本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则 起草。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC114) 提出并归口。
本标准主要起草单位:上海汽车变速器有限公司、重庆青山工业有限责任公司、陕西法士特汽车
传动集团有限责任公司、盛瑞传动股份有限公司、奇瑞汽车股份有限公司、杭州依维柯汽车传动技术
有限公司、上海汽车集团股份有限公司乘用车公司、哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制造有限公司。
本标准主要起草人:施洁青、邱勇、吕兵、聂幸福、徐向阳、曾华庆、叶美琴、邵志良、姚书涛、

1 范围
本标准规定了汽车用自动控制变速器分类的术语及定义。
本标准适用于内燃机作为唯一动力源的汽车用自动控制变速器。
2 汽车自动控制变速器分类
2.1液力自动变速器 AT automatic transmission
采用液力传递与机械传动组合的方式来实现自动换档的变速器。
2.2双离合器自动变速器 DCT dual clutch transmission
采用两组离合器控制动力中断与传递,实现无动力中断的自动换档变速器。
2.3无级自动变速器 CVT continuously variable transmission
可连续改变传动比的自动变速器。
2.4机械式自动变速器 AMT automatic manual transmission
在手动变速器基础上具有自动换档功能的自动变速器。
3 液力自动变速器分类
3.1 按变速器齿轮传动的类型分类
3.1.1定轴齿轮传动式液力自动变速器 fixed axis gear drive type automatic transmission
采用固定轴线式齿轮传动的液力自动变速器。
3.1.2行星齿轮传动式液力自动变速器 automatic transmission with planetary gears
采用行星齿轮式传动的液力自动变速器。
3.1.3行星齿轮和定轴齿轮传动组合式液力自动变速器 automatic transmission with combination of planetary gears and the parallel fixed axis gears
采用行星齿轮和定轴齿轮传动组合结构实现换档的液力自动变速器。
3.2 按换档系统的控制方式分类
3.2.1液压控制的液力自动变速器 hydraulic control automatic transmission
通过机械方式,将汽车行驶时的车速及相应的节气门开度转变为液压控制信号,阀板中的各个控制阀根据液压控制信
号按照设定的换档规律,控制换档执行机构的动作,从而实现自动换档的液
力自动变速器。
3.2.2电子控制的液力自动变速器 electronic control automatic transmission
通过传感器,将发动机的转速、节气门开度、车速、发动机冷却液温度、变矩器油液温度等参数
转变成电信号并输入变速箱控制系统,变速箱控制系统根据设定的换档程序向换档电磁阀、油液电
磁阀等发出控制信号,从而实现自动换档的液力自动变速器。
4 双离合器自动变速器分类
4.1 按离合器冷却方式分类
4.1.1干式双离合器自动变速器 dry dual clutch transmission
双离合器系统不需要额外油液强制冷却的双离合器自动变速器。
4.1.2湿式双离合器自动变速器 wet dual clutch transmission
双离合器系统需要额外油液强制冷却的双离合器自动变速器。
4.2 按离合器驱动执行方式分类
4.2.1液压式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with hydraulic actuator of clutch
双离合器驱动执行系统以机械泵建立的液压力实现离合器分离与结合,从而实现动力中断与传 递的双离合器自动变速器。
4.2.2电液式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with electro-hydraulic actuator of clutch
双离合器驱动执行系统以电机驱动建立的液压力实现离合器分离与结合,从而实现动力中断与 传递的双离合器自动变速器。
4.2.3电机式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with electrical motor actuator of clutch
双离合器驱动执行系统以电机驱动机械结构来实现离合器分离与结合,从而实现动力中断与传 递的双离合器自动变速器。
4.3 按换档机构执行方式分类
4.3.1液压驱动换档式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with hydraulic shifting actuator
采用液压驱动控制变速器换档执行机构,进行档位切换的双离合器自动变速器。
4.3.2电机驱动换档式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with electrical motor shifting

4.4 按液压系统主油路压力分类
4.4.1高压系统双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with high pressure system
液压系统主油路最大压力大于35 bar的双离合器自动变速器。
4.4.2低压系统双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with low pressure system
液压系统主油路最大压力不大于35 bar的双离合器自动变速器。
4.5 按驱动油泵形式分类

采用机械泵建立油压的双离合器自动变速器。
4.5.2电子泵式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with electrical oil pump
采用电子泵建立油压的双离合器自动变速器。
4.5.3混合泵式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with mixed oil pump
采用机械泵与电子泵建立油压的双离合器自动变速器。
4.6 按输入轴布置形式分类
4.6.1同轴式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with coaxial layout of input shaft
变速器奇数档与偶数档的二根输入轴采用内外同心轴布置的双离合器自动变速器。
4.6.2平行轴式双离合器自动变速器 dual clutch transmission with parallel layout of input shaft

5.1 按变速机构的类型分类
5.1.1带式无级自动变速器 belt type continuously variable transmission
动力传递采用推力钢带或皮带的无级自动变速器。
5.1.2链式无级自动变速器 chain type continuously variable transmission
动力传递采用传动链的无级自动变速器。
5.2 按是否带有副变速机构分类
5.2.1单级无级自动变速器 single-stage continuously variable transmission
不带有副变速机构的无级自动变速器。
5.2.2双级无级自动变速器 double-stage continuously variable transmission

6.1 按离合器驱动执行方式分类

classifications
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions of automotive automatic
transmission classifications.
This Standard applies to the automotive automatic transmission where the
internal combustion engine is the sole source of power.
2 Automotive automatic transmission
classifications
2.1 Automatic transmission, AT
A transmission using a combination of hydraulic transmission and mechanical
transmission to achieve automatic shifting.
2.2 Dual clutch transmission, DCT
An automatic shifting transmission using two sets of clutches to control power
interruption and transmission to achieve no-power interruption.
2.3 Continuously variable transmission, CVT
An automatic transmission that continuously changes the transmission ratio.
2.4 Automatic manual transmission, AMT
An automatic transmission with automatic shifting function based on a manual
transmission.
3 Automatic transmission classifications
3.1 Classification by the type of transmission gear drive
3.1.1 Fixed axis gear drive type automatic transmission
An automatic transmission using fixed axis type gear drive.
A dual clutch transmission where the dual clutch drive actuation system uses
the hydraulic pressure established by the mechanical pump to achieve clutch
separation and combination, thereby realizing power interruption and
transmission.
4.2.2 Dual clutch transmission with electro-hydraulic actuator of
clutch
A dual clutch transmission where the dual clutch drive actuation system uses
the hydraulic pressure established by the motor drive to achieve clutch
separation and combination, thereby realizing power interruption and
transmission.
4.2.3 Dual clutch transmission with electrical motor actuator of clutch
A dual clutch transmission where the dual clutch drive actuation system uses
a motor-driven mechanical structure to achieve clutch separation and
combination, thereby realizing power interruption and transmission.
4.3 Classification by the execution mode of shifting mechanism
4.3.1 Dual clutch transmission with hydraulic shifting actuator
A dual clutch transmission using hydraulic drive to control the transmission
shift actuator for gear shifting.
4.3.2 Dual clutch transmission with electrical motor shifting actuator
A dual clutch transmission using a mechanical actuator of a motor-driven
transmission for gear shifting.
4.4 Classification by the main oil circuit pressure of hydraulic system
4.4.1 Dual clutch transmission with high pressure system
