前 言
本标准修改采用ISO 11469:2000《塑料一塑料制品的标识与标记》。
本标准与ISO 11469:2000的主要差异为:直接引用了相应的国家标准,删除了原标准中有关计算机术语方面的定义,重新定义了本标准的适用范围,增加了汽车橡胶件、热塑性弹性体件的材料标识与标记要求。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会提出。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会归口。
本标准起草单位:泛亚汽车技术中心有限公司。
本标准主要起草人:李名林。本标准为首次发布。
1 范围
本标准规定了汽车塑料件、橡胶件和热塑性弹性体件的材料标识与标记要求。
本标准适用于质量超过100g的汽车塑料件、质量超过200g的橡胶件和热塑性弹性体件的材料标识与标记,但不适用于汽车轮胎的标识与标记。质量小于本标准规定的制品,可以参照本标准执行。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于木标准。
3术语和定义
以下术语与定义和GB/T 2035、GB/T 5576、GB 5577、IS018064标准中的术语和定义均适用于本标准。
3.1
缩略语abbreviated term任何具有与GB/T 15237.1中的相同定义术语的简称。
3.2
塑料制品plastic product由塑料材料制成的、可以使用的制成品。
3.3
橡胶制品rubber product由橡胶材料制成的、可以使用的制成品。
3.4
热塑性弹性体制品thermoplastic elastomer product由热塑性弹性体材料制成的、可以使用的制成品。
4符号和缩略语
在GB/T1844.1、GB/T1844.2、GB/T1844.3、ISO 1043-4、GB/T5576、GB 5577、IS018064中定义的符号和缩略语均适用于本标准。如果存在任何恰当的符号或缩略语没有包含在本标准中,而且这种符号或缩略语来自某国际标准或者国家标准,本标准允许使用这种符号或缩略语。
5标识符的技术要求
5.1 标记系统
5.1.1 标识格式。
应采用恰当的符号或缩略语对塑料件、橡胶件和热塑性弹性体件的材料进行标注。材料标识应位于“>”和“<”符号之间。
5.1.2单一组分制品标识。
由单一聚合物或共聚物制成的制品,按照5.1.1的规定标注
5.1.3共混聚合物或合金制品标识。
由共混聚合物或合金制成的制品,应用适当的聚合物成分的缩略语进行标识,主要成分在前面,其他成分按照其质量分数的降序排列,中间用加号分开,应按照5.1.1的格式规定标注。
5.1.4带有特定添加剂的制品标识。
5.1.4.1填充与增强材料。
含有单一填充或增强材料的制品,应该先标注该聚合物的缩略语,接着标注连字符,再标注添加剂的符号或缩略语,并标明其质量百分数,应符合5.1.1的格式规定标注。GB/T 1844.2定义了填充与增强材料的符号或缩略语。
5.1.4.2 增塑剂。
含有增塑剂的制品,其标识方法是在聚合物的缩略语(缩写代号)后面加连字符,然后再加上符号“P”,随后在圆括号内标注GB/T1844.3规定的增塑剂缩略语(缩写代号)。
示例:含有增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的聚氯乙烯(PVC),应标注为:
5.1.4.3阻燃剂。
含有阻燃剂的合成制品,其标识方法是在聚合物的缩略语后面加连字符,然后再加上符号“FR”,随后在圆括号内标注ISO 1043-4定义的阻燃剂代号。
5.1.4.4由两种或两种以上难以分离的组分制成的制品。
含有两种或两种以上组分的制品,其中某些组分不易看见,按照5.1.1规定标注时应先标注主要的可见材料,再标注其他具有独立标识的材料,还应用逗号将这些材料的符号隔开,而且其主要质量组分的材料应在材料符号下用下划线标明。
5.1.5橡胶制品与热塑性弹性体制品标识。
汽车橡胶制品和热塑性弹性体制品的材料标识,应突出主要的材料成分,并按照5.1.1的格式规定进行标注。
5.2标识方法
塑料件、橡胶件和热塑性弹性体件的标识应采用以下方式之一完成:
a)在设计成型模具时,采用恰当的符号模塑成型;
b)采取聚合物的浮雕成型、烙印成型;
c)其他的清晰且永久性的标识方法,如:激光标识等。
5.3标识的位置与大小
标识的大小与位置应不影响制品的使用功能,并且满足汽车整车与零部件产品的外观设计要求。

Foreword
This Standard revised and adopted ISO 11469.2000 “Plastics - Generic Identification
and Marking of Plastic Products”. The main differences between this Standard and
ISO 11469.2000 are. directly REFERENCE the corresponding national standards,
DELETE the definition associated with computer terminology given in the original
standard, REDEFINE the scope of this Standard, ADD requirements for material
identification and marking of automotive plastic, rubber and thermoplastic elastomer
parts.
This Standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee of Auto
Standardization.
This standard shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee of
Auto Standardization.

Material identification & marking of automotive plastic,
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the requirements for material identification and marking of
automotive plastic, rubber and thermoplastic elastomer parts.
This Standard applies to material identification and marking of automotive plastic with
the mass exceeding 100 g, rubber with the mass exceeding 200 g and thermoplastic
elastomer parts, this Standard does not apply to identification and marking of
automotive tires. For the product with the mass lower than the value specified in this
Standard, this Standard can be referenced.

5.1.5 Identification of rubber and thermoplastic elastomer products.
Identification of automotive rubber and thermoplastic elastomer products shall
emphasizes the primary material, and be marked according to the format specified in
5.1.1.
Example 1. For a product containing a mixture of natural rubber (NR) and styrene
butadiene rubber (SBR), marked as.

5.2 Identification methods
The identification of plastic, rubber and thermoplastic elastomer parts shall be made
by one of the following methods.
a) by using the appropriate symbol molding during mold design;
b) by embossing and by melt imprinting of the polymer;
