1 范围
本标准规定了汽车电线束(以下简称电线束)的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、储存和 保管。
本标准适用于标称电压低于60V 的各种汽车用电线束(含单根线组件)。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于本标准。
凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。
3 术语和定义
本标准采用下列及QC/T417.1—2001 中的定义。
4 要 求
4.1一般要求
4.1.1 电线束应符合木标准的要求,并按经规定程序批准的图样及技术文件制造。
4.1.2 电线束用零部件和材料在图样及技术文件无规定时应分别符合下列要求。
a) 电线束用材料和零部件应符合SJ/T 11363 的规定。
b) 电线应符合GB/T 25085的规定。
c) 铜编织线应分别符合JB/T6313.1、JB/T6313.2、JB/T6313.3的规定。
d) 端子应分别符合 QC/T417.1、QC/T417.3~417.5、QC/T29010、QC/T29013 的规定。
e) 软聚氯乙烯管应符合GB/T 13527.2的规定。
f) 塑料紧箍带应符合QC/T349 的规定。
g) 橡胶制品材料应符合 HG/T2196 的规定。
h)热收缩双壁管应符合附录B 的规定。
i) 压敏胶粘带应符合附录C 的规定。
j) 波纹管应符合附录D 的规定。
4.2 外观
4.2.1电线及零部件的安装、分支点位置及分支方向,应符合图样及技术文件要求。
4.2.2电线及零部件不应有损伤、变形等缺陷。
4.2.3端子在护套中不应脱出。
4.2.4 带密封塞绝缘压接的端子与护套安装后,密封塞不应从护套中退出。
4.2.5 采用开口保护管的部位,电线不应从开口保护管的缝隙中伸出。
4.2.6 端子与电线的连接处需用如图2所示热缩管时,热缩管应紧密套在连接部位上,无位移、脱
开现象。
4.2.7电线束包胶(包扎胶带)如图3、图4所示,应满足下列要求:
a) 电线应全数被捆扎,胶带端部不应翘起。
b) 半叠式包胶如图3 a)所示,叠层宽度以不低于胶带宽度的1/5为宜,包胶区域不能看见外露电线。
c) 粗包胶如图3b)所示,胶带与胶带间的节距应为胶带宽的1.5倍以下。
d) 局部包胶如图3 c)所示,包胶重叠层数至少为2层。
e) 分支点应交叉包胶,交叉缠绕方式应符合图样及技术文件的要求。
f) 用胶带固定的定位件,胶带缠绕圈数至少3层。
g) 插接器部位包胶,应不存在如图4所示的单根电线松弛现象。
4.3 电线束尺寸
4.3.1 干线和保护管长度不应小于50mm。
4.3.2 接点之间、接点与分支点之间距离不应小于20mm。
4.3.3 电线束尺寸极限偏差应满足表1的规定。
4.3.4 插接器部位有包胶要求的,包胶端部距离插接器端部应符合图5的尺寸要求。
4.3.5 绞合线防松散包胶应符合图6的规定,包胶前端距离端子前端最大距离不应超过80mm。
4.3.6 定位件定位方向偏差如图7所示,应在±45°的范围内。
4.3.7 塑料紧箍带的安装,非使用部分切除后,使用部分允许保留最大5mm 的留头(切断处到紧箍 带锁止点距离)。
4.3.8 屏蔽线的屏蔽网端部包胶如图8所示,屏蔽网绝缘层端部距端子前部的距离最大不应超过150mm。
4.4 端子与电线的连接
4.4.1 压接连接。
端子与电线的连接应优先采用如图9所示的压接方法。
4.4.2 导体压接。
导体压接应满足下列要求:
a) 导体压接区,导体芯线应全部压入端子的卷曲部分中。
b) 电线绝缘层不应被压入导体压接区,在图9所示的连接B 区应可见导体和绝缘层。
c) 在图9所示的连接A 区应可见线端。
d) 如图9所示导体压接区“后R”(入口曲线)应可见。
e) 在图样及技术文件无规定时导体压接区横断面应符合附录A 的要求。
4.4.3 绝缘层压接。
按图10所示对绝缘压接进行3个循环的弯折试验后,在连接B 区应可见电线导体和电线绝缘层。
4.4.4 带密封塞的绝缘压接。
带密封塞的绝缘压接,如图11所示,在连接B 区应可见电线绝缘层及密封塞端部。
4.4.5 连筋。
连筋(端子与端子间连接的料带切除后,保留在端子上的剩余部分)不能损伤电线绝缘层和密封塞,
连筋最大长度不应超过0.5mm。
4.4.6 连接强度。
端子与电线的连接应牢固,其最小拉力值应符合表2的规定。
4.4.8 钎焊连接。
端子与电线的连接采用钎焊方法时,不允许使用腐蚀性焊剂。焊点应光滑,不允许存在漏焊、未
焊透、焊剂夹杂等缺陷。
4.5 接 点
4.5.1 采用压接方法时,接点如图12所示应符合下列要求:
a) 导体应全部压入端子的卷曲部分中,线端在端子两侧应可见且伸出长度不大于3mm。
b) 导体压接区两侧应可见入口曲线R, 电线绝缘层不得压入端子内。
c) 接点的拉力值应符合表2的规定。
e) 在图样及技术文件无规定时导体压接区横断面应符合附录A 的要求。

standards including “The Self-adhesive Label Printing Machine”, etc. (see Annex 1 for
standard numbers, names, main content and initial implementation dates), including
471 mechanical industry standards, 32 automobile industry standards, 70 ship industry
standards, 111 aviation industry standards, 137 chemical industry standards, 69
metallurgy industry standards, 30 building materials industry standards, 14
petrochemical industry standards, 6 non-ferrous metal industry standards, 89 light
industry standards, 49 textile industry standards, 79 ordnance industry and civilian
products industry standards, 15 nuclear industry standards, 2 electronics industry
standards and 34 communications industry standards. 39 metallurgical industry
standard samples including “Manganese Silicon Alloy (FeMn68Si16)” have approved
(see Annex 2 for the standard sample list and composition content).
The above mechanical industry standards were published by China Machine Press;
the automobile industry standards, the chemical industry standards and the non-
ferrous metal industry standards were published by China Planning Press; the ship
industry standards were organized and published by China Institute of Marine
Technology & Economy; the aviation industry standards were organized and published
by China Institute of Aviation; the chemical industry standards were published by
Chemical Industry Press; the metallurgical industry standards were published by
Metallurgical Industry Press; the building materials industry standards were published
by Building Materials Press; the petrochemical industry standards were published by
China Petrochemical Press; the light industry standards were published by China Light
Industry Press; the textile industry standards were published by China Standards
