1 范围
本标准规定了汽车柴油机纸质滤芯(包含复合滤材滤芯)柴油细滤器总成(简称总成)的技术要
求、试验方法和检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于体积流量为15 L/min(900 L/h)以下的汽车柴油机纸质滤芯柴油细滤器总成
(包 括旋装式总成、滤芯可更换式总成),对体积流量大于15 L/min(900L/h)及其他柴油机用纸质滤芯
可参照适用。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本标准的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于
本标准。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本标准。
3 术语和定义
QC/T 772—2017界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
4 技术要求
4.1 总 则
总成应按照经规定程序批准的产品图样和技术文件制造,其技术要求应符合本标准的规定。
4.2 性能
4.2.1 密封性。
4.2.1.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5. 1进行试验。
4.2.1.2 总成安装于试验台上,内部通入规定压力(或按试验大纲要求的压力)的干燥空气,保压时
间至少1 min, 总成结合面及密封面不允许渗漏(应无气泡溢出)。
4.2.1.3 总成密封性技术要求见表1的规定。
4.2.2 滤芯完整性.
4.2.2.1 按 GB/T14041.1—2007 进行滤芯完整性试验。
4.2.2.2 试验液采用QC/T772—2017 的4.2规定的试验油。
4.2.2.3 当滤芯溢出稳定连续成串气泡时,滤芯内部空气压力应≥1200 Pa。
4.2.3 清洁度。
4.2.3.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.2进行试验。
4.2.3.2 总成内部清洁度限值(W), 按柴油滤清器的额定流量查表2确定。
4.2.3.3 在不确定额定体积流量时,根据滤芯的有效过滤面积按式(1)计算出标称体积流量,查表2
确定。
4.2.3.4 标称体积流量按式(1)计算。
4.2.4 压力差一流量特性。
4.2.4.1 压力差一流量特性是按QC/T 772—2017 的5.3进行试验,在规定的各流量点、测量点测
得的滤清器前后的静压差。
4.2.4.2 原始阻力(原始压力差)按QC/T 772—2017的5.3进行试验,在新滤清器额定流量点时,
滤清器前后规定测量点测得的静压差。
4.2.4.3 总成的原始阻力(原始压力差)△P 按表3的规定。
4.2.5 原始滤清效率。
4.2.5.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.4进行试验。
4.2.5.2 试验灰尘采用GB/T 28957.1—2012 规定的A2、A3 氧化硅试验粉尘,以及GB/T28957.2—
2012规定的 M1、M2、M3、M4、M5 氧化铝试验粉尘。
4.2.5.3 总成的原始滤清效率按表4的规定。
4.2.6 储灰能力。
4.2.6.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.4进行试验。
4.2.6.2 总成的储灰能力应不低于由式(2)计算规定的值。
4.2.7 单次通过滤清效率。
4.2.7.1 按 SAE J1985—2006进行燃油滤清器单次通过原始效率试验方法规定的试验。
4.2.7.2 总成的单次通过滤清效率按表5的规定。
4.2.8 分离水效率。
4.2.8.1 按 QC/T772—2017 的5.5进行试验。
4.2.8.2 总成的分离水效率限制按表6的规定。
4.2.9 滤芯耐高压差。
4.2.9.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.6进行试验。
4.2.9.2 滤芯在500 kPa 的压力差下不允许破裂、脱胶、接头开裂、密封面永久变形等缺陷。
4.2.10 耐破损。
4.2.10.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.7进行试验。
4.2.10.2 总成在800 kPa 的内压下保持至少3 min 不允许滤清器外壳破损、密封连接处泄漏、密封 圈鼓胀变形等缺陷。
4.2.11 液力脉冲疲劳。
4.2.11.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.8进行试验。
4.2.11.2 总成在0 kPa~600 kPa 交变压力,经20000次的液力脉冲疲劳试验后,总成不允许出现 永久性变形、开裂,密封连接处泄漏,密封圈鼓胀变形等缺陷。
4.2.12 耐高低温.
4.2.12.1 柴油滤清器放置实验室环境24 h,放置(100±2)℃环境中24 h, 在实验室环境过渡
5 min,放置(-40±2)℃环境24 h,在实验室环境过渡5 min,再放置(100±2)℃环境中24 h;为一个循环,共进行4个循环试验。
检查外观有无明显变形、破裂、塑料溶胀、脱胶、锈蚀等缺陷。
4.2.12.2 满足4.2.1对密封性的要求,拆解柴油滤清器检查内部滤芯有无脱胶、接头连接是否可
靠,滤纸有无破裂,是否有塑料溶胀、金属锈蚀等缺陷。
4.2.13 振动疲劳。
4.2.13.1 按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.9进行试验。
4.2.13.2 总成按装车(机)方式安装,经规定的振动参数进行振动疲劳试验后,不允许出现永久性 变形、开裂,密封连接处泄漏,密封圈鼓胀变形等缺陷。
4.2.13.3 总成试验前应按 QC/T 772—2017 的5.1进行密封性试验并确认符合4.2.1的要求后进 行振动疲劳试验,试验后应复查密封性是否符合要求,
并满足4.2.13.2的规定。
4.2.13.4 总成试验前内部装有试验油并保持油压为(34.5±0.1)kPa, 试验过程及结束后检查其是 否有试验油泄漏或油压降低,并满足4.2.13.2的规定。
4.2.14 密封圈材料。
4.2.14.1 总成的密封圈应采用耐柴油的弹性材料制造。
4.2.15 防锈处理。
4.2.15.1 总成中所有钢质材料制成的零件应经防锈处理。
4.2.15.2 按 GB/T 10125—2012 的规定,通过中性盐雾试验100 h 为合格。
4.3 外观
4.3.1 总成及滤芯的外观质量检测采用目测进行,除另有规定外。
4.3.2 总成外表面应光滑、平整,不允许有折皱、碰伤、尖角、毛刺等缺陷。
4.3.3 总成表面的镀、涂层应均匀、光滑,不允许有污物、流挂、露底、剥落等缺陷。
5 检验规则
5.1 检验合格
5.2 出厂检验
5.2.1 检验项目为4.2.1、4.3。
5.2.2 订货单位抽检产品时,按GB/T 2828 的规定进行。抽样方案和合格质量水平 AQL 值由供 需双方商定。
5.3 型式检验
5.3.1 型式检验的选择。
有下列情况之一时,应进行型式检验:
a) 新产品的定型鉴定;
b) 正常生产后,如结构、材料、工艺有较大改变,可能影响性能时;
c) 正常生产时,每2年应进行一次检验;
e) 国家质量监督机构提出进行型式检验要求时。
5.3.2 型式检验的项目为第4章规定的全部项目,总成的振动疲劳试验为可选择试验项目。
5.3.3 抽样方案由供需双方商定,但不能少于3件。
6 标志、包装、运输及贮存
6.1 产品标志和标识
每只产品上应标明以下内容:
a) 产品标识、标志、商标;
b) 产品型号、执行标准;
c) 安装使用说明,使用时间及更换周期,注意事项。
6.2 产品包装、运输和贮存
6.2.1 每只产品包装前应干净,根据需要进行防锈处理。
6.2.2 进、出口应采取防尘措施。
6.2.3 产品应装入衬有防潮材料的干燥的包装箱内,并保证在正常运输中不致损伤。
产品的包装箱外表面应标明以下内容:
a) 根据产品生产、管理、销售的需要设置标识和标志,如商品条码等能提供产品信息、生产批 次、
生产时间、操作者、设备等可追溯性标识;
b) 生产单位名称、地址和电话号码;
c) 产品名称、型号和执行标准;
e) 包装箱的外形尺寸,长×宽×高,单位mm;
f) “怕湿”“小心轻放”等标志。
6.2.4 包装完好的产品应存放在通风和干燥的仓库内,在正常保管情况下,自出厂之日起,
制造单 位应保证产品在12个月内不致锈蚀。

Foreword
This Standard was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for
Standardization – Part 1: Structure and Drafting of Standards.
This Standard was used in conjunction with QC/T 772-2017 Test Methods of Diesel-
Fuel Filer for Automobiles.
This Standard replaced QC/T 771-2006 Specifications of Diesel-Fuel Fine Filter
Assembly with Paper Element for Automotive Diesels. Compared with QC/T 771-2006,
this Standard ha the major technical changes as follows:
--- Add the applicable range of flow from 3.5 L/min (210 L/h) to 15 L/min (900 L/h);
--- Add GB/T 14041.1-2007 Hydraulic Fluid Power - Filter Elements - Part 1:
Verification of Fabrication Integrity and Determination of the First Bubble Point
(ISO 2942: 2004 IDT) to regulate filter element integrity;
--- Modify the original filtration efficiency of the assembly according to GB/T
28957.1-2012 Road Vehicles - Test Dust for Filter Evaluation - Part 1: Silicon

Specifications of Diesel-Fuel Fine Filter Assembly with
Paper Element for Automobile Diesels
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules,
as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of diesel-fuel fine filter
assembly (referred to as assembly) with paper filter elements (including composite
filter element) for automobile diesels.
This Standard is applicable to diesel-fuel fine filter assembly (including spin-on
assemblies and assemblies with replaceable filter element) with paper element for
automobile diesels with a volume flow rate of 15 L/min (900 L/h) or less. For the other
paper element for diesel with the flow rate of more than 15L/min (900 L/h) can refer to
this application.
2 Normative References

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this Standard, the terms and definitions given in QC/T 772-2017
and the following apply.
3.1 Diesel-fuel fine filter
The last level of diesel filter that protects the diesel injecting device.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 General
The assembly shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and
requirements shall comply with the provisions of this Standard.
4.2 Performance
4.2.1 Sealing property.
4.2.1.1 Test according to 5.1 in QC/T 772-2017.
4.2.1.2 The assembly is installed on a test bench; inject the dry air of the specified
pressure (or the pressure required by the test program) inside. The holding time is at
least 1 min. The joint surface and the sealing surface of the assembly are allowed not
to be leaked (no bubbles overflow).
4.2.1.3 The technical requirements for the sealing property of the assembly are given
Table 1 – Technical Requirements for Sealing Property of the Assembly

4.2.2 Integrity of filter element
4.2.2.1 Test on the integrity of filter element shall be conducted as per GB/T 14041.1-
2007.
4.2.12.2 Meet the requirements of 4.2.1 for sealing property. Disassemble the diesel
filter to check whether the internal filter element is de-glued, whether the joint is reliable,
whether the filter paper is cracked, whether there are defects such as plastic swelling
and metal corrosion.
4.2.13.1 Test according to 5.9 in QC/T 772-2017.
4.2.13.2 The assembly is installed in the way of loading (machine). After the vibration
fatigue test is performed under the prescribed vibration parameters, the following
defects are not allowed, such as permanent deformation, cracking, leakage at the seal
connection, and swelling deformation of the seal ring.
4.2.13.3 Before the assembly test, the sealing test shall be carried out in accordance
with 5.1 in QC/T 772-2017; and after confirming that it meets the requirements of 4.2.1,
the vibration fatigue test shall be performed. After the test, recheck whether the sealing
property meet the requirements, and whether conform to the provisions of 4.2.13.2.

4.2.14 Sealing ring material.
4.2.14.1 The seal ring of the assembly shall be made of a diesel-resistant elastic
material.
4.2.14.2 The performance of the seal ring of the assembly meets the performance
requirements of HG/T 4392-2012.
4.2.15 Anti-rust treatment.

4.2.15.2 According to the provisions of GB/T 10125-2012, passing the neutral salt
spray test for 100h is considered qualified.
4.3 Appearance
4.3.1 The visual inspection of the assembly and filter element is performed by visual
examination, unless otherwise specified.
4.3.2 The outer surface of the assembly shall be smooth and flat, and no defects such
as wrinkles, bumps, sharp corners, burrs, etc. are allowed.
4.3.3 The plating and coating on the surface of the assembly shall be uniform and
allowed.
5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Pass the inspection
Each product shall pass the inspection of the quality inspection department and be
attached with a product certificate before leaving the factory.
5.2 Exit-factory inspection
5.2.1 The inspection items are 4.2.1 and 4.3.
5.2.2 When the ordering organization conducts random inspection of products, it shall
be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2828. The sampling plan and
purchaser.
5.3 Type inspection
5.3.1 Selection of type inspection.
Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following cases:
a) When finalizing and identifying the new products;
b) When the major changes in structure, materials and processes may affect the
performance, after the normal production;
c) When in normal production, inspection shall be carried out every 2 years;
d) When there is a big difference between the exit-factory inspection result and the
e) When a national quality supervision agency requests a type inspection.
5.3.2 The items for type inspection are all items specified in Clause 4. The vibration
fatigue test of the assembly is an optional test item.
5.3.3 The sampling plan shall be agreed between the supplier and the purchaser, but
shall be no less than 3 pieces.
