1范围
本标准规定r液化石油气汽车燃气系统(以下简称燃气系统)的定义和技术要求。
本标准适用于使用符合GB 19159要求的车用液化石油气(以下简称LPG)、额定工作压力为
2.2MPa的燃气系统。

3术语和定义
GB/T 17895确定的以及卜-列术语和定义适用于本标准。
4技术要求
4.1一般要求
4.1.1燃气系统应按经规定程序批准的产品图样和其他技术文件制造,并应符合本标准的规定。
4.1.2燃气系统应能适应的工作环境温度范围如下:
a) 安装于发动机舱,-40 P〜120 0;
b) 安装于其他部位,-40 X?~85 °C.
4.1.3燃气系统中其正常性能和安全功能受到LPG燃料特性、高压或振动影响的零部件,需要符
合 GB 17259, GB 18299. GB/T 18364. GB 20912, QC/T 673、QC/T 745、QC/T 769. QC/T 809、
QC/T 917等相应零部件标准的有关要求。
4.1.4燃气系统零部件的连接接口应符合GB/T 5653的要求,燃气系统零部件安装在汽车上应符
合GB7258、GB 19239等标准的要求。
4.1.5燃气系统零部件中,与LPG接触的零部件,其材质应与LPG相容,若所用金属材料为黑色 金属,
应采用电镀、化学处理或涂漆等防腐措施,涂镀层和化学处理层应符合QC/T 625的规定。
4.2系统要求
4.2.1LPG汽车燃气系统应至少包括以下部件。
a)加气口;
b)车用气瓶;
c)车用气瓶附件;
d)液位计;
e)截止阀;
D 电磁阀;
g)减压调节器和蒸发器,二者可以组合为蒸发调压器;
h)喷射器或混合器;
i)管路及软管;
j)带有过流阀的供给阀;
k)滤清器;
l)燃气泄漏报警装置;
m) ECU电子控制单元。
4.2.2LPG汽车燃气系统也可包括以下部件。
a)气密盒;
b)单向阀;
c)燃料转换开关;
d)气体流虽调节阀;
e)燃料轨;
f)压力传感器;
g)温度传感器;
h)防护罩;
i)预热器;
j)卸压阀;
k)氧传感器;
l)喷嘴驱动器;
m)点火驱动器;
n)凸轮轴(判紅)位置传感器;
O)EGR 湖;
P)线束总成;
q)转速传感器。
4.2.3在下列情况之一时,燃气系统应能自动切断LPG供给。
a)点火开关未打开;
b)发动机未运转;
4.3部件要求
4.3.1 加气口。
LPG汽车上应至少安装一个加气口,且加气口上的防尘罩应能方便地固定在汽车上,加气口应 符合GB/T 18364的规定。
4.3.2车用气瓶及车用气瓶附件。
4.3.2.1气瓶应装备以下附件:限員充装阀、液位计、安全阀、过流阀、电磁阀等,它们可以是分体 的,也可以组合为集成阀。
4.3.2.2如有必要,可以装备以下附件:在气瓶内部装备的燃料泵、燃料泵电线套管、泄压装置、单 向阀。
4.3.2.3泄压装置应安装在LPG容器上或LPG容器内,且是燃料呈气态的位置。
4.3.2.4过流阀应有在过流保护后可以复位的功能。
4.3.2.5当燃料处于最低水平且发动机仍然运转时,燃料泵的散热量应不能导致卸压阀开启。 4.3.3液位计。
4.3.4 截止阀。
安装两只及两只以上气瓶的,应在气瓶到蒸发调压器之间设置截止阀,截止阀应符合QC/T 917 的规定。
4.3.5 蒸发调压器。
蒸发调压器宜有易于排放杂质的功能。蒸发调压器应有调节减压室压力的部件。当蒸发调压 器未工作时,
其设计应有截止 LPG 供给的功能。蒸发调压器应符合GB 20912的规定。
4.3.6 混合器。
当采用膜片式混合器时,应设置防回火泄压装置。
4.3.7 管路。
液化石油气汽车管路应采用专用管路,其中橡胶管路质量应符合QC/T 745 的规定。
在储气瓶到蒸发调压器之间应设置滤清器,滤清器的滤芯应可清洗或更换。滤清器可单独安装 在管路中,
也可与蒸发调压器组合在一起。
4.3.9 燃气泄漏报警装置。
LPG 汽车所有管路接头处均不应出现湍气现象,其管路接头处于封闭空间时,应安装泄漏报警 装置,
其中控制器安装在驾驶室内适当的位置,以方便观察为宜。传感器宜分别安装在管路接头处, 如气瓶仓、
加气口仓、蒸发调压器仓、发动机仓等LPG 容易泄露的位置。
4.3.10 线束总成。
线束接头采用插接件,线路中应设置过电流保护装置。
4.3.11 气密盒。
4.3.12 燃料转换开关。
对于两用燃料或双燃料汽车,应设置燃料转换开关,其挡位标记应标识清楚,能分别控制石油 气、
燃油的供给和停止。石油气和汽油的电磁阀的操作均应由燃料转换开关统一控制;当电流被切 断时,
电磁阀应处于“关闭”位置。

Foreword
"Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards".
This standard non-equivalently adopts the relevant provisions of the European
Economic Commission of the United Nations ECFE R67 "Unified requirements
on the approval of LPG special devices and motor vehicles equipped with LPG
special devices" (effective from 2000-08-04).
This standard replaces QC/T 247-2002 "Technical specifications for isolated
plant of liquefied petroleum gas".
As compared with QC/T 247-2002, the main changes in this standard are as
follows:
QC/T 675; ADD the standards GB 19159, GB 20912, QC/T 745, QC/T 769,
QC/T 809, QC/T 917, GB/T 5653 , GB 7258, GB 19239.
- ADD the terms and definitions for "fuel-gas system, leakage alarm device".
- In the General requirements, ADD the requirements that “the connection
interface of fuel-gas system’s components shall meet the requirements of
GB/T 5653; the installation of gas system’s components on vehicles shall
meet the requirements of GB 7258, GB/T 19239 and other standards".
- MODIFY the technical requirements of "4.2.1 / 4.2.2 Components contained
in fuel-gas system for LPG vehicles".

vehicles
1 Scope
This standard specifies the definition and technical requirements for fuel-gas
system (hereinafter referred to as gas systems) for LPG vehicles.
This standard applies to the fuel-gas systems that use liquified petroleum gas
(hereinafter referred to as LPG) for automobiles that meets the requirements of

4 Technical requirements
4.1.1 The gas system shall be manufactured in accordance with the product
drawings and other technical documents approved by the prescribed
procedures; meanwhile it shall comply with the provisions of this standard.
4.1.2 The working environment temperature range that the gas system shall be
able to adapt is as follows:
a) Installed in the engine compartment, -40 °C ~ 120 °C;
b) Install in other parts, -40 °C ~ 85 °C.
4.1.3 Components in the gas system whose normal performance and safety
functions are affected by LPG fuel characteristics, high pressure or vibration,
