1范围
本标准规定了汽车用天然气单燃料发动机(包括压缩天然气及不带液态喷射的液化天然气发动 机)的技术要求、
试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、储存。
本标准适用于压缩天然气储气瓶公称工作压力不大于20MPa和液化天然气的储气瓶公称工作压力
不大于1. 6MPa的汽车用单燃料发动机。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本 标准。
凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。
3术语和定义
GB/T 17895界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
4技术要求
4.1通用技术要求
4.1.1车用天然气单燃料发动机总成、零部件,应按经规定程序批准的图样和技术文件制造,并符
合本标准的规定。
4.1.2制造厂应在技术文件中提供车用天然气单燃料发动机的主要规格和参数,见附录A。
4.1.3制造厂应对发动机系统安装提出推荐要求。
4.1.4制造厂应遵照附录B的规定,对天然气的气质提出要求。液化天然气应符合GB/T 19204 的规定。
4.1.5制造厂应保证车用天然气单燃料发动机在使用其铭牌规定的天然气时,
其额定净功率允差 (型式认证及生产一致性)满足GB/T 17692的要求,并按照其附录C的规定提供特性曲线。
4.1.6制造厂应保证车用天然气单燃料发动机在使用其铭牌规定的天然气时,其最大净扭矩允差:
型式认证±4% ,生产一致性±5% ;最小燃料消耗率允差:型式认证±2% ,生产一致性±4%
(相应转速允差:型式认证±1.5%,生产一致性±5%)。
4.1.7排放要求。
4.1.7. 1最大总质量不超过3500kg的车辆,其排放污染物应满足GB 18352. 3的要求;怠速排放污
染物满足GB 18285的限值要求。
4.1.7. 2最大总质量超过3500kg的车辆,其排放污染物应满足GB 17691的要求;怠速排放污染物
满足GB 18285的限值要求;曲轴箱排放污染物满足GB 11340的限值要求。国3的发动机排气污染
物排放控制系统耐久性要求应满足GB 20890的要求,国4发动机排气污染物排放控制系统耐久性
要求应满足HJ 438的要求。
4.1.8机油/燃气消耗比、全负荷下最大活塞漏气量应满足GB/T 19055或制造厂更严的限值要求。
4.1.9 噪声应满足GB 14097的要求。
4.1.10不得有漏气、漏水、漏油现象。
外观和装配调整质量、清洁度应符合企业标准和技术文件的要求。
4.1.12车辆上的天然气单燃料发动机其无线电骚扰特性应满足GB 14023的要求。
4.1. 13发动机在环境温度不低于-18T时,不采取任何措施应能按照GB/T 18297的要求顺利启 动,
若为满足更低环境温度下的冷启动要求,允许制造厂增加辅助启动装置。
4.1.14对专用装置及安装的技术要求。
14. 1车用天然气单燃料系统专用装置应满足QC/T 245.QC/T 755、GB/T 19240、GB/T 20734 的要求。
车用天然气单燃料发动机专用装置应具有合格标记。车用天然气单燃料发动机专用装置产品必须
与所装机型进行过严格的匹配试验,且性能满足要求,同一型号产品具有互换性。
14.2车用天然气单燃料发动机用滤清器应满足该机对天然气流量的要求,其滤清效果及阻 力应满足制造厂的规定。
4.1.15安全要求。
发动机应具有以下报警功能及安全保护:
——超转速报警(始终起作用);
——超増压保护(始终起作用,仅适用于增压发动机);
——冷却液超温报警或保护(出厂设置为关闭);
——进气歧管超温保护(出厂设置为关闭,仅适用于增压发动机)。
4.2匹配要求
4.2.1天然气供给系统装置为满足汽车发动机性能要求,必须在发动机和汽车上进行匹配试验和 评价。
4.2.2发动机台架试验时所装进气系统、排气系统应与该车所装系统相同或采用等效系统
(即指 该进气系统进气压力与制造厂规定的整车进气压力限值相差不超过100 Pa;
该排气系统出口处的排 气压力与制造厂规定的整车排气压力相差不超过11kPa)。
4.2.3发动机台架试验的性能应在汽车整车性能试验中加以验证,按照GB/T 23335的规定进行。
4.2.4车用天然气单燃料发动机装车后必须进行安装评审试验。例如:进气温升、排气背压、
氧传 感器外壳温度、最高使用环境温度、空气中冷器压力降、进气歧管温升、燃气压力等参数,
应满足发动 机制造厂的规定。
试验方法
发动机净功率试验按照GB/T 17692有关规定进行。
发动机性能试验按照GB/T 18297有关规定进行。
发动机可靠性试验按照GB/T 19055有关规定进行。
发动机定型试验按照QC/T 526有关规定进行,并做出评定。
装用车用天然气单燃料发动机的车辆定型试验按照GB/T 23335进行,并做出评定。
车用天然气单燃料发动机排放污染物测量。
a)最大总质量不超过3500kg的天然气单燃料车辆排放污染物按照GB 18352.3的规定进行测量;
怠速排放污染物按照CB 18285的规定进行测虽。
b最大总质量超过3500kg的车辆用天然气单燃料发动机排放污染物按照GB 17691的规定进行测量;
怠速排放污染物按照GB 18285的规定进行测量;曲轴箱排放污染物按照GB11340的规定进行测量;
国3的发动机排气污染物排放控制系统耐久性应按照GB 20890的 规定进行测量,
国4的发动机排气污染物排放控制系统耐久性应按照HJ 438的规定进行 测量。
5.7车用天然气单燃料发动机清洁度按照QC/T 901规定测定。
5.8车用天然气单燃料发动机的噪声按照GB/T 1859的规定进行测量。
6检验规则
6.1型式试验
属于下列情况之一者应进行型式试验:
功率较原机型提高15%以上或结构有重大变化者)时按照QC/T 526的规定进行定型试验;
b)产品转厂生产时按照QC/T 526的规定进行;
c)国家质量监督机关提出型式试验要求,按其规定进行。
6.2 出厂检验
6.2. 1发动机经过出厂检验合格并由制造厂质量检验部门签发产品质量合格证后,方能岀厂(或 入库)。
6.2.2检验项目至少包括以下内容:
a)外观检查(装配完整性、装配质量);
b)燃气供气系统、润滑系统、冷却系统的密封性;
c)整机装配调整检查按制造厂的出厂技术条件进行,主要包括:热试磨合、渗漏检査、

按照QC/T901的规定或按企业标准进行单燃料发动机质量抽査。
7标志、包装、运输、储存
7.1 标志
7.1. 1天然气单燃料发动机的铭牌应标明以下内容:
a)制造厂名、商标、发动机型号;
b)发动机出厂编号;
c)额定净功率/额定转速;
d)出厂日期:年 月曰。
7.2包装
7.2.1发动机包装前应满足以下各项要求:
a)放净发动机内磨合时残存的冷却液;
b)进行防锈处理,保证在正常储存条件下自出厂之日起12个月内无锈蚀;
c)进行海运的发动机应有防潮、防盐雾腐蚀措施。
7.2.2包装箱内应有随机技术文件及产品合格证。
7.3 除以上规定外,还应满足GB/T 1147.1有关单燃料发动机的标志、包装、运输、储存的规定。

Foreword
This standard supersedes QC/T 691-2002 Technical specification of Single-fuel Natural
The normative references in the former standard have been superseded by other
references; therefore, this revision focuses on the changes of the references. The revision is
concentrated on the drainage requirement and test methods of engine and technical
requirements for special natural gas device and its installation. The revision for this standard
covers the liquefied natural gas engine.
This standard is proposed by and under the jurisdiction of the National Technical
Committee on Road Vehicles of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 114).

Vehicle Engine
1 Scope
This standard specifies single-fuel natural gas vehicle engine (including compressed
natural gas engine and liquid spray free liquefied natural gas engine) in terms of technical
requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transport and storage.
This standard is applicable to single-fuel vehicle engine for the following. nominal
which nominal working pressure of liquefied natural gas cylinder is less than or equal to
1.6MPa.
