1 范围
本标准规定了汽车零部件及其附件的金属涂镀层和化学处理层的要求、技术条件和试验方法。
本标准适用于汽车产品设计及工艺设计。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件，仅所注日期的版本适用于 本文件。
凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。
3 汽车用涂镀层和化学处理层的表示方法
汽车用金属涂镀层和化学处理层的表示方法主要由下列二部分组成：
用化学符号表示基体金属或合金基体中的主要金属，符号后接一斜线。
Fe- 钢铁；Zn- 锌合金； Cu- 铜和铜合金；Al- 铝和铝合金。
用化学符号、阿拉伯数字及小写拼音字母表示镀层的种类、镀层厚度和类型。
如果铜或含铜超 过50%的黄铜用作中间镀层时，用化学符号Cu 表示铜镀层。
符号后的数字代表该镀层的最小厚度，单位为微米(μm)。
4 铜+镍+铬和镍+铬电镀层
4.1 铜+镍+铬和镍+铬电镀层的使用条件号见表1。
4.2 铜+镍+铬和镍+铬电镀层的分级号见表2。
4.3 铜+镍+铬和镍+铬电镀层的使用条件号与耐盐雾腐蚀性能见表3。
4.4 铜+镍+铬和镍+铬电镀层的性能检验
铜+镍+铬和镍+铬电镀层的厚度、耐盐雾腐蚀性能应进行检验，塑料上的电镀层还要进行热 循环试验。
检验方法按GB/T5270、GB/T 9797、GB/T 12600的规定。如有必要，供需双方可协议商 定对其他性能进行检验。
5 锌电镀层
5.1 锌电镀层的分级号及适用条件见表4。
5.2 锌电镀层后处理转化膜的性能要求见表5。
5.3 锌电镀层的热处理
电镀锌后，对于弹簧件、高强度零件应消除氢脆的危险性，消除氢脆的热处理条件见表6。
5.4 锌电镀层的性能检验
锌电镀层的厚度、转化膜的耐盐雾腐蚀性能应进行检验。检验方法按GB/T 9799、GB/T 9800的 规定。
如有必要，供需双方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
热镀锌层的性能检验按GB/T 12912的规定。
5.5 螺纹紧固件按GB/T 5267.1的规定。
6 锡电镀层
6.1 锡电镀层的分级号及适用条件见表7。
6.2 锡电镀层的性能检验
应对锡电镀层的厚度、结合强度进行检验。检验方法按GB/T 12599 的规定。
如有必要，供需双 方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
7 银电镀层
7.1 银电镀层的分级号及适用条件见表8。
7.2 银电镀层的性能检验
应对银电镀层的厚度和结合强度进行检验。检验方法按SJ/T11111、SJ/T 11112规定。
如有必 要，供需双方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
8 铜电镀层
8.1 铜电镀层的分级号及适用条件见表9。
8.2 铜电镀层的性能检验
应对铜电镀层的厚度、孔隙率和结合强度进行检验。检验方法按CB/T 12333 的规定。如有必
要，供需双方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
9 镍和铜+镍电镀层
9.1 镍和铜+镍电镀层的分级号及适用条件见表10。
9.2 镍和铜+镍电镀层的性能检验
应对镍和铜+镍电镀层的厚度、附着强度进行检验。检验方法按GB/T 4955、GB/T 4956、GB/T
5270和GB/T9798 的规定。如有必要，供需双方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
10 铬电镀层
10.1 铬电镀层的分级号及适用条件见表11。
10.2 铬电镀层的性能检验
应对铬电镀层的厚度、附着强度和硬度进行检验。检验方法按GB/T11379 的规定。
如有必要， 供需双方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
11 铝及铝合金的电化学氧化膜
11.1 铝及铝合金的电化学氧化膜的性能及适用条件见表12。
11.2 铝及铝合金的电化学氧化膜的性能检验
应对表12所规定的性能进行检验。检验方法按GB/T 4340.1、GB/T 4957、GB/T8013.1、GB/T 8014.2和GB/T12967.3 的规定。如有必要，供需双方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
12 化学镀镍层
12.1 化学镀镍层的性能要求及适用条件见表13。
12.2 化学镀镍层的性能试验
应对化学镀镍层的厚度、附着强度和耐蚀性进行检验。检验方法按GB/T 5270、GB/T 10125 和
GB/T 6461 的规定。如有必要，供需双方可协议商定对其他性能进行检验。
13 钢铁件的化学处理层
13.1 钢铁件化学处理层的分级号及适用条件见表14。
13.2 钢铁件化学处理层的耐盐雾腐蚀性能见表15。
13.3 钢铁件化学处理层的性能检验
供需双方可协议商定对钢铁件化学处理层的性能进行检验。检验方法按GB/T 11376和 GB/T 15519的规定。
14 锌合金的钝化处理层
14.1 锌合金的钝化处理层的性能及适用条件见表16。
14.2 锌合金的钝化处理层的性能检验
应对锌合金的钝化处理层的耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能进行检验。检验方法按GB/T 10125和 GB/T 6461的规定。
15 铅-锡合金电镀层
15.2 铅-锡合金电镀层的性能检验
供需双方可协议商定对铅-锡合金电镀层的性能进行检验。
