1范围
本标准规定了汽车产品图样及设计文件标准化审査的基本要求、内容、范围、程序、标准化审查 人员的职责。
本标准适用于汽车产品图样及设计文件的标准化审查。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于 本标准。
凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。

3术语和定义
QC/T 18界定的术语和定义适用于本标准。
4基本要求
4. 1在产品的初步设计、技术设计、工作图设计的各阶段应进行相应的产品图样及设计文件的标准 化审查。
4.2标准化审查是检查产品图样及设计文件是否正确、有效地贯彻各级标准的重要手段之一,经标 准化审查应达到:
a)所设计的产品应符合有关法律、法规及标准的规定;
b)优先采用定型的设计方案和结构方案,并最大限度地采用标准件、通用件,以提高设计的继
承性和产品的标准化程度;
c)产品图样及设计文件应正确、完整、统一、清晰。
4.3标准化审査应依据标准化综合要求及其相应的各级标准和有关技术文件。
5标准化审査的范围及内容
根据QC/T 3规定的产品图样及设计文件种类均应进行标准化审查,其内容见表1
6标准化审查的程序
6.1产品图样、设计文件绘制完毕,并经相关人员签署后,送交标准化审查。如釆用电子签署,应在 系统定制签署流程。
6.2标准化审査的意见可在产品图样及设计文件(包括电子签署的产品图样及设计文件)上进行标 记,
也可填写“标准化审査意见单”(参见附录A),然后将产品图样及设计文件返回设计部门修改。
6.3设计人员修改后,送标准化审查人员复审并签署,如采用电子签署,则重新提交流程审签。
7标准化审查人员的职责
标准化审查人员应按产品标准化综合要求及有关文件的规定,对产品图样及设计文件进行标准化审査。
对设计人员是否正确贯彻标准,标准化审查人员有监督、提出意见和要求修改的责任。

1 Scope
This Standard specifies general requirements, content, scope, procedures for
standardization examination of automotive product drawing and design
document, responsibilities of standardization examination reviewers.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in QC/T
18 apply.
4 General requirements
4.1 The standardization examination of corresponding product drawing and
design document shall be carried out at each stage of preliminary design,
technical design and work drawing design of the product.
4.2 Standardization examination is one of the important means to check
the degree of standardization.
Product standards
a) Whether the designed product specifications, basic
parameters and performance indicators meet the relevant
standards;
b) Product standardization and the possibility of increasing
the degree of standardization;
c) Whether technical requirements, test methods,
inspection rules and related standards are consistent;
