前 言
QC/T 417—2001《汽车电线束和电气设备用连接器》包括5个部分：
——第1部分：定义、试验方法和一般性能要求；
第2部分：插头端子的型式和尺寸；
——第3部分：电线接头的型式、尺寸和特殊要求；
——第4部分：设备连接器(插头)型式、尺寸和特殊要求；
——第5部分：设备连接器(插座)型式、尺寸和特殊要求。
本标准为 QC/T 417—2001 的第2部分。
本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第1部分：标准的结构和编写》给出的规则 起草。
本标准是对QC/T 417.3—2001《车用电线束插接器 第3部分：单线片式插接件的尺寸和特殊 要求》、
QC/T 417.4—2001《车用电线束插接器 第4部分：多线片式插接件的尺寸和特殊要求》、
QC/T 417.5—2001《车用电线束插接器 第5部分：用于单线和多线插接器的圆柱式插接件尺寸和 特殊要求》的修订，与 QC/T417.3.4.5—2001 相比主要变化如下：
——把原QC/T 417.3—2001、QC/T 417.4—2001、QC/T 417.5—2001三个标准合并为一个标
准，改名称为“插头端子的型式和尺寸”。
删除了原QC/T 417.3—2001、QC/T 417.4—2001、QC/T 417.5—2001 三个标准中的“5
特殊性能要求”和“6标注”。
——删除了原QC/T 417.3—2001 中的附录 A。
——删除了原QC/T417.4—2001 中“3×0.64”的插头规格。
——对原QC/T 417.4—2001 中的图1进行了修改，去掉了连筋结构。
本标准参照采用了ISO 8092.1、ISO 8092.3、ISO 8092.4。
本标准不涉及专利。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC114) 提出并归口。
本标准起草单位：河南天海电器有限公司、中国汽车技术研究中心、长沙汽车电器研究所、

1 范围
本标准规定了片式和圆柱式插头端子的型式和尺寸。
本标准适用于汽车电线束和电气设备中的单线和多线连接器。

4 型式和尺寸
4.1 A 型片式插头端子的型式和尺寸
A 型片式插头端子的型式和尺寸应符合图1和表1。没有规定的细节由生产者选择决定。
4.2 B 型片式插头端子的型式和尺寸
B 型片式插头端子的型式和尺寸应符合图2和表2。没有规定的细节由生产者选择决定。
4.3 圆柱式插头端子的型式和尺寸
圆柱式插头端子的型式和尺寸应符合图3和表3。没有规定的细节由生产者选择决定。
4.4高压连接器插头端子的型式和尺寸
高压连接器的型式应符合图1、图2、图3的规定，尺寸由供需双方商定。

Foreword
QC/T 417-2001 “Road vehicles - connections for on-board electrical wiring
harnesses” consists of 5 parts.
- Part 1. Definitions, Test Methods and General Performance Requirements
(the Automobile Part);
- Part 2. Test Methods and General Performance Requirements (Motorcycle
Part);
- Part 3. Taps for Single-pole Connections- Dimensions and Specific
- Part 4. Tabs for Multi-pole Connections - Dimensions and Specific
Requirements;
- Part 5. Column Tabs for Single- and Multi-pole Connections - Dimensions
and Specific Requirements.
This Standard is Part 2 of QC/T 417-2001.
This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009
“Directives for standardization - Part 1. Structure and drafting of standards”.
This Standard is a revision of QC/T 417.3-2001 “Road Vehicles - Connections
for On-board Electrical Wiring Harnesses- Part 3. Taps for Single-pole
“Road Vehicles - Connections for on-board Electrical Wiring Harnesses - Part
4. Tabs for Multi-pole Connections - Dimensions and Specific Requirements”,
QC/T 417.5-2001 “Road vehicles - connections for on-board electrical wiring
harnesses - Part 5 Column Tabs for Single- and Multi-pole Connections -
Dimensions and Specific Requirements”. Compared with QC/T 417.3.4.5-2001,
the main changes in this Standard are as follows.
- combined QC/T 417.3 2001, QC/T 417.4-2001, QC/T 417.5-2001 into one
standard with a name as “Type and dimension of the male terminal”;
- deleted “5 Special performance requirements” and “6 Notes” in QC/T 417.3
- deleted Annex A in QC/T 417.3;
- deleted "3×0.64" plug specifications in QC/T 417.4;
- modified Figure 1 in QC/T 417.4, deleted continuous reinforcement
structure.

1 Scope
