本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC114) 提出并归口。

1 范围
本标准规定了电动汽车用驱动电机系统的电气接口型式、信号定义,对驱动电机系统的机械接口作了通用性的规定。
本标准适用于电动汽车用驱动电机系统,不适用于车用辅助电机系统。

3 术语定义
GB/T 19596、QC/T 417.1界定的术语以及下列定义适用于本标准。
4 连接方式
4.1电气接口
4.1.1通用要求:
电气接口的防触电保护、接地措施、外壳防护等级、接触电阻等应符合GB/T 11918的相关要求,
环境、工作温度、振动应符合GB/T 18488的相关要求。
4.1.2动力电气接口的连接方式:
动力电气接口的连接方式包括快速连接方式和固定连接方式。快速连接方式采用快速连接器
连接;固定连接方式采用连接端子连接。
4.1.2.1 快速连接器:
在机械安装和性能方面,同一型号快速连接器的插头、插座之间应能完全互换。快速连接器单
个接触件(材料为黄铜或紫铜,表面镀金或镀银)的额定工作电流应符合表1的规定限值。
4.1.2.2 连接端子:
接线盒应符合整车对驱动电机系统的设计要求,连接端子应符合GB 14711—2006 中5 . 12的规
定。对于接片端子型,其持续电流及结构型式满足表2的规定。
4.1.3 控制信号接口的连接方式:
4.1.3.1电机控制信号接口:
采用旋转变压器、开关型霍尔两种类型传感器的电机输入输出信号推荐采用表3的定义,采用
其他类型传感器信号推荐采用表4的定义。
4.1.3.2控制器控制信号接口:
采用旋转变压器、开关型霍尔两种类型传感器的控制器输入输出信号推荐采用表5的定义,
采 用其他类型传感器信号推荐采用表6的定义。
4.1.3.3 控制电气接口的连接方式:
4.1.3.3.1 电机控制信号接口的连接方式:
电机控制信号推荐采用12针或8针的法兰式连接器,连接器安装尺寸及安装方式见附录A 的A.1 、A.2。
4.1.3.3.2控制器控制信号接口的连接方式:
控制器控制信号推荐采用23针法兰式连接器,连接器安装尺寸及安装方式见附录A 的 A.3。
4.2 机械接口
4.2.1 安装方式:
电机和控制器的安装方式由生产单位与用户协商确定,满足整车抗震性、防护要求。
4.2.2 电机与传动机构的连接方式:
电机与传动器的连接方式由制造商与用户协商确定。纯电驱动电动乘用车用驱动电机与传动
结构的连接方式推荐采用渐开线外花键方式,渐开线花键优先采用表7中的花键值。
4.3 冷却液管路接口
使用冷却液的电机与控制器应按表8要求选配冷却液接口。

Interface of electrical machine system
1 Scope
This standard specifies the electrical interface type and signal definition of the
electrical machine system for electric vehicles, AND provides the general
requirements for the mechanical interface of the electrical machine system.
This standard is applicable to the electrical machine system for electric
vehicles, not applicable to the auxiliary machine system for automotive.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms as defined in GB/T 19596, QC/T 417.1 AND the following
definitions apply to this standard.

It refers to the electrical components which are used to connect the
electrical machine AND the controller, as well as the Controller AND the
complete vehicle, including the power electrical interface AND the signal
