本标准是我国第一个涉及电动汽车用动力蓄电池规格化的行业标准,目的是优化动力蓄电池设 计及生产制造,
规范动力蓄电池的研发、
生产及应用,降低动力蓄电池研制单位的研发生产成本及整 车单位的采购成本,促进产业发展。
本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC114) 提出并归口。
本标准起草单位:中国电子科技集团公司第十八研究所、中国汽车技术研究中心。
本标准主要起草人:肖成伟、赵静炜、王芳、孟祥峰。
1 范 围
本标准规定了电动汽车用金属氢化物镍动力蓄电池和锂离子动力蓄电池单体及模块的规格及
外形尺寸。
本标准适用于电动汽车用金属氢化物镍动力蓄电池和锂离子动力蓄电池单体及模块。

其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,

蓄电池型号应符合CB/T 7169的规定。
4 蓄电池规格及外形尺寸
4.1 金属氢化物镍氢蓄电池
金属氢化物镍动力蓄电池单体的结构如图1。
4.2 锂离子动力蓄电池
锂离子动力蓄电池单体结构如图2。
表2列出了锂离子动力蓄电池的尺寸。
5 端 子 形 式
动力蓄电池的端子位置及联接方式可与整车企业协商确定。

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved 438 industry
standards such as Types of Hybrid Electric Vehicles, including 6 automotive
industry standards, 58 light industry standards, 133 chemical industry
standards, 3 petrochemical industry standards, 49 black metallurgical industry
standards, 2 gold industry standards, 105 non-ferrous metals industry
standards, 6 RE industry standards, 68 building materials industry standards, 8
civil explosive industry standards; 28 industrial standard samples such as Metal
manganese (1), including 26 black metallurgical industry standard samples, 2
non-ferrous metal industry standard samples; 2 light industry standard
amendments such as Optics Resin Spectacles Lenses (QB 2506-2001). The
above 28 industry standard samples and 2 standard amendments are hereby
promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Publishing House. The standards of the light industry are published by China
Light Industry Press. The standards of the chemical industry are published by

Foreword
This Standard is China’s first industrial standard related to standardization of
power storage batteries for electric vehicles of which its purpose is to OPTIMIZE
the design and manufacture of power battery, STANDARDIZE the research and
development, production and application of power battery, REDUCE the R&D
and production cost of power battery development organization and the
procurement cost of vehicle unit, and PROMOTE the development of the
industry.
This Standard was proposed by and shall be under the jurisdiction of National
Technical Committee on Automobile of Standardization Administration of China
(SAC/TC 114).
The drafting organizations of this Standard. China Electronics Technology
Group Corporation 18th Research Institute, China Automotive Technology and
Research Center.

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the specification and dimension of monomer and
module of metal hydride nickel traction battery and lithium-ion traction battery
This Standard is applicable to monomer and module of metal hydride nickel
traction battery and lithium-ion traction battery for electric vehicles.

Standard, constitute the provisions of this Standard. For dated references,

this Standard. However, the parties who enter into agreement based on this
