撑杆拉直成自锁状态,两端支架分别连接万能试验机的上、下工作台,进行压力加载破坏性试验,
读取撑杆进行压力加载破坏性试验的数据为抗压力。
5.8.1 试验仪器和设备。
专用试验台架(如图1所示),由上、下两部分组成:
—上部安装驾驶室总成,或为符合所装驾驶室总成参数(重量、质心位置等)的模拟装置,该装 置应满足翻转机构、
撑杆机构及锁止机构的安装要求,模拟装置的安装位置应符合所装驾 驶室的悬置点要求及驾驶室撑起的位置和角度要求;
—下部为安装翻转、撑杆及后悬置总成的台架部分,安装位置应符合所装驾驶室的悬置点要求及驾驶室撑起的位置和角度要求。
4.2.2 翻转机构安装在车上后,驾驶室翻转和复位的操纵力应不小于50N, 且不大于230 N。
4.2.3 锁止机构锁紧手柄的操纵力应不小于180N,且不大于260 N。
4.2.4 表面油漆件中冲压件应满足240 h内无锈蚀,铸件应满足150 h内无锈蚀;表面镀锌的零件
应满足72 h内无白锈。
撑杆总成承受力应包括抗拉力和抗压力,抗拉力和抗压力按5.6的方法测出的值不应小于按式(1)
和式(2)计算得出的结果:

Tilting and Locking Mechanism
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods,
inspection rules, marking, package, transportation and storage for the truck cab –
torsion-type tilting and locking mechanism.
This Standard is applicable to the truck cab – torsion-type tilting and locking
mechanism.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
The mechanism that allows the cab to be turned over, held in a specific position, and
returned to the original position during maintenance of the engine compartment.
3.2 Torsion bar cab tilting mechanism
The cab tilting mechanism taking the torsion bar as the energy storage element; and
is divided into single torsion bar cab tilting mechanism and double torsion bar cab tilting
mechanism must not have abnormal noise.
4.1.3 After the locking mechanism is unlocked, the cab is not allowed to automatically
turn to the maximum opening position of the cab without relying on external force (the
limit stay bar is fully open).

4.1.5 The position for the operating device of cab tilting mechanism and cab locking
mechanism shall be easy to operate.
4.1.6 The cab locking mechanism shall be equipped with anti-misoperation device.
4.1.7 The vehicle shall be able to lock the cab firmly and reliably under normal driving
and emergency braking conditions.
4.1.8 Under the locking state, the positioning in the direction of the side, front and rear
of the cab shall be correct, firm, and reliable.
4.1.9 The easy-to-see parts near the cab tilting and operating mechanism shall have
mechanism.
4.1.10 The cab tilting mechanism shall be equipped with stay bar; when tilting and
staying, the stay bar shall have the safety protection device. When the tilting angle
reaches the design requirements, it can self-lock. The cab tilting angle shall be no less
than 0° and no more than 40°.
4.1.11 The adjustment and maintenance of the cab tilting mechanism and cab locking
mechanism shall be carried out as per the instruction manual of the product.
4.1.12 The cab tilting mechanism and cab lock mechanism shall be numbered or coded;
and shall be traceable.

4.1.14 Tightening torque of bolt connection parts, except for special provisions, shall
conform to the provisions of QC/T 518.
4.2 Performance requirements
4.2.1 The locking strength shall meet the following requirements:

5 Test Methods
5.1 Test site
5.1.2 The front end of the cab shall reserve sufficient space for tilting.
5.2 Vehicle state
5.2.1 The vehicle state shall meet the technical condition requirements proposed by
the manufacturer against such type of vehicle.
5.2.2 Before test, the vehicle shall be stopped stably; while the cab shall remain the
exit-factory state.
5.3 Measurement of locking strength
5.3.1 Install the operating mechanism on the test bench; hang the 2000N weight block
on the safety lock hook; after standing for 100h, dismantle and measure.
