前 言
本标准按照 GB/T 1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则
起草。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC114) 提出并归口。
本标准主要起草单位:中国重汽集团济南复强动力有限公司、中国汽车技术研究中心、上海幸福
瑞贝德动力总成有限公司、潍柴动力(潍坊)再制造有限公司、广东明杰零部件再制造有限公司、
中国第一汽车股份有限公司技术中心、长城汽车股份有限公司、泛亚汽车技术中心有限公司。
本标准主要起草人:罗建明、刘欢、陈波、张铜柱、卜新文、王圣斌、田大荣、孔晓丽、乔伟、徐刚。
本标准为首次发布。
1 范围
本标准规定了汽车发动机气缸盖再制造的术语和定义、拆解、清洗、分类、检测与修复、出厂检验要求和其他要求等。
本标准适用于汽车发动机气缸盖的再制造,其他机动车辆气缸盖的再制造可参照执行。

下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本
标准。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。

3 术语和定义
GB/T 26989界定的术语和定义适用于本标准。
4 拆解、清洗、分类要求
4.1 拆解
4.1.1 气缸盖的拆解应符合GB/T 28675 的规定。
4.1.2 拆解时应严格按有关作业指导书的规定操作,拆除油道水道堵头、闷盖、闷堵螺栓等零
部件, 使用合适的工具,避免损伤零件,将气缸盖完全拆解,达到单一状态。
4.2 清洗
气缸盖的清洗应符合 GB/T 28677 的规定。
4.3 分类
4.3.1 气缸盖的分类应符合GB/T 28676 的规定。
4.3.2 在再制造过程中以下零件必须使用更新件:
a) 进气门座圈;
b) 排气门座圈;
c) 气门导管;
d) 油、水道闷盖、堵头、闷堵螺栓。
5 检测与修复
5.1 采用原气缸盖产品图纸或企业规定的探伤方法,检测气缸盖是否有裂纹存在。如果有裂纹存 在可以使用激光焊补、
等离子弧焊等焊补方法对裂纹进行处理,最后用打磨或机加工的方法修复。
焊补后必要时需重新回火,并质量检查合格。对于关键部位不允许焊补,包括气缸盖所有油孔及油 道、所有螺纹孔部位,
以及原产品图纸不允许的焊补部位。
5.2 采用压力密封试验测试气缸盖水道、气道是否有缺陷存在。可采用气压测试或水压测试,如果 存在细小的缺陷,
可采用浸渗等方法修复水道内缺陷,浸渗后进行二次压力测试,如果无法修复,则
作报废处理。
5.3 采用合适的方法更换新的进、排气门座圈、气门导管,更换的座圈、气门导管需保证原配合尺寸,最后机加工至原
气缸盖产品图纸或企业规定的公差尺寸。
5.4 检测气缸盖燃烧室面的平面度及损伤。可在规定范围内对燃烧室面采用磨削的方法进行加工 切削修复,达到规定的尺
寸公差要求;或匹配加厚的原气缸盖产品图纸或企业规定的气缸盖衬垫,恢复其配合间隙;或对燃烧室面进行预处理,
采用喷涂或电刷镀等增加材料的方法进行修复,然后进行 磨削加工,恢复到原气缸盖产品图纸或企业规定的尺寸公差要求。
5.5 检查气缸盖上所有的孔隙。对损伤的光孔进行预处理,采用冷焊等方法进行修复,达到原气缸 盖产品图纸或企业规定
的公差尺寸要求;对损伤的螺纹孔,在企业规定允许的情况下可采用扩大螺 纹孔,重新镶嵌丝套的方法,修复到原气缸盖产
品图纸或企业规定的尺寸公差要求。
5.6 检查气缸盖所有部位是否留有积碳、油污等。可用除积碳、除油污等清洗液清洗;或用高压(冷或热)水射流冲洗气缸
盖表面、底孔、油道、水道等部位,清除污垢;柴油机可用高温分解方法;如遇到 难以清洗的污垢,可用表面喷丸、
局部砂纸打磨等方法进行修复处理,并防止非抛丸面的二次损伤。
6 出厂检验要求
6.1 每只再制造气缸盖应按照相应的再制造产品或原产品图纸的技术要求,进行相应的探伤、压力
检测,对关键尺寸进行检验。
6.1.1 表面修复的再制造气缸盖应进行荧光探伤、磁粉探伤等探伤方法进行检验,确保表面无裂纹。
6.1.2 每台气缸盖应按照再制造产品图纸技术要求,进行密封性检验。
6.1.3 对关键尺寸(气门导管孔内径、气门座圈深度等)应检验并做相应记录。
6.2 气缸盖机加工后需做清洁度检测,达到相关要求。
6.3 对完成修复后再制造气缸盖采取必要的防尘、防锈等措施,以及避免其他物理伤害。
7 标识与包装要求
7.1 包装要求应符合 GB/T 28678 的规定。
7.2 对单独销售的再制造气缸盖,应标示再制造产品标识。

The technical specification for remanufacturing of
automotive components - Cylinder head
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, dismantling, cleaning, classification,
inspection and repair, exit-factory inspection requirements, and other requirements for
the remanufacturing of automobile engine cylinder heads.
This standard is applicable to the remanufacturing of automobile engine cylinder heads.
The remanufacturing of other motor vehicle cylinder heads may refer to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions, which are defined in GB/T 26989, apply to this standard.
4 Requirements for dismantling, cleaning, classification
4.1 Disassembly

head. The surface of the combustion chamber can be processed and repaired, by
grinding within the specified range, to meet the specified dimensional tolerance
requirements; OR match the thickened original cylinder head product drawings or the
cylinder head liner, which is specified by the enterprise, to restore its fit clearance. OR
pre-treat the surface of the combustion chamber; repair it by adding materials such as
spraying or electroplating; then perform grinding, to restore to the original cylinder
head product drawings or the dimensional tolerance requirements, which are specified
by the company.
hole. Repair it by cold welding and other methods, so as to meet the tolerance size
requirements, which are specified by the original cylinder head product drawings or the
company. For the damaged threaded hole, if the company’s requirements allow it, it
may use the enlarged threaded hole and the method of re-inserting the wire sleeve, to
restore to the original cylinder head product drawings or the dimensional tolerance
requirements, which are stipulated by the enterprise.
5.6 Check all parts of the cylinder head for carbon deposits, oil stains, etc. It can be
cleaned with cleaning fluids, such as carbon deposit removal and oil removal; OR use
high-pressure (cold or hot) water jets, to wash the cylinder head surface, bottom hole,
pyrolysis method. For dirt that is hard to clean, it may use such repair methods, as
surface shot blasting, local sandpaper grinding, etc., meanwhile prevent the secondary
damage to the non-shot blasting surface.
6 Exit-factory inspection requirements
6.1 Each remanufactured cylinder head shall be subject to corresponding flaw detection
and pressure testing, as well as inspection of key dimensions, in accordance with the
technical requirements of the corresponding remanufactured product or original product
drawings.
6.1.1 The surface-repaired remanufactured cylinder head shall be inspected, by
methods, to ensure that there are no cracks on the surface.
6.1.2 Each cylinder head shall be inspected for tightness, according to the technical
requirements of the remanufactured product drawings.
6.1.3 The key dimensions (inner diameter of valve guide hole, depth of valve seat ring,
etc.) shall be inspected; corresponding records shall be made.
6.2 Cleanliness testing is required after the cylinder head is machined, to meet relevant
requirements.
