1范围
本标准规定了压缩天然气汽车燃气系统(以下简称燃气系统)的定义和技术要求。
本标准适用于使用符合GB 18047要求的汽车用压缩天然气(以下简称CNG)、额定工作压力为 20 MPa的燃气系统。

3术语和定义
GB/T 17895确定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
4技术要求
4.1 一般要求
4.1.1燃气系统应按经规定程序批准的产品图样和其他技术文件制造。
4.1.2燃气系统应能适应的工作环境温度范围如下:
a) 安装于发动机舱,-40 °C〜120笆;
b) 安装于其他部位,-40 °C〜85 °C。
4.1.3燃气系统中其正常性能和安全功能受到CNG燃料特性、高压或振动影响的零部件,
需要符 合相应零部件标准的有关要求。
4.1.4燃气系统零部件的连接接口应符合GB/T 3765卡套式管接头技术条件等标准的要求,
燃气 系统零部件安装在汽车上应符合GB 7258机动车运行安全技术条件、GB 19239燃气汽
车专用装置 的安装要求的规定。
4.1.5燃气系统零部件中,与CNG接触的零部件,其材质应与CNG相容,若所用金属材料为黑色
金属,应采用电镀、化学处理或涂漆等防腐措施,涂镀层和化学处理层应符合QC/T 625的规定。
4.1.6不允许采用更换气瓶的方式为车辆加注CNG。
4.2系统要求
4.2.1燃气系统应至少包括以下部件。
a)加气口;
b)车用气瓶;
c)车用气瓶附件;
d)气压(量)显示器;
e)CNG手动截止阀;
f)高压CNG管线及接头;
g)汽车用CNG电磁阀;
h)减压调节器;
i)气体混合器或喷嘴;
j)低压气管及循环水软管;
k)过流保护装置;
l)CNG滤清器;
m)车用燃气泄漏报警装置;
n)ECU电子控制单元;
o)线束总成。
4.2.2燃气系统也可包括以下部件。
a)气密盒;
b)单向阀;
c)燃料控制开关;
d)气体流量调节阀;
e)燃料轨;
f)CNG压力或CNG温度传感器;
g)防护罩;
h)预热器;
i)卸压阀;
j)点火时间控制装置;
k)喷嘴驱动器;
l)点火驱动器;
m)氧传感器;
n)凸轮轴(判缸)相位传感器;
o)仿真器;
4.2.3在下列情况之一时,燃气系统应能自动切断CNG供给。
a)点火开关未打开;
b)发动机未运转;
c)CNG燃料管线断裂、脱落等。
4.3部件要求
4.3.1 加气口。
CNG汽车上应至少安装一个加气口,且加气口上的防尘罩应能方便地固定在汽车上;
加气口应 符合GB/T 18363的规定。
4.3.2气瓶。
24160的规定;气瓶应当配有气瓶阀和气瓶安全阀等气瓶附件,气瓶阀应符合GB 17926的规定。
4.3.2.2如有必要,宜装气密盒和通风管等附件。
4.3.3气压(量)显示器。
气压(量)显示器可采用压力表或其他气量显示装置。若采用压力表时,其压力表量程应为储气
系统额定工作压力的1.5-3.。倍,推荐采用2. 0倍。采用其他气量显示时,宜采用压力传感器及气
量显示器。
4.3.4手动截止阀。
安装两只及两只以上气瓶的,应在气瓶到减压调节器之间设置CNG手动截止阀并符合 QC/T 917的规定,
阀体上应注明额定工作压力值,并标明介质流向。
气密盒应有总截面大于450 mm2的通风出口。
4.3.6减压调节器。
4.3.6.1减压调节器应设置加热防冻装置。
4.3.6.2减压调节器应有易于排放杂质的功能。
4.3.6.3当减压调节器一级压力调节失效时,应有过压安全保护装置。
4.3.6.4减压调节器应符合GB/T 20735的规定。
4.3.7滤清器。
在储气瓶到减压调节器之间应设置CNG滤清器,滤清器的滤芯宜可清洗或更换。滤清器可单
独安装在管路中,也可组合安装在减压调节器里。
当采用膜片式混合器时,应设置防回火装置。
4.3.9燃气喷嘴。
车用燃气喷嘴应符合QC/T 809的规定。
4.3.10燃料控制开关。
对于两用燃料或双燃料汽车,应设置燃料控制开关,其挡位标记应标识清楚,能分别控制天然 气、
燃油的供给和停止。天然气和汽油电磁阀的操作均应由燃料转换开关统一控制;当电流被切断 时,
电磁阀应处于“关闭”位置。
4.3.11线束总成。
线束接头釆用插接件,线路中应设置过电流保护装置。
在气瓶到减压调节器之间靠近气瓶端应设置过流保护装置,过流保护装置应有在过流保护后,
恢复正常时可以自动或手动复位的功能。过流保护阀可单独安装在靠近气瓶的管路中,
也可组合在 气瓶阀里。
4.3.13天然气电磁阀。
在气瓶到减压调节器之间应设置高压天然气电磁阀,并应符合QC/T 674的规定。
4.3.14车用汽油电磁阀。
车用汽油电磁阀应符合QC/T 675的规定。
4.3.15压缩天然气高压管路。
压缩天然气高压管路应采用不锈钢管或其他车用高压天然气专用管路,并应符合QC/T 746的 规定,
4.3.16 ECU电子控制单元
ECUCelectronic control unit)电子控制单元,又称“车载电脑”,是汽车专用微机控制器,
其功用 是根据其内存的程序和数据对各种传感器输入的信息进行运算、处理、判断,然后输出指令,
向执行 器提供信号。可以将喷嘴驱动、点火驱动等集成,也可单独外挂。
4.3.17泄漏报警装置。
CNG汽车所有管路接头处均不应出现漏气现象,其管路接头处于封闭空间时,应安装泄漏报警 装置,
其中控制器安装在驾驶室内适当的位置,以方便观察为宜。传感器宜分别安装在管路接头处,
如气瓶舱、加气口舱、减压器舱、发动机舱等。

1 Scope
This standard specifies the definition and technical requirements of fuel-gas
This standard applies to the fuel-gas systems that use compressed natural gas
(hereinafter referred to as CNG) for automobiles that meets the requirements
of GB 18047 and has a rated working pressure of 20 MPa.

Ignition timing control device
An adjusting device installed on a dual-purpose fuel vehicle to control
different ignition advance angles required for gasoline and CNG fuels.
3.6
Leakage alarm device
A device installed on a gas vehicle and sends out an alarm when it detects
a gas leakage or exceeding a preset value.
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The gas system shall be manufactured in accordance with product
drawings and other technical documents approved by prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 The working environment temperature range that the gas system shall be
able to adapt is as follows:
a) Installed in the engine compartment, -40 °C ~ 120 °C;
b) Install in other parts, -40 °C ~ 85 °C.
4.1.3 Parts of gas systems whose normal performance and safety functions are
affected by CNG fuel characteristics, high pressure or vibration, need to comply
