前 言
QC/T 417—2001《汽车电线束和电气设备用连接器》包括5个部分：
——第1部分：定义、试验方法和一般性能要求；
——第2部分：插头端子的型式和尺寸；
——第3部分：电线接头的型式、尺寸和特殊要求；
——第4部分：设备连接器(插头)型式、尺寸和特殊要求；
——第5部分：设备连接器(插座)型式、尺寸和特殊要求。
本标准为QC/T 417—2001 的第3部分。
本标准按照 GB/T1.1—2009 《标准化工作导则 第1部分：标准的结构和编写》给出的规则 起草。
本标准是对 QCn 29010—1991 《汽车用低压电线接头型式、尺寸和技术要求》、
QCn 29011— 1991《汽车用点火线电线接头型式、尺寸和技术要求》、QCn29013—1991 《汽车用蓄电池电线接头型 式、尺寸和技术要求》的修订，与 QCn 29010—1991、QCn 29011—1991、QCn 29013—1991 相比主要 变化如下：
——把原QCn 29010—1991、QCn 29011—1991、QCn 29013—1991 三个标准合并为一个标准， 改名称为“电线接头的型式、尺寸和特殊要求”。
——删除了原QCn 29010—1991 中的“3.2电线接头标记”“3.3.2.1叉形直接头的规格和尺寸” “3.3.3横置叉形电线接头的规格和尺寸”。
——删除了原QCn 29013—1991 中的“3.2标记示例”。
本标准参照采用了JIS D5403、DIN 72331、DIN 72332、DIN 72333、ISO 3553。
本标准不涉及专利。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 114)提出并归口。

1 范围
本标准规定了汽车用电线接头的型式、尺寸和特殊要求。
本标准适用于汽车电线束和电气设备中的低压电线接头、点火线电线接头、蓄电池电线接头连 接器。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件，仅注日期的版本适用于本 标准。凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。

3 型式和尺寸
3.1 一般说明
本标准中图示及表格中未注公差的尺寸均按GB/T 1804—2000 中的 M 级。
3.2 低压电线接头的型式和尺寸
低压电线接头按外形可分为圆形接头和叉形接头两种。圆形接头的型式和尺寸见图1和表1。
叉形接头的型式和尺寸见图2和表2。
3.3 汽车用点火线电线接头的型式和尺寸
汽车用点火线电线接头的型式和尺寸按图3规定。
3.4 汽车用蓄电池电线接头的型式和尺寸
汽车用蓄电池电线接头有 A、B、C3 种型式。
4 特殊要求
4.1 低压电线接头的特殊要求
材料为铜及铜合金带材时，按 GB/T 2059规定或供需双方商定。覆盖层由供需双方商定。
4.2 汽车用点火线电线接头的特殊要求
材料为钢带65Mn, 厚0.4 mm 时，按 YB/T 5058规定；覆盖层为 D ·Zn 13时，按 QC/T 625 规定。
4.3 汽车用蓄电池电线接头的特殊要求
要求如下：
1)A、B 型为铜合金，C 型为铜板时，按GB/T 2040规定，型号由供需双方商定；
2)A、B 型为镀锡覆盖层时，按QC/T 625规定；
3)蓄电池用紧固螺栓为M6 或 M8 规格时，按GB/T35 规定。镀锡时，按QC/T 625规定。
